    Balinese traditional clothing is the most popular fashion stand at every arts festival in Bali, the newest models are always presented at this annual event, fashion transactions are the biggest transactions, this is partly due to the impulse buying behavior of the Balinese people, so this research aims to to find out: (1) the influence of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying behavior of traditional Balinese clothing (2) the influence of fashion involvement on impulse buying behavior of traditional Balinese clothing, and (3) the influence of shopping lifestyle and Fashion Involvement on impulse buying behavior of traditional Balinese clothing. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all visitors to the Bali Arts Festival (PKB) exhibition in 2023. The samples used were consumers who had purchased traditional Balinese clothing products at the Bali Arts Festival (PKB) exhibition. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling, namely samples with criteria, with a sample size of 110 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which has been tested for validity using and reliability testing using the Alpha Cronbach formula. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression tests. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying behavior of Balinese traditional clothing. This is shown by the t value of 6.228, t table of 0.1874, with a significance of 0.004. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of fashion involvement on impulse buying behavior of Balinese traditional clothing. This is shown from the calculated t value of 5.991 t table of 0.1874 with a significance of 0.004. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement simultaneously on impulse buying behavior of Balinese traditional clothing. This is shown from the calculated t value of 5.991 t table of 0.1874 with a significance of 0.004

The influence of the Governor of Bali's appeal variable on the fashion trend variable obtained a significance value of 0.012 less than 0.05 (0.012 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.682 which is positive, in other words the Governor of Bali's appeal has a positive and partially significant effect on fashion trends endek of Bali on Prabhu Kreasi Tabanan. &nbsp

    The purpose of this study is to understand the tourism development strategies in the Indigenous Village of Asak Karangasem, which analyzes the impact of tourism development through cultural traditions on the economy of the community and describes the tourism development strategies that will be carried out and can find out aspects that need to be considered in tourism development so that it can affect the economy of the village community. This study uses the SWOT analysis method where by using this analysis we can find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist around the Asak Karangasem Indigenous Village. From the results of this study it can be proven that the tourism development strategy is able to have an impact on the economy of the surrounding community

    This study aims to examine and determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee turnover intention at PT Diorama Jasa Utama Denpasar. The independent variable in this study is work stress and work environment, while the dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. This study uses primary data types in the form of interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of previous studies. The population in this study were all employees of PT Diorama Jasa Utama Denpasar with a total sample of 30 people. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS VERSION 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable work stress and work environment partially or simultaneously significantly influence the dependent variable turnover intention. The coefficient of determination shows that the contribution of the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 49.2%, while the remaining 50.8% is influenced by other variables outside the model

The enactment of the Law Number 6 of 2014 to date to Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management. The implementation of village financial management is mandated to accelerate the improvement of the quality of accountability for state finances. Having a clear accountability by the government to the community is very important in realizing good governance. Measuring the performance of government officials is one of the components in the public performance accountability system that can also be used in assessing the performance of village financial management. The amount of authority given to the village government in regulating its own governance means the great responsibility that the village government has in carrying out its duties. The allocation of village funds can also raise concerns because not all village financial management apparatus have adequate capacities. For example, the ability to spend and produce accountable village financial reports. Through trainings and massive educational outreach, it can improve the competence of village officials in managing village finances. The method used in this service is in the form of socialization and education related to the procedures for preparing good and correct financial reports to the village financial management apparatus, through several methods such as lectures, tutorials, discussions, and mentoring. In addition, the existence of socialization and education activities on village financial management not only increases the capacity of village apartments but also increases community understanding regarding the management of village funds. Thus, this dedication is expected to be able to improve the capacity and competence of village financial management officials and village officials in Werdhi Bhuwana Village, so that they can better compile village financial management reports

