    School Financial Management For Poor Families (A Site Study at SD N Batursari 6 Mranggen Demak)

    The objectives of the research are (1) to describe the characteristics of school financial management to students of poor families at SD N Batursari 6 Mranggen Demak, (2) to describe the financial accountability of school funds to students of poor families at SD N Batursari 6 Mranggen Demak. This is a qualitative research with an ethnography design that conducted at SD N Batursari 6 Mranggen Demak. Human resource in this reserach are Principal, Treasurer, and School Board at SD N Batursari 6 Mranggen Demak. Data collection techniques in this research used are observation, interview and documentation. Technique of data analysis conducted with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data validity test use triangulation. The results of this research are (1) School financial management process begins with the formation of a small team consisting of principal, treasurer, and school board. Small team assigned to assess and select students from poor families who will receive financial aid of the school. (2) The school financial accountability process contains about things related to the statistics of beneficiaries, distribution, absorption and utilization of funds, results of evaluations monitoring and complaint issues. School financial accountability process conducted every three months. The report also posted on the bulletin board in the school

    This study discusses the efforts of supervisors in improving the performance of madrasah principals through the supervisory function of supervisors in madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Jayapura city. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of supervisors in improving the performance of madrasah principals in state and private madrasahs in Jayapura city. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using psychological approaches and pedagogical approaches. The data sources in this study consisted of madrasah heads, K3MI Chairpersons, KKG Chairpersons, teachers, and other data sources in the form of important documentation regarding madrasah profiles, madrasah head data other educational support elements. This study concludes that, the supervisory function of Madrasah supervisors in improving the performance of public and private madrasah principals in Jayapura City has not gone well so it needs maximum efforts to improve it by planning, implementing, and evaluating supervision programs and providing guidance and training in the form of both academic coaching and managerial coaching. The results of this study indicate that the supervisory function of supervisors in improving the performance of madrasah heads in MI Jayapura city during the implementation of tasks with reference to coaching academic, managerial and extracurricular activities has been evenly distributed. With the efforts made by the supervisor by providing guidance, motivation and encouragement, the madrasah heads finally made changes for the better in managing the education units they manage

    Cognitive Therapy and Logotherapy on Depression of Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

    Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a severe health disorder that causes physical problems and psychosocial effects. Depression and anxiety are the most common psychosocial problems experienced by people with DM. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of cognitive therapy and logotherapy on and anxiety in patients with Type 2 diabetes. Methods: A quasi-experimental design has been conducted for the study at a hospital in Jambi Province. The total sample of 90 respondents with a consecutive sampling method. The independent variables are cognitive therapy and logotherapy, while the dependent variables are depression and anxiety. Data were analyzed by paired sample t-test and ANOVA. Results: The results showed that cognitive therapy and logotherapy could reduce depression more than giving cognitive therapy alone with a p-value of 0.0005. Conclusions: Cognitive therapy and logotherapy can be standard therapy in dealing with patients with psychosocial problems

    Kesehatan mental merupakan sekelompok reaksi psikotik yang mempengaruhi berbagai area fungsi individu, termasuk fungsi berfikir dan berkomunikasi, menerima dan menginterprestasikan realita, merasakan dan menunjukan emosi dan perilaku yang dapat diterima secara rasional seperti cemas, depresi dan trauma karena Covid-19 yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Kondisi seperti itu membuat keluarga merasa terbebani, penderita membutuhkan perhatian khusus dalam kegiatan sehari-hari mulai dari makan, minum dan semua aktivitasnya. Jika salah satu dari kebutuhan penderita tidak terpenuhi maka keluarga dianggap tidak memberikan dukungan keluarga kepada penderita. Salah satu cara untuk menurunkan beban dan meningkatkan dukungan keluarga adalah dengan intervensi psikoedukasi keluarga. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan dukungan serta menurunkan beban keluarga. Program ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1-2 September 2020 dalam bentuk pemberian intervensi psikoedukasi keluarga melalui curah pendapat, ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, dinamika kelompok atau demonstrasi tergantung kebutuhan terapi dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil dari pemberian intervensi psikoedukasi keluarga terjadi penurunan beban dan peningkatan dukungan keluarga dalam merawat anggota keluarga yang mengalami masalah kesehatan mental akibat Covid-19. Such conditions make the family feel burdened, sufferers need special attention in daily activities ranging from eating, drinking and all their activities. If one of the sufferer's needs is not met, the family is considered not to provide family support to the sufferer. One way to reduce the burden and increase family support is with family psychoeducation interventions. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase support and reduce the burden on the family. This program was carried out on September 1-2, 2020 in the form of providing family psycho-educational interventions through brainstorming, lectures, discussions, and questions, and answers, group dynamics, or demonstrations depending on the need for therapy with a total of 20 participants. The result of giving family psychoeducation intervention has decreased the burden and increased family support in caring for family members who experience mental health problems due to Covid-19.     Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Melalui Penerapan Ctl (Contextual Learning Dalam Pembelajaran IPA Di Kelas 6 Sdn Sawahan IV Kota Surabaya

