    The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the variables of convenience, security and trust in transactions that affect the interest in using QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) for MSME actors in Boalemo Regency. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 78 respondents using the incidental method. The analytical technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are (1) ease of transaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS, (2) transaction security has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS, (3) transaction confidence has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRI

    This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of service at the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Muara Tirta, Gorontalo City. The sample that was used as the research target was parties related to service quality at the Muara Tirta Regional Public Company (Perumda) in Gorontalo City, totaling 101 people, and all of them became respondents. The method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression.     The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer behavior towards consumer purchasing decisions using measuring instruments, measures, weights and equipment (UTTP) which are marked as valid in Boalemo Regency. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 75 respondents using the incidental method. The analysis technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software.     Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas Konstituen Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan sampel 286 orang Pegawai. Dan data kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, dan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Analis jalur, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan Uji Kualitas Data Penelitian (uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen) dan Uji Persyaratan Analisis (Uji Normalitas Data, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan secara langsung bahwa 1) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konstituen, 2) Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konstituen, Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen, Citra merek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen serta Kepuasan konstituen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo. sementara Secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan melalui kepuasan konstituen tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen, serta citra merek melalui kepuasan konstituen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo

    This study aims to determine the effect of location, price discounts, product display and product quality on buying interest in .The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires.The research sample amounted to 50 respondents.The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The data is processed using statistical product service solution (SPSS) applications. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant effect of Location on Purchase Intention at Alfamart (Kayubulan), (2) there is a positive and significant effect of Price Discounts on Purchase Intention.(3) there is a positive and insignificant effect of Product Display on Purchase Intention.(4) there is a positive and significant effect of Product Quality on Buying Interest.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokasi, Potongan Harga, Display Produk dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat beli Pada .     This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia representative office Gorontalo.The population that is used as the research target is the parties related to the employee's performance as many as 42 people, and all of them become respondents using multiple linear regression analysis models.Based on the results of statistical analysis through the SPSS Program, it shows that together the three independent variables, namely: organizational culture, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance While partially it is found that the work environment has a dominant significant influence on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia representative office Gorontalo
