      Leadership style in Islamic educational institutions is the ability of one's ability to direct, influence, encourage and control other people or subordinates to be able to do any work on their awareness and voluntary in achieving a certain goal. A leader of course must understand and understand the basics of leadership to be a leader, both in a small scope, such as family, discussion leaders, and others as well as leaders in a large scope such as organizational leaders, religious leaders, leaders of the country and so on. As for some of the characteristics of leadership in Islam that must be applied leadership in Islamic educational institutions are: 1) have a good aqeedah, obeying the commands of Allah, 3) have cleanliness of heart, 4) and feel the leadership's perspective is khalifa on earth. The education is a process of guidance, educating intentionally given to students by adults in order to achieve the goals of education itself. Islamic education is the formation of personality to be a person who has a morality so that in everyday life get happiness, peace, and can reflect behavior in accordance with Islamic sharia which is based on the Qur'an, Sunnah Rasul and Ijtihad. Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education to achieve the objectives of Islamic education in accordance with Islamic values

    Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi pada siswa kelas X SMK Swasta Sultan Iskandar Muda Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Eksperimen dengan desain two group post-test design only. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Multimedia SMK Swasta Sultan Iskandar Muda yang berjumlah 66 siswa. Sampel Penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu kelas X-MM 2 sejumlah 32 siswa dan satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen yaitu X-MM 1 sejumlah 34 siswa. Pengambilan sampel ini dengan random sampling ( acak kelas ). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes, yaitu post-test. Proses pengumpulan data dengan cara menugaskan siswa menulis Teks Eksposisi. Sebelum dilakukan analisis data, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas yang menunjukkan bahwa skor post-test berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Teknik analisis data adalah uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan kemampuan menulis teks ekspsosisi pada siswa kelas X SMK Swasta Sultan Iskandar Muda dengan menggunakan  media audiovisual dan tanpa menggunakan media audiovisual. Perbedaan tersebut ditunjukan oleh hasil uji-t yaitu -ttabel = -1,998 > thitung = -2,21 > ttabel = 1,998, maka hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap kemampuan menulis teks eskposisi pada siswa kelas X Multimedia SMK Swasta Sultan Iskandar Muda Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019

    In this paper, we prove common coupled fixed point theorems by using  E.A. property and CLRg property for coupled mappings  without exploiting the notion of continuity, completeness of  the whole space or any of its range spaces. Our theorems generalize the result of  [5] and [10-14]. We also find an affirmative answer in fuzzy metric space to the problem of Rhoades[2]. Illustrative  examples supporting our results have also been cited

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar IPS melalui model discovery learning pada google classroom. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan subjek penelitian kepada peserta didik kelas VIII A di SMP Negeri 3 Sukasada berlokasi Kabupaten Buleleng semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 30 peserta didik, terdiri dari 17 laki-laki, 13 perempuan. Metode yang digunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Kemmis dan Mac Taggart yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan tes. Dari hasil penelitian pra siklus melalui hasil Penilaian Tengah Semester menunjukkan ketuntasan 13,33%. Kemudian meningkat di siklus I dan siklus II yaitu siklus I ( 63,33%) dan siklus II (96,67%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan discovery learning melalui google classroom dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 3 Sukasada pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.Kata Kunci: Discovery Learning, Google Classroom, Hasil Belajar

    Land cover change on the Seward Peninsula: the use of remote sensing to evaluate the potential influences of climate change on historical vegetation dynamics

University of Alaska Fairbanks, 2000Vegetation on the Seward Peninsula, Alaska, which is characterized by transitions from tundra to boreal forest, may be sensitive to the influences of climate change on disturbance and species composition. To determine the ability to detect decadal-scale structural changes in vegetation, Change Vector Analysis (CVA) techniques were evaluated for Landsat TM imagery of the Seward Peninsula. Scenes were geographically corrected to sub-pixel accuracy and then radiometrically rectified. The CVA results suggest that shrubbiness is increasing on the Seward Peninsula. The CVA detected vegetation change on more than 50% of the burned region on TM imagery for up to nine years following fire. The use of both CVA and unsupervised classification together provided a more powerful interpretation of change than either method alone.     Masquerading Mycobacterium: Rectal Growth or Tuberculosis?

    A 37-year old male presented to us with history of lower abdominal pain for 6 months. His physical examination revealed a rectal mass of approximately 1centimeter. He was investigated for possible rectal growth with sigmoidoscopy and biopsy. The histopathological examination (HPE) showed a non-specific chronic inflammation in the tissue from the mass. Another tissue from the mass was sent for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for tuberculosis, which turned out to be positive. The patient was started on standard anti tubercular (ATT) regimen and responded completely to the treatment. We discuss the patient and review some of the available literature on the topic and discuss the issue of considering a diagnosis of tuberculosis in cases with rectal mass specially when it has become a major public health issue with increasing number of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infected patients
