    ABSTRAK Kebiasan membaca pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Dadapan Kabupaten Tanggamus masih terbilang sedang. Sedangkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Dadapan Kabupaten Tanggamus masih terbilang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam proses pembelajaran membaca yang monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Dadapan Kabupaten Tanggamus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 2 Dadapan Kabupaten Tanggamus, bulan Desember 2022. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Dadapan berjumlah 33 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa yang di tentukan menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen terdiri dari angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur kebiasaan membaca. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur kebiasaan membaca pemahaman, teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analis korelasi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan pada koefesien dengan rhitung > rtabel atau 0,506 > 0,443, dengan demikian Ha diterima. Ini berarti bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman sebesar 0,506 dan sumbangan efektifitasnya sebesar 42,6%. Kata kunci : Kebiasaan Membaca, Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman. iii ABSTRACT The reading habits of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan, Tanggamus Regency are still considered moderate. Meanwhile, the reading ability of class V students at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan, Tanggamus Regency is still relatively low. This is because the process of learning to read is monotonous. This research aims to determine the relationship between reading habits and the reading comprehension ability of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan, Tanggamus Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational design. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan, Tanggamus Regency, in December 2022. The research population was all class V students at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan totaling 33 students. The research sample was 20 students who were determined using simple random sampling. The instrument consists of questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires are used to measure reading habits. The test is used to measure reading comprehension habits, data analysis techniques use simple correlation analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of the coefficient with rcount > rtable or 0.506 > 0.443, Ha is thus accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant correlation between reading habits and reading comprehension ability of 0.506 and an effectiveness contribution of 42.6%.     Synthesis of Zeolite-NaY for Methane Adsorption

    This research aims to synthesize zeolite-NaY material which is then applied as an adsorbent for methane adsorption. Zeolite-NaY was synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and isotherm adsorption-desorption N2 (BET). The characterization results showed that synthesized zeolite-NaY had a diffraction peak with the highest intensity at 2θ = 6° and its morphology showed octahedral crystals. Zeolite-NaY was then applied as an adsorbent for methane adsorption. The methane adsorption test on zeolite-NaY was carried out using the gravimetric method at temperature of 30 °C and pressure of 1 bar. The data was recorded of increasing time every 1 minute until constant. The adsorption test results showed that the methane adsorption capacity on the zeolite-NaY material was 0.436 % wt

    ABSTRAK Tindak pidana pemalsuan data permohonan paspor, merupakan tindak pidana yang merugikan negara. Tindakan penyidikan sampai pada putusan penerapan sanksi pidana merupakan rangkaian hasil kegiatan pengawasan imigrasi. Untuk menjaga dan memastikan agar semua orang yang keluar/masuk dari dan ke suatu Negara mematuhi semua ketentuan keimigrasian. Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah yang menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya pemalsuan data permohonan paspor Republik Indonesia pada Kantor Imigrasi Kediri, bagaimana peranan Kantor Imigrasi Kediri dalam mencegah terjadinya tindakan pemalsuan data permohonan paspor Republik Indonesia, bagaimana penegakan hukum terhadap pemalsuan data permohonan paspor Republik Indonesia pada Kantor Imigrasi Kediri. Analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu merupakan suatu proses mengorganisasikan dan mengurutkan data ke dalam pola, kategori dan uraian dasar sehingga dapat ditemukan tema dan dapat dirumuskan suatu hipotesis kerja seperti yang disarankan oleh data. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menjelaskan faktor penyebab terjadinya pemalsuan data permohonan paspor Republik Indonesia pada Kantor Imigrasi Kediri meliputi bekerja sebagai Tenaga Kerja Indonesia, perdagangan manusia (human trqfiking) serta faktor melarikan diri dari suatu tanggungjawab hukum. Berdasarkan faktor tersebut maka dapat disebutkan faktor tersebut terdiri dari faktor ekonomi dan faktor keamanan dari pelaku pemalsuan identitas penerbitan paspor.     Resistensi Lalat Rumah, Musca Domestica Linnaeus (Diptera: Muscidae) Dari Empat Kota Di Indonesia Terhadap Permetrin Dan Propoksur

    House flies (Musca domestica Linnaeus) is one of the common urban pests causing health, economics, and aesthetics problems. Although intensive control by using inseticides are carried out, there are reports of control failures, which are probably due to insect resistance. Bioassay tests with topical application to study the status as well as resistance mechanism of house flies collected from the city of Jakarta (JKT), Bandung (BDG), Yogyakarta (YGY) and Surabaya (SBY) to pyrethroid (permethrin) and carbamate (propoxur) insecticides were carried out. The results show that, as compared to the most susceptible strain (YGY), we found that BDG strain is highly resistant to permethrin with resistance ratio (RR) of 133.7 fold. SBY strain was the most resistant to propoxur with RR of 38.36 fold, followed by Bandung strain with RR of 18.22 fold. The addition of piperonyl butoxide (PBO) to either permethrin or propoxur in most of the strains caused a decrease in LD50 values and increasing the synergist ratio (SR) suggesting that the detoxifying enzyme mixed function oxidase (MFO) played an important role in the development of resistance to permethrin and propoxur. This study aims to produce practical handbook oriented guided inquiry approach in animal physiology to the valid. This research is development research. This research uses 4-D model and its implementation is limited to develop stage, that is validity. Data obtained from the questionnaire of validity with aspects assessed include aspects of student characteristics, material elements, language, and syntax inquiry. The validator is determined by purposive sampling, consisting of Animal Physiology expert, Strategist, and Learning Media and Linguist. The data were processed quantitatively and analyzed descriptively. Validity test results are at very valid criteria, with an average validity value of 95.95%.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efek pencemaran perairan terhadap ikan melalui observasi preparat histologis insang ikan nila (Oreochormis niloticus L). Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Januari 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode observasi langsung terhadap struktur insang ikan nila. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling pada 3 lokasi di Danau Maninjau. Pembuatan preparat menggunakan metode paraffin dan pewarnaan Haematoxylin-Eosin di Laboratorium Balai Veteriner, Bukittinggi. Hasil pengamatan struktur histologi insang menunjukkan adanya perubahan struktur histologi berupa hipertropi, fusi lamella, kerusakan struktur lamella hingga hilangnya struktur lamella. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa efek pencemaran perairan dapat mengakibatkan perubahan terhadap struktur histologi insang ikan nila

