Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi peserta pelatihan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis webblog. Webblog adalah salah satu fitur yang ditawarkan google untuk menyampaikan hasil pemikiran, ide, artikel baik dalam bentuk tulisan, gambar maupun video. Blog menjadikan pembelajaran lebih inovatif dan interaktif karena guru juga dapat memasukkan materi pelajaran serta tugas. Selain itu, blog dapat digunakan untuk penilaian online. Factors Influencing Population of Beef Cattle in Ciamis Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia

The research was conducted in Ciamis as one of the centers of beef cattle in West Java Province. This study was conducted to identify factors influencing beef cattle population in Ciamis Regency. Farm level survey data from 100 beef cattle farmers were obtained using well structured questionnaire. The parameters were estimated by using multiple linear regression. Result reveal that beef cattle population in Ciamis more determined by the number of beef cattle inflow compared with outflow and beef cattle slaughtered. Variables beef cattle inflow, beef cattle outflow, pasturage, grass land, forest, the number of beef cattle ownership, human population and beef price significant influence on beef cattle population. EFEKTIVITAS PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN JARAK JAUH GURU MATEMATIKA MADRASAH ALIYAH DI BALAI DIKLAT KEAGAMAAN PALEMBANG

Increased professionalism of employees or teachers can through education and training (training). Religious Training Center (BDK) Palembang is one of the training institutions that play a role in improving the competence of the Civil Service in the Ministry of Religion. One of the trainings held in Palembang BDK is the Distance Education and Training (DJJ). To find out about how the implementation of the Training Distance in BDK Palembang in this study were DJJ mathematics teachers Madrasah Aliyah (MA) at the Training Centre of Religious Palembang, researchers examined in depth by conducting research that aims to determine the effectiveness of the education and training distance and factor Factors that support and hinder the effectiveness of distance education and training of mathematics teachers MA in Religious Training Center Palembang. The forms of research used in this research are descriptive qualitative combined with quantitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the overall analysis of data showed that the implementation of the Training Remote math teacher Madrasah Aliyah at the Training Centre of Religious Palembang less effective, although in terms of aspects of input demonstrate this activity is quite good, from the aspect of the implementation process and the output shows that the implementation of the Training Remote math teacher Madrasah Aliyah in Religious Training Center Palembang less effective. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the Training Remote math teacher Madrasah Aliyah Training Center Religious Palembang, which is a computer lab in the Training Centre of Religious Palembang, applicants did not meet the requirements of knowledge, especially in the control of computer/internet, and participants are often constrained in accessing to the website DJJ so they often failed to send assignments and other interactions with a tutor. In addition to inhibiting factors, there is also a contributing factor is the organizational structure of committees and a clear division of tasks, and financing of the activities from the beginning to the end of a dependent DIPA Religious Training Center Palembang. Based on the findings of the above study, it proposed several suggestions namely Training Center Religious Palembang to be able to immediately fix the computer labs that exist both in terms of infrastructure as well as the ingredients and potential participants Training Distance should prepare in advance about the knowledge of information technology and communications before they enroll as participants Training Remote so that the implementation can follow the learning process is well-meaning it can also increase the competence of teachers themselves

RANCANG BANGUN ALAT AERASI MIKRO BUBBLE PADA BUDIDAYA AIR TAWAR

Aerasi adalah penambahan udara ke dalam air sehingga kadar oksigen dalam air menjadi cukup dengan bantuan alat. Secara umum kualitas air berhubungan dengan kandungan bahan yang terlarut di dalamnya. Kesesuaian lingkungan hidup untuk setiap ikan berbeda, Jika keadaan tidak sesuai maka dapat menghambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, Beberapa factor dapat mempengaruhi kualitas ikan adalah oksigen terlarut, temperature, derajat keasaman (pH) dan salinitas. Hasil dari Pengujian alat aerasi mikro bubble yang telah di rancang bangun berupa data yang di peroleh dari pengukuran kolam pengujian dengan menggunakan alat ukur Do meter, Ph meter, thermometer dan Pressure gauge. Data hasil pengukuran di catat, dikumpulkan dan dihitung, kemudian diolah ke dalam program ms. excel. Rerata oksigen terlarut  yang di hasilkan pada pengujian pertama  adalah 8,9 Mg/l dari pengukuran sebelum diberi aerasi 7,2 Mg/l dalam waktu 60 menit dengan rerata tekanan air 2 kgf/cm², suhu air 26,7 ⁰C, suhu udara 30 ⁰C serta volume air kolam 7840,6 liter. Rerata kadar keasaman air sebelum di beri aerasi 10,4 Ph menjadi 9,4 Ph dan Rerata hasil pengujian ke dua dengan nozzle mikro bubble yang sama, kolam pengujian sama, volume air sama, posisi yang berbeda adalah 9,1 Mg/l dari pengukuran sebelum aerasi 7,4 Mg/l dalam waktu 60 menit dengan rerata tekanan air 2 Kgf/cm², suhu air 26,1 ⁰C, suhu udara 30,4 ⁰C dan volume air kolam 7840,6 liter. Rerata kadar keasaman sebelum aerasi 10,4 Ph menjadi 9,4 Ph

Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) implemented by the farmers (owners or tenants), farm laborers and poor farm households through coordination diperdesaan Gapoktan as an institution that is owned and managed by farmers. Gapoktan important role as a social institution peasant economy to be important in increasing production and the welfare of farmers. Given the role of the performance evaluation results gapoktan need to be input in developing Gapoktan development model so that it can better contribute in accelerating the improvement of the welfare of farmers, the growth of the agricultural sector and economic development of rural areas. The purpose of this research was to determine results financial statement analysis Gapoktan Srijaya Sari subdistrict Sukahening using Financial Ratios through Ratios Profitability who aim to measure the ability Gapoktan Srijaya Sari to generate profit, by using an approach on the calculation of Return On assest (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE).Results in mind that the results of Financial Statement Analysis Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) which has been managed by Gapoktan Srijaya Sari subdistrict Sukahening has shown a number of very good because it has to generate profits for the group union. This is evident from the results with regard Profitability Ratios ROA calculation results (Renturn on Assets) amounted to 16.01% and ROE (ReturnOn Equity) amounted to 25.27%
