ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA PADA TAMAN BUNGA CELOSIA DI BEURAWE KOTA BANDA ACEH

ABSTRACT The tourism area of the Celosia Beurawe Flower Garden in Banda Aceh asa medium for the preservation of flowering plants and this is a form ofconservation. DISEASE DETECTION EXPERT SYSTEM IN WATERMELON PLANTS USING CERTAINTY FACTOR METHOD BASED ON MOBILE

Watermelon is one of the fruit commodities currently being developed in West Nusa Tenggara by making Central Lombok Regency as its production center. The problems that are often faced by farmers in watermelon farming, apart from pests, watermelon plants are also often affected by diseases that cause the plants to wilt and then dry, white spots on the flesh, the growth of leaves and small fruit so that it has an impact on decreasing productivity caused by lack of knowledge farmers in recognizing and dealing with diseases in watermelon plants so that they are often mishandled. This research was conducted with the aim of producing an expert system that can be used to detect diseases in watermelon plants and provide solutions for handling them so that watermelon farmers can make prevention and treatment efforts quickly before the disease is transmitted to many other watermelon plants. This expert system was built with the Mobile-based Certainty Factor Method with the Android operating system so that it can be downloaded in the Playstore by watermelon farmers or anyone who needs it so that it is expected to help farmers detect diseases in watermelon plants and provide appropriate handling steps based on related theories

Pelatihan manajemen taman pendidikan Al-Qur’an Nurul Hidayah Getap Barat Kelurahan Cakranegara Selatan Kec. Cakranegara Kota Mataram

[Bahasa]: Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin canggih yang berdampak pada semakin menjamurnya lembaga pendidikan, baik swasta maupun negeri, baik lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal, mulai dari perkotaan  sampai [edesaan dan bahkan pelosok sekalipun, menuntut kepada semua penentu kebijakan baik pemerintah dan terlebih lagi bagi para pemangku kepentingan atau penentu kebijakan strategis pada masing-masing lembaga pendidikan yang bersangkutan untuk terus berbenah diri. Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an (TPQ) Nurul Hidayah Getap Barat hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat Getap Barat yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Cakranegara sebagai pusat perekonomian warga Mataram khususnya dan provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat umumnya, sebagai wadah untuk membekali generasi muda  dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman dan teknologi serta informasi yang disajikan melalui media masa baik cetak maupun eketronik. Keberadaan sebuah lembaga pendidikan di tengah menjamurnya lembaga pendidikan di berbagai penjuru mulai dari perkotaan sampai pedesaan dan bahkan pelosok kampung terpencil sekalipun, akan dapat eksis manakala lembaga pendidikan yang  bersangkutan dikelola dan ditata dengan baik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan pada pelatihan manajerial Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an Nurul Hidayah getap Barat, dengan mengundang narasumber yang mumpuni di bidang manajemen. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dilaksanakan dengan menerampakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemberian tugas atau latihan.  Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh 15 orang peserta, dengan rincian seorang kepala, tiga orang wakil (kesiswaan, kurikulum, dan   sarana –prasarana), seorang Bendahara dan 10 orang guru. Materi yang disampaikan pada saat pelatihan berkisar pada fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Masing-masing fungsi tersebut diperkuat oleh narasumber dengan memberikan ruang tanyajawab dan latihan sederhana kepada peserta. Kata Kunci: fungsi manajemen, lembaga pendidikan, maju dan terkemuk

Experimentation with Realistic Mathematic Education Learning Approach to Problem Solving Skills on Social Arithmetic Material From Learning Style

The purpose of this research is to know the difference in problem-solving skills in social arithmetic material is reviewed from the learning style and which learning style has the best problem solving ability. The type of research used is the QUASI experiment. This study was conducted at MTS Putri NW Narmada 2018/2019 school year. The population in this study is all students of MTS Putri NW Narmada. Sampling techniques using Cluster Random Sampling, the sample used is Class VII F. Data collected with tests and tested with ANAVA one way. The results of the study stated that: Students with auditory, visual, and kinaesthetic learning styles have different mathematical problem solving skills. To further need a further test post Anava with Scheffe method. From the average comparison test results The average between the row and the column obtained the conclusion as follows: (1) in a double-comparison test between students with visual and auditory learning style of Ho received. Because Ho is accepted, students who have a visual and auditory learning style have the same problem solving skills. 2 In the double comparison test between students with auditory and kinaesthetic learning style is accepted by Ho. Since Ho is accepted, students with kinaesthetic and auditory learning styles have the same problem solving skills. 3 In the double comparison test between students with visual and kinaesthetic learning Styles Ho was rejected. Because Ho is rejected, there is a difference in problem solving skills between students with kinaesthetic learning style with students of visual learning style

Kajian tentang faktor-faktor yg mempengaruhi tingkah laku selamat dalam kalangan pekerja kontraktor di sektor pembuatan

Model 50-item Work Safety Scales (WSS) which developed by Hayes et al. (1998) was adopted to investigate the influence of the five facets of WSS on compliance with safety behaviour among contractors in manufacturing sector. The survey was done among 130 respondents (112 questionnaires were returned back) by using a questionnaire which measures the workers’ perceptions on job safety, coworker safety, supervisor safety, management safety, and satisfaction with safety program towards compliance with safety behaviour. All the results were then analyzed statistically with descriptive analysis of respondents’ background, reliability tests on variables’ internal consistencies, correlation, and regression analysis. The findings showed that the most significant facets were the satisfaction with safety program and coworker safety in predicting the relation to comply with safety behaviour. The job safety and supervisor safety, however, indicated negative relationship to the compliance with safety behaviour. The management safety was non-significant to the compliance with safety behaviour in this study. The findings would be valuable guidance to researchers to help the organization work on the level of compliance with safety behaviour

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PAKAN DENGAN KADAR PROTEIN YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN UDANG VANAME (LITOPENAEUS VANNAMEI) DI TAMBAK INTENSIF

Protein content in feed is one very important aspect in the success of aquaculture, because protein acts as a building material for shrimp, affecting the growth, reproduction, and health of shrimp. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of vaname shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei) by feeding different protein levels. The method used is experimental growth parameters and water quality in intensive ponds L. vannamei. Growth parameter data include the value of MBW (Mean Body Weight), SGR ( Specific Growth Rate), FCR (Food Conversion Ratio), and SR ( Survival Rate). The treatments tested were feeding with different protein levels, namely (A) protein feed (30%) and (B) protein feed (35%). The study used the independent sample t-test method with 2 treatments and three replicates, 60 days of maintenance. The values obtained during the study were, MBW in treatment (A) 7.06 g and treatment (B) 6.06 g, while the SGR value of treatment (A) 11.66 g, and treatment (B) 11.33gr. FCR value of treatment (A) 1.68 kg and treatment (B) 1.73 kg. SR value of treatment (A) 83.29%, and treatment (B) 84.88%. The results showed that feeding with different protein levels did not significantly affect the growth of vaname shrimp(p<0.05). The range of quality parameters during maintenance is still in the range that can be tolerated vaname shrimp
