PEMILIHAN KOMPONEN BELT CONVEYOR UNTUK PENGANGKUTAN BIJIH BESI DENGAN KAPASITAS 1200 TON/JAM

Fasilitas penanganan bijih besi adalah peralatan pengangkut bijih besi dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya yang dilakukan secara aman dan ekonomis. Belt conveyor merupakan salah satu alat pengangkut bijih besi yang digunakan pada area pertambangan dan tempat penimbunan material (Stockpile). Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengangkutan bijih besi maka sistem belt conveyor yang digunakan harus dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan efektif. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pemilihan komponen belt conveyor dengan alat bantu aplikasi Spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) dengan menggunakan tiga metode perhitungan, yaitu DUNLOP, BRIDGESTONE dan RULMECA. PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSI, GAYA PEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU ( Studi pada SMP dan SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banjarnegara )

Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru” studi pada SMP dan SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh kecerdasan emosi kepala sekolah, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP dan SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai. Populasinya adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SMP dan SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesionar dan dokumentasi. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik stratifield propotional random sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 108 guru yang berasal dari 28 SMP dan 8 SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equalitional Modeling ( SEM ). Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah Kecerdasan emosi kepala sekolah, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi sekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP dan SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pengembangan Model Identifikasi Habitat Bentik Menggunakan Pendekatan Segmentasi Object-Based Image Analysis (OBIA) dan Algoritma Machine Learning (Studi Kasus: Pulau Pari, Kepulauan Seribu)

Identifikasi dan klasifikasi habitat bentik di perairan dangkal menggunakan citra satelit semakin berkembang. Pengembangan model dalam mengidentifikasi objek habitat bentik sangat penting untuk mengisi kebutuhan pemetaan habitat bentik dengan akurasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model identifikasi habitat bentik dari data citra satelit penginderaan jauh menggunakan metode segmentasi berbasis objek dan algoritma klasifikasi machine learning. Tiga pendekatan klasifikasi digital yang digunakan adalah support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT) dan random forest (RF). Ketiga algoritma tersebut diterapkan pada hasil segmentasi citra berbasis objek untuk menguji akurasi dari hasil klasifikasi habitat bentik. Data yang digunakan adalah citra satelit resolusi tinggi SPOT 6 yang diakuisisi pada wilayah Gugus Pulau Pari pada tanggal 20 Mei 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendekatan segmentasi berbasis objek membentuk pola segmen yang lebih rapat pada obyek heterogen dibandingkan dengan obyek yang relatif homogen (misalnya obyek daratan dan perairan). Algoritma machine learning yang diterapkan pada hasil segmentasi berbasis objek menghasilkan nilai akurasi keseluruhan (overall accuracy) lebih dari 70% untuk setiap algoritma, dengan rincian hasil adalah 75.83% untuk SVM, 74.17% untuk DT, dan 83.33% untuk RF. Dari ketiga algoritma machine learning yang diterapkan pada hasil segmentasi berbasis objek terlihat algoritma RF memiliki nilai akurasi yang paling baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma lainnya

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Logika Kabur Untuk Penyeleksian Pelamar Beasiswa Dengan Metode Sugeno “Beaflogeno”

Scholarship is an educational funding from an agency that is given to the institution or university that aims to help students college who underprivileged and achievement. In today's world of education, almost all students becomes frequently searching scholarship in educational institution. Problems in the selection of the scholarship is passing important variables when selecting applicants and the number of scholarships that cause the process from start registration until publication of the selection results to be very long and requires human resources relatively large. This research aims to create a web-based system based on fuzzy logic to simplify the selection of scholarship efficiency gains time and human resources, and avoid social bias and accountable. The method used for this study is the method Sugeno fuzzy logic. Where important variables incorporated into the calculation of SIFS (Sugeno Fuzzy Inference System). Then the result will be a recommendation. The system is built with the programming language python with django framework. The method of this research use waterfall method. The products of this research is a web application decision support system based on fuzzy logic Sugeno method for receiving a scholarship. Testing system use blackbox. Then, the result of the testing is good. For validation testing get 92,3% success, and error get 7,7%. And then, the last testing is UAT testing get 78% agree and interesting with the system

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura

Asset is a resource that has economic value inside, so it needs to be managed well in order to provid e benefits for the organization. Asset management in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura during the time still done manually, so it causes various problems in management of assets such as the problem of recording assets, transfer of assets, removal and disposal of assets and preparing reports o f school assets. Currently, the development of nformation system is considered as one of the best alternative to solve the various problems in organization. Based on the statement above, it is proper to do manufacture of asset management information syste m as one of the alternatives to improve the performance of the administration in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura. The purpose of this study is to produce management information system with various functions that facilitate the management of asset management, so it will be beneficial in terms of time, power, and cost. This system is developed by using waterfall method and made by using Framework PHP Laravel with MySql as database management as well supported by RFID reader and a tag with the frequency of 125Khz for the borrowing function. From the test results the system indicate compliance with the design and the first plan. RFID reader can read tags with a maximum distance of 4 - 5 cm and still legible although there is a barrier with a maximum thickness of 3cm. All of the functions have been going well, shown with good results, 79.85% of respondents were satisfied,and agree with the asset management of information system makes the management of assets in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura become more effective and efficient Keywords: Asset,Laravel,Asset Management,RFID,Information System

ANALISIS ANALISIS KONDISI FISIK ATLIT SAMBO KABUPATEN TUBAN

Sambo is a relatively new type of Russian martial art that is actively developing with a high variety of techniques. The sport of sambo has a high-intensity and technically complex character. Athletes always maintain their physique and improve their abilities by doing regular exercises in order to have excellent physical condition while achieving maximum performance. The focus of the study was to determine the physical condition of the male athlete Sambo, Tuban Regency. This type of research is descriptive analysis using quantitative methods. The population includes all male sambo athletes at the Tuban training center, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through tests and direct observation. The results showed the strength test of the sambo athletes in Tuban Regency are in the good category, the speed test results are in the good category, the agility test results are in the good category, and the endurance test results are in the good category. So that the overall physical condition of the sambo athletes is in the good category. Based on these results, it is recommended for athletes who are categorized as less and good enough to do intensive training so that their physical condition can improve.
