    THE ROLE OF BRAND AMBASSADOR AND BRAND IMAGE ON CONSUMER PURCHASE DECISIONS AT TOKOPEDIA

    The research objective was to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. In determining the number of samples using non-probability sampling techniques with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. 115 respondents as research objects as Tokopedia consumers and BTS fans. Data processing uses the SPSS version 26 program to carry out validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive tests, coefficient of determination tests, multiple linear analysis tests. Research data collection was carried out by dividing questionnaires consisting of 23 servers using a Likert scale with five scores online using Google Form. The results of this study partially show that brand ambassadors and brand image have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.The research objective was to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions.     WORK ENGAGEMENT IN SMES: DOES WORK SPIRITUALITY PLAY A ROLE AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE?

    This study aims to determine the effect of job crafting and social skills on work engagement with work spirituality as an intervening variable for MSME employees in Kebumen Regency. The population in this study were all MSME actors in Kebumen Regency. The sampling technique was based on the slovin formula and the results obtained were 71 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, Sobel test, and path analysis. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that social skills and job crafting have a positive effect on work spirituality, social skills have a positive effect on work engagement. However, the results of this study could not prove the effect of job crafting on work spirituality, and did not find a role for work spirituality as a mediation

    This study aims to determine analyzing the effect Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Decisions on MSMEs in Belitung such as of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social media marketing, store environment and perceived value. The population to be studied is all SMEs in Belitung and the sample in this study is 110 respondents from all SMEs in Belitung with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS 25.0 application with various tests carried out such as validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through T and F tests, and the coefficient of determination test was carried out. The results of the study found that Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media Marketing, Store Environment and Perceived Value had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions for SMEs in Belitun

    ANALISIS PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM DENGAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

    This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage on Stock Returns with Firm Value as a moderating variable in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period. The research method is descriptive quantitative, namely an explanation of the number measurement system, and the data obtained for conducting the research is taken through the financial reports of the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples obtained in this study were 11 companies taken from companies in the food and beverage sub-sector group of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2021 period. The results and conclusions found are that the liquidity ratio proxied by the current ratio has no significant effect on stock returns, the profitability ratio proxied by return on assets has a significant negative effect on stock returns, the leverage ratio proxied by the debt equity ratio has no effect significantly to stock returns, firm value proxied by price to book value is not able to moderate the current ratio to stock returns, firm value proxied by price to book value is able to moderate the return on assets on stock returns, and firm value proxied with price to book value unable to moderate the debt equity ratio to stock returns.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daripada Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap Return Saham dengan adanya Nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2016-2021. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu penjelasan mengenai system pengukuran angka, dan data-data yang diperoleh untuk melakukan penelitian diambil melalui laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang diambil dari perusahaan dalam kelompok perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2021. Hasil dan kesimpulan yang ditemukan adalah Rasio likuiditas yang di proksikan dengan current ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham, Rasio profitabilitas yang di proksikan dengan return on asset berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan tehadap return saham, Rasio leverage yang di proksikan dengan debt equity ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan tehadap return saham, Nilai perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan price to book value tidak mampu memoderasi current ratio terhadap return saham, Nilai perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan price to book value mampu memoderasi return on asset terhadap return saham, dan Nilai perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan price to book value tidak mampu memoderasi debt equity ratio terhadap return saham

    This study focuses on the intention to buy halal products, where the intention has a very important role in influencing the sustainability of behavior, the sample of this research is students in one of the campuses in East Java, this is because students are one part who has an understanding will consume halal products. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Halal products are products that have a level of hygiene, quality and are clearly in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 students consisting of 66 women and 34 men. The results showed that all the influence tests had a significant value because they met all the criteria and assumptions in the SEM and Sobel Test.     The purpose of this research is to determine how organizational citizenship behavior mediated by work engagement is influenced by perceptions of organizational support. This research uses quantitative methodology. The General Staff of Malang City Hall was the subject of the research. Using SmartPLS software, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS techniques. Factors to examine include organizational citizenship, perceived organizational support, and work engagement. Based on the findings of this research, POS has no significant effect on OCB. On the other hand, POS influences work engagement, and can indirectly and significantly mediate the relationship between POS factors and OCB.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior), yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan kerja (work engagement), dipengaruhi oleh persepsi dukungan organisasi (perceived organizational support). Kinerja karyawan dalam bisnis atau entitas pemerintah harus berada pada level tertinggi. Oleh karena itu, perilaku OCB diperlukan. Pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan metodologi kuantitatif. Staf Bagian Umum Balai Kota Malang menjadi subjek penelitian. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik PLS. Faktor-faktor yang akan diperiksa meliputi organizational citizenship brhavior, perceivedeorganizationalosupporti, dan workoengagement. Menurut temuan studi ini, POS tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Di sisi lain POS berpengaruh pada work engagement, serta secara tidak langsung dan signifikan dapat memediasi hubungan antara faktor POS dan OC

    UKURAN PERUSAHAAN MEMODERASI PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, CURRENT RATIO, DAN TINGKAT PAJAK TERHADAP DEBT EQUITY RATIO

    This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, tax rate, and current ratio on the debt equity ratio , namely the ratio in the calculation of capital structure. By including company size as a moderating variable, it is hoped that it can strengthen or weaken the relationship between variables in companies engaged in the financial sector and the trade, services and investment sectors in the period 2018 to 2020. The test is carried      out      using      statistical      software Smart PLSThe results showed that the profitability and current ratio partially had a significant negative effect on the debt equity ratio, while the tax rate partially had no effect on the debt equity ratio. Meanwhile, simultaneously profitability, CR, and tax rate have a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the size of the company partially can only moderate the relationship between profitability and current ratio to debt equity ratio, and current ratio partially had a significant negative effect on the debt equity ratio, while the tax rate partially had no effect on the debt equity ratio. Meanwhile, simultaneously profitability, CR, and tax rate have a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the size of the company partially can only moderate the relationship between profitability and current ratio to debt equity ratioPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, tingkat pajak, dan current ratio terhadap debt equity ratio yakni rasio pada perhitungan struktur modal. Dengan memasukkan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat ataupun memperlemah hubungan antar variable pada perusahaan yang bergerak di sector keuangan dan sector perdagangan, jasa dan investasi pada periode tahun 2018 sampai 2020. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software statistic SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan current ratio secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap debt equity ratio, sedangangkan tingkat pajak secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap debt equity ratio. Sedangkan secara simultan profitabilitas, CR, dan tingkat pajak berpengaruh negative signifikan. Sementara ukuran perusahaan secara parsial hanya dapat memoderasi hubungan profitabilitas dan current ratio terhadap debt equity ratio

    The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital, independent commissioner, and audit committee on company value in food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The independent variable in this study are intellectual capital, independent commissioner, and audit committee. The dependent variable is firm value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The population used ih this research is the food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021, the sample was taken using the purposive sampling method with a total of 36 samples. The method used is this research is multiple linear regression test. This type of research is quantitative using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS).     This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, dividend policy and profitability on firm value with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The sample for this research are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Malaysia Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method and 108 samples were obtained. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics, R-square and path coefficient, with data processing using SmartPLS 4.     Effect of Internal and External Factors on Stock Price in Companies That Conduct Rights Issue

    This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of internal factors (Rights issue, total assets, total liabilities) and external factors (world oil price, world gold price, exchange rate, fed interest rate) on stock prices in the capital market. This study used companies that conducted a Rights issue and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2021 with a total sample of 63 companies. The research method used is in the form of Generalized Least Square (GLS) analysis with white period weighting.