    Maninjau lake is the largest center for the freshwater floating-net-cage fisheries system in West Sumatra. Every year, during the up-welling season, a huge number of fish suffered to death in the lake including nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), a common species cultivated in the floating-net cages. This current study aimed to determine the factors contributing to the death of fish by measuring the concentration of toxic chemical substances in the blood plasm of nile tilapia as well as in the subtrate collected from the bottom of the lake. The samples were collected in the sites with higher number of floating-net cages as well as higher number of mass death of fish (Tanjung Sani, Pakan Raba’a dan Maninjau) during the up-welling season. The result revealed that the levels of phosphate, nitrate, nitrit, and amonium were higher in the blood plasm of the fish. Moreover, the levels of those chemical substances were also higher in the substrate of the lake. The higher concentration of the toxic chemical substances might contribute to the mass death of fish living in the floating-net cages during the up-welling season

    This study aims to determine student's high-level thinking skills on the body's defense system topics. Type of research is descriptive qualitative with a population of students of all grade XII MIPA Mathematics and natural sciences totaling 195 people. The sample in this study was taken by the Random Sampling technique, amounting to 39 people. The type of data collection used is a written test consisting of 24 questions consisting of taxonomic levels C4, C5, and C6. Data of high-level thinking skills obtained from the critical thinking skills test by 34%, creative thinking by 52%, problem-solving 30% and decision making by 35%. The result of the ability to analyze by 44%, evaluate by 29% and create by 27%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability to think of high-level students is categorized as not good

    Rimpang jahe emprit (Zingiber officinale Var. amarum) merupakan bahan baku obat tradisional yang memiliki frekuensi penggunaan dengan persentasi 9,65% terbesar dibanding rempah lainnya. Rimpang jahe emprit digunakan dalam formulasi obat baik dalam bentuk segar maupun instan sebagai antiseptik, ekspektoran, spasmolitik dan antiasma karena jahe emprit mengandung senyawa monoterpenoid dan minyak atsiri sebesar 3,5%. Lokasi tempat tumbuh memberikan peran besarnya cemaran yang terdapat dalam rimpang jahe emprit (Zingiber officinale Var. amarum). Cemaran logam berat merupakan persyaratan mutu yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pembuatan obat tradisional salah satu logam yang mencemari rimpang yaitu logam timbal (Pb), Cadmium (Cd) dan Tembaga (Cu). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tempat tumbuh terhadap perbedaan kadar logam berat Timbal (Pb) ekstrak rimpang jahe emprit dengan metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dengan variable bebas adalah tempat tumbuh dan variable terikat adalah kadar logam Pb, Cd dan Cu. Analisa data diolah menggunakan uji Anova untuk mengetahui pengaruh tempat tumbuh terhadap kadar logam Pb, Cd dan Cu. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tempat tumbuh berpengaruh terhadap kadar logam berat Cd dan Cu dengan nilai (p0,05) pada ekstrak rimpang jahe emprit (Zingiber officinale Var. amarum) Kata kunci: jahe emprit, logam Cd, logam Cu, logam Cd, tempat tumbuh Abstract Emprit ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale Var. amarum) is a raw material for traditional medicine which has a frequency of use with the largest percentage of 9.65% compared to other spices. Emprit ginger rhizome is used in medicinal formulations both in fresh and instant form as antiseptic, expectorant, spasmolytic and anti-asthmatic because emprit ginger contains monoterpenoid compounds and 3.5% essential oils. The location where it grows gives a big role in the contamination contained in the rhizome of ginger emprit (Zingiber officinale Var. amarum). Heavy metal contamination is a quality requirement that needs to be considered in the manufacture of traditional medicine. One of the metals that contaminate the rhizome is lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd) and Copper (Cu). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growing sites on differences in heavy metal levels of Lead (Pb) extract of emprit ginger rhizome using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). The type of research used is exploratory research, with the independent variable is the place of growth and the dependent variable is the metal content of Pb, Cd and Cu. Analysis of the data was processed using the Anova test to determine the effect of the growing place on the metal content of Pb, Cd and Cu. The results showed that the place of growth affected the levels of heavy metals Cd and Cu with a value of (p0.05) in the extract of emprit ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale Var. amarum).
