    Milk Chemical Composition of Dairy Cows Fed Rations Containing Protected Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Fermented Rice Bran

    The research was conducted to investigate the effect of ration containing protected omega-3 and fermented rice bran on chemical composition of dairy milk. The research employed 10 female PFH dairy cows of 2-4 years old with body weight 300-375 kg. The research was assigned in randomized complete block design. The treatment consisted of P0= control ration, P1= P0 + 20% fermented rice bran, P2= P1 + 4% soya bean oil, P3= P1 + 4% protected tuna fish oil and P4= P1 + 4% protected lemuru fish oil. The results showed that the effects of fish oil supplementation in the rations significantly (P<0.01) decreased feed consumption, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, lipids, and saturated fatty acids. Meanwhile, it increased milk production, content of high density lipoprotein, omega-3, omega-6 and unsaturated fatty acids in the dairy cows milk. It is concluded that the inclusion of 4% protected fish oil in the rations can produce healthy milk by decreasing milk cholesterol and increasing omega-3 fatty acids content

    he experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of transfer protection fatty acid PUFA and precursor karnitin of conten peroksida number and malonaldehid of dairy milk goat..In total, 10 female dairy goats of 1-3 year this old Peranakan Etawah (PE) with body weight of 35-55 kg were used in this experiment. The assay diets included a basal diet (control) based on rambanan grass, onggoc, rice huls, soy bean meal and coconut meal alone,protecion tuna fish oil and lemuru fish oil. The method of the research was experimental in vivo using Completely Randomized Blok Design (RAK). There were 5 treatment in each treatment and 2 replication. Treatment consisted of P 0= control ration, P1=P0 +200 ppm l-carnitin, P 2=P1 +soya bean oil with 4% in the ration, P 3=P1 + Tuna fish oil soap protection 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration, and P4=P1 + lemuru fish oil soap protection 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration. The variables measuared content number peroksida and malonaldehid dairy milk goat. The results of variance analysis showed that the effect of transfer protection fatty acid PUFA of l-carnitin in the ration significantly (P<0. 01) of number peroksida and malonaldehid dairy milk goats. The conclusion of this research shows that the transfer PUFA fatty acid on soap protection levels to 4% in goats rations can increase number peroksida from 0.3309 to 0,3351 miliequivalen, than to increased malonaldehid from to 2.308 to 2.638 mg/kg. Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui dan pengaruh transfer asam lemak PUFA terproteksi dan precursor karnitin dalam ransurm terhadap kadar peroksida dan malonaldehid air susu kambing. Materi penelitian adalah 10 ekor kambing perah Peranakan Etawah (PE) betina dengan umur 1-3 tahun dan bobot badan berkisar 35- 55 kg. Bahan pakan yang digunakan terdiri atas rambanan onggok,bekatul, bungkil kedele, bungkil kelapa, mineral, premik, minyak kedele, minyak ikan tuna dan minyak ikan lemuru terproteksi. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimental secara in vivo menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 2 blok sebagai ulangan. Setiap unit blok berisi 1 ekor kambing perah periode laktasi.Perlakuannya yaitu P0=Ransum kontrol, P1=P0 +200 ppm l-karnitin dalam ransum,P2=P1 +4% minyak kedele dalam ransum,P3=P1 + Sabun terproteksi berisi minyak ikan tuna 5 ml setara dengan 4% dalam ransum,P4=P1 + Sabun terproteksi berisi minyak ikan lemuru 5 ml setara dengan 4% dalam ransum. Peubah yang diukur adalah kadar peroksida dan kadar malonaldehid air susu kambing. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa transfer asam lemak PUFA terproteksi hingga level 4% dalam ransum kambing perah yang mengandung 200 ppm l-karnitin berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kadar peroksida dan kadar malonaldehid air susu kambing. Kesimpulannya adalah transfer asam lemak PUFA terproteksi dalam ransum kambing yang mengandung 200 ppm l-karnitin mampu meningkatkan kadar angka peroksida air susu dari 0,3309 menjadi 0,3351 miliequivalen dan mampu meningkatkan kadar malonaldehid air susu kambing dari 2,308 menjadi 2,638 mg/kg

    Transfer of PUFA fatty acid protected and carnitin precursor on the ration of chemical composition of milk dairy goat

    The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of transfer of PUFA protected and car- nitin precursor on the ration of chemical com- position of milk dairy goat. In total, 10 female dairy goats of 2 - 4 years old Peranakan Etawah (PE) with body weight of 25 - 45 kg were used in this experiment. The feed material included a basal diet (control) based on yellow corn, rice bran, soya bean meal, coconut meal, tuna fish oil and lemuru fish oil. The method of the re- search was experimental in vivo using Ran- domized Completely Block Design (RCBD). There were 5 treatments in each experiment and 2 replications. The treatment consisted of P0 = control ration, P1 = P0 + 200 ppm L-carnitine on the ration, P2 = P1 + soya bean oil, P3 = P1 + pro- tected tuna fish oil 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration, and P4 = P1 + protected lemuru fish oil 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration. The measured variable is chemical composition of milk dairy goat. The results of variance analysis showed that the effect of transfer of PUFA fatty acid in the rations contained 200 ppm L-carnitine sig- nificantly (P < 0.01) affecting the chemical com- position of milk dairy goat. This research con- cluded that the transfer of PUFA fatty acid pro- tected in the ration containing 200 ppm L-car- nitine can decrease milk cholesterol from 0.19% to 0.12%, LDL from 33.34 to 23.13 mg/dl, lipid from 4.53% to 3.76% then to increase omega-3 fatty acid from 1.00% to 3.94%, omega-6 fatty acid from 1.46% to 18.80%

    SD Negeri Kepek merupakan salah satu sekolah yang ditunjuk oleh pihak UNY untuk menjadi lokasi PPL pada tahun 2015. Tujuan dari program PPL adalah untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang manajerial dan pembelajaran di sekolah; memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan kmpetensi dalam bidang keguruan atau pendidikan; memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengenal, belajar, dan memahami seluk beluk sekolah dengan segala permasalahannya; serta memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang telah diperoleh dari Universitas.. Program kegiatan PPL adalah mengajar mata pelajaran dasar selama satu bulan dimulai tanggal 10 Agustus sampai dengan 12 September 2015. Sebelum proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan, praktikan menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan PPL, dapat memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam pengembangan kompetensi di bidang pendidikan, memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mengenal segala permasalahan di sekolah yang terkait dengan proses pembelajaran, memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk menerapkan ilmu, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang telah dipelajari dalam kehidupan nyata di sekolah, serta dapat meningkatkan hubungan kemitraan yang baik antara UNY dengan sekolah yang terkait
