    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penelitian relevan yang mengatakan bahwa terdapat faktor penghambat disiplin kerja pegawai salah satu faktornya rendahnya disiplin jam masuk kantor, dan masih ada sebagian pegawai yang terlambat karena terlalu santai dalam mengerjakan tugas dikantor Kecamatan Long Ikis. Untuk menghindari masalah tersebut PT. DTI menyelenggarakan Pelatihan MQ Etos Kerja kepada karyawan PT. Bank BJB. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank BJB. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni peserta pelatihan MQ Etos Kerja sebanyak 60 orang pada bulan Januari 2016. Konsep yang dijadikan tinjauan teori dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep kinerja karyawan, konsep dasar pelatihan, dan konsep hasil pelatihan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil pelatihan (X) yang terdiri dari domain afektif (X1), domain afektif (X2), dan domain psikomotor (X3) dan kinerja karyawan (Y), tujuannya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi variabel (X1), (X2), dan (X3) terhadap variabel (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah 60 orang, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 51 orang yang mengacu pada tabel krejcie dengan teknik random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan korelasi dan koefisien determinasi, sedangkan arah hubungan variabel diuji dengen menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa 1) Secara parsial domain kognitif MQ Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. 2) Secara parsial domain afektif MQ Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. 3) Secara parsial domain psikomotor MQ Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. 4) Secara simultan domain kognitif, domain afektif, dan domain psikomotor memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan ;--- This research is by the presence of relevant research that says that there are inhibiting factors of employee discipline, one factor is lack of discipline, the office hours, and still there are some employees who are late because of too casual in the District office tasks Long Ikis Paser. This research is aimed at finding out the contribution of the result of training to the performance improvement of PT Bank BJB employees. The participants of this research are the alumni of the participants of Pelatihan MQ Etos Kerja is 60 peoples in January, 2016. The concept used as the framework of this research is employee performance concept, training-basic concept, and training-result concept. Variable in this research is the training result (X) that consisting of cognitive domain MQ Etos kerja (X1), affective domain MQ Etos kerja (X2), psychomotor domain MQ Etos kerja (X3) and the performance of employees (Y), the aim is to obtain an image for each variable and to find out how big the contribution of variable (X1,X2,X3) to variable (Y).This research used descriptive method embracing qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is questionnaire, interview, and study documentation. The population in this research is 60 peoples in which the sample is 51 participants referring to krejcie table with random sampling. Hypothesis test used determination correlation and coefficient. On the other hand, variable relation direction was tested by using regression. The result of the research proves that 1) by parsial that domain cognitive domain MQ Etos Kerja have an effect on positively and significant to performance improvement employess. 2) by parsial that domain affective domain MQ Etos Kerja have an effect on positively and significant to performance improvement employess 3) by parsial that domain psychomotor domain MQ Etos Kerja have an effect on positively and significant to performance improvement employess 4) by simultan that cognitive domain, affective domain, psychomotor domain MQ Etos Kerja have an effect on positively and significant to performance improvement employess

    EFFORTS TO IMPROVE MATHEMATICAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES USING THE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL IN CLASS VII

    Student learning activities in mathematics are still not good. This is indicated by the small number of students who are actively involved in the learning process, for example, when the teacher asks questions. This study aims to improve mathematics learning activities using cooperative learning models Think Pair Share in classVIIstudents of State Junor High School (SMPNegeri) 1 Imogiri Bantul 2018/2019 academic year. This study is a classroom action research conducted in even semester of class VII B. This research is conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consists of action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are in the form of observations, interviews, and field notes. The research instruments used are observation sheets, interview guidelines, and field notes. While the research instrument test conducted is the validity test. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive qualitative technique.  The results showed that Think Pair Share's cooperative learning model could improve students' mathematics learning activities in class VII B in SMP Negeri 1 Imogiri Bantul. This is evidenced by the results of the observation sheet in each cycle that increased significantly. The average percentage of student activities in cycle 1 is 57,48% with satisfactory criteria. After that, the percentage in the second cycle increased to around 74,92%, indicating good criteria

    Pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Guided Inquiry Materi Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan untuk Melatih Keterampilan Literasi Sains

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan LKPD berbasis Guided Inquiry pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan untuk melatih keterampilan literasi sains peserta didik yang layak berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan guna menunjang proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri atas tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap develop dengan uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan pada 20 peserta didik kelas XII IPA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Mojosari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas LKPD yang dikembangkan sebesar 3,90 dengan kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan LKPD berdasarkan observasi aktivitas peserta didik mendapatkan hasil sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan ditinjau dari hasil ketercapaian indikator literasi sains dengan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,76, ketuntasan kompetensi literasi sains sebesar 0,79 yang kedua termasuk dalam peningkatan kategori tinggi, dan respon peserta didik mencapai 97,2% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk melatih keterampilan literasi sains peserta didik.     Temperature Measurement and Light Intensity Monitoring in Mini Greenhouses for Microgreen Plants Using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic Method

