    This study analyzes the effect of service quality, brand image, brand equity, and corporate rebranding on customer satisfaction and loyalty of Transmart. The sample consisted of 200 respondents taken using the random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results prove that service quality, brand image, and brand equity affect customer satisfaction and loyalty of Transmart.     Job satisfaction and performance of co-assistant doctors can not be separated by burnout, given the high mobility of work in clinical studies and assisting clinical lecturers in serving patients. Burnout is a psychological syndrome consisting of three dimensions, namely emotionalexhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplisment. To achieve the performance and job satisfaction of young physicians with intervening emotional intelligence and self-efficacy can anticipate burnout. This study includes the type of explanatory research with cross-sectional data collection method. The sample size is the same as the population of 270 co-assistants with the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method. The results of this study found that from seven direct effects between the variables tested, there are five significant effects that are: (1) burnout have a significant effect on emotional intelligence; (2) burnout have a significant effect on self-efficacy; (3) self-efficacy have a significant effect on emotional intelligence; (4) emotional intelligence has a significant effect on performance, and (5) self-efficacy has a significant effect on performance, while (1) burnout has no significant effect on self-efficacy; and (2) co-assistant performance has no significant effect on co-assistant doctor job satisfaction

    Transformational  leadership  is  more  effective  and  better  if  applied  in  the  hospital sector.  Transformational  leadership  is  leadership  that  can  influence  the  behavior  of  others  in carrying out their work to achieve organizational goals. Nurses' clinical performance is expected to show their professional contribution in improving the quality of nursing services that have an impact on health services in hospitals. This study was conducted at PTPN hospital. Explanatory research design  with a sample size of 150 respondents, random sampling  method. This study uses PLS analysis. The novelty of this study is that transformational leadership with mediation of social competence and self-efficacy has a positive effect on performance, but it has a direct insignificant effect on nurse performance

    The Effect of Place Attractiveness, Curiosity, and Lifestyle on Visit Decision in Kavling DPR Sidoarjo

    The growth of the coffee shop industry as evidence of shifting consumer behavior throughout the pandemic era has encouraged enterprises to constantly innovate new café designs with extraordinary characteristics, one of which is the Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. This study intended to examine how customers decide whether to visit the Kavling DPR Sidoarjo based on place attractiveness and curiosity as well as lifestyle. Purposive sampling was employed by the researcher to select 40 participants for this study in order to obtain the primary data using widely dispersed offline questionnaires. The researcher used the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis approach to assess the data after obtaining it. The findings of this study showed that place attractiveness directly, but not significantly, influenced visitors' curiosity in visiting Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. Meanwhile, customers' lifestyle directly and significantly influenced their curiosity in visiting Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. Other findings regarding customers' decision to visit Kavling DPR Sidoarjo revealed that curiosity and lifestyle had a direct and significant impact on it. Meanwhile, place attractiveness had a direct but not significant effect on customers' decision to visit Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. Additionally, subsequent findings show that consumers' curiosity did not significantly moderate the influence of place attractiveness on their choice to visit Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. However, it significantly influenced how customer's lifestyles affected their choice to visit Kavling DPR Sidoarjo

    This research aims to analyze the effect of price, ease of transaction, information quality, safety, and trust on online purchase decision. Applying purposive sampling technique, the sample was students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember that consisted of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative data sourced from primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that, both partially and simultaneously, the variables of price, ease, information quality, safety, and trust had a significant positive effect on online purchase decision

    This study aims to investigate the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase intention of facial care products based on the theory of planned behavior. The moderating role of gender was also tested on the relationship between purchase intention and factors from the theory of planned behavior. In addition, this research was conducted in a country with a tropical and hot climate which has many cases of facial skin problems. Data collected from 320 respondents were tested against the research model using PLS analysis. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control had a significant impact on the purchase intention of facial care products, and it was also found that these factors influenced women more than men on the purchase intention of facial care products. The findings of this study present important theoretical and practical implications for the buying behavior of facial care products

    Abstract: This research aimed to empirically analyze the effects of regulation, organizational commitment, communication, and human resources on the performance of the government of the villages in Bondowoso Regency, East Java Province, mediated by the financial management. The sample was 187 respondents consisted of the heads of the villages, secretaries of the villages, heads of the departments, and treasurers. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results show that organizational commitment and human resources have significant and positive effects on the financial management and the performance of the village government. However, regulation and communication have no significant effects on the financial management and the performance of the village government.     Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of asset management, government internal control system, and human resource competency on the revenue with idle asset optimization as the intervening variable, in the Office of State Assets and Auction Service, Jember. This study also aims to determine the best strategy for the state assets management, especially the idle asset, to increase national revenue. This is an explanatory research with applying mixed method approach using embedded concurrent model. The primary data were analyzed using Partial Least Square and descriptive analysis. The sample consists of 43 respondents collected using purposive sampling method. The results show that asset management, government internal control system, and human resource competency have no significant effects on idle asset optimization. Asset management and idle asset optimization have no significant effects on revenue, while government internal control system has a negative and significant effect on the revenue. Human resource competency has a positive and significant effect on the revenue. The results of qualitative descriptive analysis conclude that many working units did not optimally manage the asset utilization. Therefore, the right policy strategy is needed to improve idle asset optimization.     Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the influence of the competencies of human resources that consisted of knowledge, skill, and attitude on the perceived quality of the financial statements generated by the administrators of Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the Government of Bondowoso. The study was conducted in 58 (fifty eight) SKPDs in Bondowoso Regency Government.The sample consisted of 102 (one hundred and two) civil servants working in finance and planning department that responsible for completing the financial statements of SKPD. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results showed that knowledge and attitude have significant effects on the perceived quality of financial statements while skill has no significant effect on the perceived quality of the financial statements.     Abstract: Research on corporate culture has been widely conducted both in Indonesia and overseas. However, research focuses on occupational health and safety (OHS) culture has not gained much attention in Indonesia, especially related to leadership, job satisfaction, motivation, and employee performance. This research aimed to analyze the influence of OHS culture, leadership, and motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance in the “X” oil and gas company in East Kalimantan Province. Primary data were collected from the sample consisted of 290 respondents, i.e, the permanent employees and the contractor’s employee working at Hindi II base. Results showed that OHS culture had a significant influence on job satisfaction, but it had no influence on employee performance. Leadership had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Motivation had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance.