    Pembelajaran IPA bukan hanya terdiri dari penguasaan konsep, ilmu pengetahuan yang faktual atau berbagai prinsip ilmu saja, IPA juga merupakan proses penemuan karena IPA berhubungan dengan cara mencari tahu melalui hasil percobaan dan pengamatan. Sering kali siswa hanya menghafal konsep materi yang sudah ada tanpa mencoba menemukan sendiri pengalaman belajar tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi sehingga saat ulangan nilai yang didapat siswa kurang memuaskan. Melalui penerapan pembelajaran konstektual siswa diarahkan untuk mencari dan menemukan sehingga dapat memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar melalui Penerapan Pembelajaran Konstektual dalam Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas VI SD SAWAHAN IV. Dengan menggunakan metode diskusi serta penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mendukung dalam penerapan pembelajaran kontektual. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD SAWAHAN IV yang berjumlah 35. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas VI dapat disimpulkan yaitu hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah rata – rata tiap siklus dan prosentase ketuntasan klasikal. Padasiklus I rata – rata kelas meningkatdari 69,06 padasiklus I menjadi 79,25 padasiklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal dari siklus I sebesar 63,8% menjadi 83,3% padas iklus II. Aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran yang menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual juga mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus I dan II mengenai aktivitas siswa terlihat terjadi peningkatan peningkatan siswa pada siklus I dari 57,89% menjadi 86,75% padasiklus II. Terjadi kenaikan sebesar 28,86%. Perkembangan afektif dan psikomotor siswa juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada perkembangan afektif siklus I sebesar 58,89% menjadi 80% pada siklus II. Pada perkembangan psikomotor siklus I sebesar 61,8% menjadi 82,94% pada siklus II

    TINJAUAN YURIDIS PRINSIP KEHATI-HATIAN BANK INDONESIA DALAM PEMBERIAN KREDIT PERBANKAN

    Penelitian ini menganalisa mengenai kebijakan apakah yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia, sebagai penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pemberian kredit perbankan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992  Tentang Perbankan, berikut perubahannya dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 Tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992 Tentang Perbankan. Selanjutnya berkaitan dengan kebijakan tersebut, apa yang menjadi persamaan dan perbedaan dari substansi kebijakan yang dikeluarkan Bank Indonesia tersebut, dengan Undang-undang perbankan kaitannya dengan prinsip kehati-hatian. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Konsep hukum yang digunakan adalah konsep hukum dari Soetandyo  Wingnyosoebroto, yaitu hokum adalah norma-norma positif di dalam sistem perundang-undangan hukum nasional.  Bahan hokum ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknis studi pustaka. Bahan hukum yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara metode deduktif. Penulis memulai dari bahan hukum yang bersifat umum (premis mayor), yakni mengenai pemberian kredit perbankan, kemudian ke bahan hukum yang bersifat khusus (premis minor), yakni mengenai penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian, untuk kemudian ditarik menjadi sebuah kesimpulan. Dari  hasil pembahasan terhadap permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kebijakan Bank Indonesia mengenai prinsip kehati-hatian,  khususnya dalam bidang pemberian kredit perbankan, dikeluarkan dalam bentuk Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 5/8/PBI/2003 tentang penerapan manajemen resiko bagi Bank Umum dan Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia Nomor 5/21/DPNP tahun 2003 tentang perihal penerapan manajemen resiko bagi Bank Umum. Substansi yang terkandung dalam kedua peraturan tersebut, belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang  ada dalam Undang-Undang Perbankan. Dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 5/8/PBI/2003 tentang penerapan manajemen resiko bagi Bank Umum dan Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia Nomor 5/21/DPNP tahun 2003 tentang perihal penerapan manajemen resiko bagi Bank Umum terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan dengan ketentuan yang ada dalamUndang-Undang Perbankan. Adapun yang menjadi persamaannya adalah: Prinsip kehati-hatian (prudent banking principle) menjadi pedoman dalam setiap aktivitas perbankan; pemberian kredit perbankan dilaksanakan dengan memegang prinsip kehati-hatian (prudent banking principle); adanya penetapan limit kredit; kewajiban bagi bank untuk melaksanakan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudent banking principle) sebagai bagian dari perwujudan good corporate governance. Sedangkan yang menjadi perbedaan adalah: penerapan sanksi administrative terhadap pelanggaran system manajemen resiko, bertentangan dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Perbankan; adanya system pengendalian intern untuk melaksanakan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudent banking principle)

    Penerapan Model Take and Give untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Kerjasama dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran Agama Islam Di Kelas V SDN 009 Bengkulu Utara

    This study aims to prove whether the application of the Take And Give learning model can improve student work skills and student learning outcomes. This study used a classroom action research design with four stages of research, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. The subjects of this study were students of class V SD Negeri 009 Bengkulu Utara which consisted of 20 students. The results showed that the application of the Take And Give learning model was proven to be able to improve students 'cooperation skills where in the initial ability test phase, the percentage of students' cooperation skills was 30%, increased in cycle I by 55% and increased in cycle II by 80%. The application of the Take And Give learning model is also proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes where in the initial test phase of students' classical completeness levels of students by 35%, increasing in cycle I to 60% and in cycle II increasing to 100%. In conclusion, the application of the Take And Give learning model is effective in improving student cooperation skills and student learning outcomes at SDN 009 Bengkulu Utara.   Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Cooperation Skills, Take And Giv

    Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Pembelajaran Pengawas Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Min Kota Jayapura

    Education is at the core of a nation's progress. However, in reality, it is only rhetorical even though it has been 77 years of independence. The low professionalism of teachers in Indonesia can be seen from the feasibility of teaching. One of the efforts to improve teacher professionalism is carried out through academic supervision of madrasah / school supervisors in supervising teacher performance. For this reason, the role of learning academic supervision carried out by madrasah/school supervisors is very influential in order to improve teacher performance in teaching. This research was conducted on teachers at MIN Jayapura City totaling 9 civil servant teachers who were considered advanced supervisors. The research conducted is a Supervisory action research in which the approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The implementation of academic supervision of madrasah/school supervisors' learning affects the performance of MIN teachers in Jayapura City. The performance of MIN teachers increased from the category of poor scores (≤ 50) to very good (≥ 86)