    In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, economic improvements must be made by all levels of society so that they can meet their daily needs. One way to improve the community's economy can be done by increasing the UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors are slowly starting to experience problems arising from the pandemic such as marketing and capitalization. In accordance with the objective desired by the researcher, namely the formation of community participation in increasing creative and innovative MSMEs in Pikat Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Having creative and innovative ideas about MSMEs in the midst of a pandemic like this can help people to survive in their current conditions. Currently, MSMEs in Indonesia continue to experience a drastic decline. Not a few MSMEs have to go out of business because of the lack of customers, so this has led to many layoffs (PHK). Therefore, the participation of the community or UMKM actors in increasing creative and innovative ideas at MSMEs is very necessary so that the participation of the community can make the Indonesian economy recover. In addition, there is a need for a good strategy in planning MSMEs to help run the business. MSMEs have a very large and crucial contribution to the Indonesian economy. In the effort to increase MSMEs, there is also a need for training for the people of Pikat Village, so that people have the skills in implementing new businesses to meet their daily needs in the midst of a pandemic. Pedagang Lima Kaki buah pikiran dari pedagang yang berjualan di area pinggir perlintasan para pejalan kaki atau trotoar. Perdagangan sendiri merupakan aktivitas bisnis yang sangat fundamental. Kenyataannya menunjukkan bahwa usaha kecil sendiri adalah penyumbang besar pada kekuatan ekonomi negara.     Objek penelitian di Kota Denpasar pada UMKM yang bergerak dibidang perikanan dengan membudidayakan ikan lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kelayakan bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih mendalam dari kelayakan suatu bisnis dari aspek SKB dengan cara analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif.  Menggunakan analisis SWOT meliputi NPV, IRR, PP, dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Hasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai (NPV) yaitu Rp. 10.829.000,00, Rp. 56.246.244,00, Rp. 100.504.980,00, nilai (IRR) sebesar 79,55 % lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang ditetapkan, nilai (PP) yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa hanya memerlukan waktu 1 tahun 6, 62 bulan untuk mengembalikan investasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, usaha budidaya ikan lele ini bernilai positif dan bisa untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam pengembangan usahanya. Usaha budidaya ikan lele layak untuk dijalankan terlebih dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat setempat

    Di tengah-tengah persaingan usaha sejenis yang sangat ketat, mampu memenuhi keinginan pasar menjadi harapan bagi semua pelaku usaha. Tingginya harga perhiasan perak membuat banyak masyarakat beralih menggunakan perhiasan dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau dan hasil menyerupai perak. Meningkatnya permintaan perhiasan alpaka, menjadi perhatian penting bagi para pengusaha perak. Tidak hanya berfokus pada perhiasan yang sudah ada, Arimasta Silver dituntut untuk dapat berinovasi terhadap produk dengan jenis bahan baku yang berbeda. Melalui studi kelayakan bisnis pemilik usaha dapat mengetahui apakah inovasi produk yang dilakukan pada Arimasta Silver layak untuk dijalankan. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan di Art Shop Arimasta Silver di Desa Celuk, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Adapun analisis kelayakan menggunakan analisis aspek non-keuangan dengan menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran serta aspek ekonomi dan sosial. Untuk mengetahui peluang bisnis terhadap inovasi produk Arimasta Silver dilakukan analisis SWOT dengan melihat kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang ada dalam usaha ini. Sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan untuk kelayakan analisis aspek keuangan menggunakan analisis Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), dan Payback Period (PP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk Arimasta Silver berada pada posisi kwadrand IV dengan posisi kompetitif yang kuat. Dalam metode QSPM diperoleh strategi alternatif yaitu dengan meningkatkan inovasi produk untuk mencapai keadaan keunggulan bersaing yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari aspek keuangan didapatkan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) positif sebesar Rp. 7.155.970, nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) adalah sebesar 13,7%, nilai Profitability Index (PI) lebih besar dari 1 yaitu 1,3%, dengan Payback Period (PP)dari usaha ini selama 2 tahun 5 bulan 2 hari. This business feasibility study applied quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentations conducted at the Kulo coffee shop Pemogan.  The data obtained from the research object were then immediately collected and processed.