    Microgreens are tender young plants that can be harvested as seeds and are a type of vegetable that can be harvested in about 7-14 days. Microgreen growth is influenced by several factors, including ambient temperature and light intensity. Microgreen plants require temperatures between 24°C – 30°C at all times during growth. These microgreen plants were grown on cocopeat growing media and given in a special room called a mini greenhouse with a size of 60 × 50 cm. The research method used is Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic. This research aims to make a tool to detect the temperature in a mini greenhouse. The research method used is Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic. Increasing temperature stability to keep the temperature in the mini greenhouse room at the ideal temperature. In this study, the sensors used were DHT 11 and grow light lamps. The results of this study indicate that the temperature and light intensity in this mini greenhouse are very stable and are at a temperature of 24°C-30°C with the accuracy of the sensor in this tool showing an error value of 5.39%

    This study aims to determine practice the gold debts in Laban Village in terms of Islamic law. The qualitative method was used in this study with descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the giver and recipient of the gold debts. The analysis technique was used the field data analysis of the Miles and Hubberman models in this research. The result of the study was showed that the implementation of the gold debts in Laban village was still often carried out, this was due to the ease in filing debt. The gold debts in Laban village did not use any contract agreement in making initial agreements. The practice of gold debts in Laban village still contains elements of riba qardh which were come from an addition proportional to the value of the debt proposed, especially in taking additional items that were not accompanied by an agreement with the recipient of the debt. The solution to avoid gold debts from riba by relying debt with a formidable sale and purchase contract, therefore, that was allowed to take profits (margin). Keywords: Gold debts, Riba, Margi

    ABSTRAK PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CHILDREN LEARNING IN SCIENCE (CLIS) BERBANTU JURNAL BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA DAN SIKAP ILMIAH PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VII DI SMP N 1 MERBAU MATARAM LAMPUNG SELATAN Oleh Dwi Suryaningsih Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMP N 1 Merbau Mataram bahwa hasil belajar IPA dan sikap ilmiah peserta didik kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPA dikategorikan rendah, Rendahnya hasil belajar IPA dan sikap ilmiah peserta didik kelas VII disebabkan karena kurang aktifnya peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar atau model pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang tepat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Children Learning in Science berbantu Jurnal Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA dan Sikap Ilmiah peserta didik kelas VII di SMP N 1 Merbau Mataram Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan desain posttest-only control design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada peserta didik kelas VII. Adapun sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik Nonprobability sampling jenis sampling jenuh. Kelas VII C terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B terpilih sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan data berupa tes dan non tes. Setelah data tes objektif, dikumpulkan pengolahannya dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji tingkat kesukaran, dan uji daya beda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji manova. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas dengan menggunakan uji Kolmogorov smirnov dan uji homogenitas dengan menggunakan uji Levene’s, perolehan kedua data tersebut ialah normal dan homogeny, sehingga untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji MANOVA didapatkan taraf signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Children Learning in Science berbantu Jurnal Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA dan Sikap Ilmiah peserta didik kelas VII di SMP N 1 Merbau Mataram Lampung Selatan. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dengan sampel berjumlah 73 mustahiq. Uji yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu persamaan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji T dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.     The Role Of Pediatric Nurses In Caring For Children With Covid 19 In Indonesia

    Aims : Children are the most vulnerable age for COVID-19 due to an immature immune system and low ability to apply prevention protocol. A total of 7,950 children from 34,211 confirmed positive children in Indonesia must receive treatment. Special treatment for COVID-19 children apart from being in isolation rooms, not allowing family members to accompany them, and limiting interactions between patients and nurses (Members of the Divisions of Pediatric Infectious Disease, 2020). This study aims to determine the role of pediatric nurses in providing care for children with COVID-19 at the hospital. Design : The design of this research is exploratory qualitative. The method of collecting data with focus group discussions is using an online interaction application. Methods : Explorative qualitative research design with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The selection of participants by purposive sampling. The participants is 10 nurses with the criteria of working in the Covid isolation children's room, working more than 1 year in the hospital. Data retrieval is done online via the zoom application using mobile devices, field notes, stationery and laptops. Data analysis with Colaizzi analysis method. Results : The results of the study obtained themes is the role of nurses, efforts made by nurses, obstacles experienced by nurses, nurses expectations, nurses  joys and sorrows, patient and family responses, support for nurses. Conclusions : Recommendation for hospitals to pay more attention to the welfare and work safety of nurses and the community are expected to comply with health protocols correctly
