PEMBELAJARAN KRIA KULIT DI SMK 5 YOGYAKARTA
Tulisan ini disusun berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap Pem¬belajaran Kria Kulit di SMK 5 Yogyakarta, Mata Pelajaran Kria Kulit, Jurusan Kria Di SMK 5 Yogyakarta. Sebagai bahan kaji¬an analisis dalam penelitian ini penulis tekankan pada hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan tujuan pembelajaran, materi pelajaran, guru, siswa, metode, media, interaksi belajar mengajar dan evalu-asi pembelajaran kria kulit. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pengerti¬an deskriptif (Descriptive research). Dengan memanfaat¬kan sum¬ber data dari siswa kelas satu SMK 5 Yogyakarta khusus program kria kulit.juga dari guru-guru yang paham terhadap permasalahan yang diambil. Dalam pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan meng¬gu¬na¬kan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan pedoman dokumentasi. Selain itu dalam proses pe¬ngumpulan data juga digunakan alat bantu lembar observasi, tape recorder, dan kamera foto. Dalam penelitian ini guru ditetapkan sebagai informan berdasarkan pertimbangan pengalaman mengajar, dan latar belakang pendidikan. Per¬timbangan siswa kelas satu karena kelas ini mengambil pelajaran kria kulit. mulai dari awal. Data divaliditasi dengan menggunakan pertimbangan ahli dan tri¬anggulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif de¬ngan langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMK 5 Yogyakarta, program keahlian kria kulit yang menjadi kelas unggulan belum berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan di bi-dang sarana dan fasilitas untuk belajar, tapi niat dan semangat sa¬ngat optimis, guru dalam mengajar tidak semuanya membuat per¬siapan mengajar, karena sudah ada persiapan mengajar dari Dikmenjur, model pembelajaran dari guru biasanya diberi tugas kemudian siswa mengerjakan langsung tanpa banyak teori lalu guru mengawasi, siswa diperbolehkan tanya langsung kalau ada yang tidak dimengerti, model mengajar dengan cara penugasan buat karya sudah berjalan dengan lancar, untuk pembelajaran materi kompetisi gambar estetik berjalan dengan baik dan berkembang dari tuntutan kompetensi yang digariskan kurikulum dan bahan ajar. Guru menggunakan media pembelajaran kurang pariatif se¬hing¬ga siswa lambat untuk berkembang, pelaksanaan team teaching sangat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar. Siswa dalam berperilaku pembelajaran masih tergantung pada guru. Mo¬del evaluasi yang dikembangkan guru menggunakan pengamatan dan ingatan dalam menentukan nilai akhir guru, dari hasil di lapangan ternyata motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kria kulit sangat tinggi, namun kendala yang ada yaitu minimnya sarana dan fasilitas untuk kegiatan praktek sehingga siswa dan guru menggunakan per¬alatan seadanya, penggunaan waktu belajar belum maksimal ke¬semua itu sangat mempengaruhi hasil belajar mengajar. The Analysis of Amount and Various Age of Productive Female Bali Cattle That Slaughtered at Abbatoirs
Base on the ability for surviving at the limited vegetations, Bali cattle is famous as a pioneer cattle. Although the fertility of Bali cattle has known so high (up to 80%), but the slaughter of productive female of Bali cattle from year to year is so high too, so that the existance of Bali cattle in the future is threatened extinct. The accurate data indicating the amount of Bali cattle slaughtered at the abbatoirs are not available yet, exactly from the Pesanggaran and Mambal abbatoirs as the bigger abbatoirs in Bali. The study used 246 heads of Bali cattle originated from Pesanggaran, and 232 heads of Bali cattle originated from Mambal abbatoirs, respectively. The study indicated as many as 81,7%, and 87,5% of Bali cattle slaughtered at those abbatoirs were female. According to their ages, most of them were productive too, i.e. 99% at Pesanggaran, and 67,49% at Mambal abbatoirs, respectively. These result indicated it is needed a special attention from the Bali government exactly from the Animals Husbandry Officer in order to prevent the loss of Bali cattle populations in the future
Inhibition Activities of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme and Amino Acid Kefir Whey Profile of Skim Milk Fermented by Kefir Grains
Bioactive peptides fermented milk is very potential as functional food products for health. The aim of this study is to analyze the inhibition activity of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme and kefir whey amino acid profile and IC50. The design being applied is a comprehensive random design with five treatments (fermentation time 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 days) and 3 replications. ACE inhibition indicators include ACE inhibition with IC50, protein, peptide concentration, total proteolytic and amino acid profiles. The results show that ACE inhibition activity ranges from 35.94 - 66.67% with peptide levels of 872.80 - 1084.74 mg/mL and IC50 of 65.48 µg/mL, and contained hydrophobic amino acids which functioned for ACE inhibition. The conclusion of this study, that the highest ACE inhibition is obtained at 0 days of fermentation with inhibition ability (IC50) of 65.48 µg / mL and functioning as nutraceuticals food
Penerapan Program Ipteks Bagi Wilayah (Ibw) Di Kecamatan Nusa Penida Kabupaten Klungkung Tahun 2012
Program Ipteks bagi Wilayah (IbW) di Kecamatan Nusa Penida, Kabupaten Klungkung tahun 2012 ditujukan untuk memberdayakan potensi yang ada di masyarakat. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemberian bantuan Iptek dari Perguruan Tinggi, dukungan Pemda, serta peran partisipasi masyarakat menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Bidang-bidang yang menjadi fokus perhatian dalam program ini adalah bidang pendidikan, pertanian-peternakan, industri rumahan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan hidup. Desa lokasi program IbW Nusa Penida adalah Desa Suana, Desa Batukandik, dan Desa Sakti. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui metode/model: Partisipatory Rural Apprasial (PRA), Enthrepreneurship Capasity Building (ECB), Technology Transfer (TT), dan Information Technology (IT), dalam berbagai bentuk kegiatan seperti pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat), pembinaan dan pendampingan, penyuluhan, percontohan (demplot), dan penghijauan. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah; (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang komputer bagi staf desa, kecamatan, dan guru-guru SD; (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi anggota kelompok Sari Gading bidang pembuatan VCO; (3) membuat demplot biogas bagi petani; (4) meningkatkan keterampiran proses pembelajaran bagi bagi guru-guru PAUD; (5) meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat sesuai minatnya sambil mereka belajar membaca dan berhitung; (6) meningkatkan keterampilan membuat media pembelajaran IPA berbasis lokal; (7) meningkatkan kualitas batako dan dampak lingkungan; (8) meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang cara pembibitan dan menanam pohon penghijauan sekitar 2.000 pohon jati dan karet setiap desa; (9) pengembangan budidaya jarak kepyar bekerjasama dengan Kimia Farma yang melibatkan sekitar 400 petani
DAYA HAMBAT EKSTRAK DAUN API-API (Avicennia marina) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN MIKROBA (ALT DAN MPN E.Coli) PADA IKAN TONGKOL SEGAR (Euthynus affinis)
Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui daya hambat ekstrak daun api-api (Avicenniamarina) terhadap pertumbuhan mikroba (ALT dan MPN E.coli) pada ikan tongkol segar(Euthynus affinis). Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan perlakuankonsentrasi 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25 % dan 30% dan kontrol positif. Data dianalisisdengan analisis varians dan dilanjutkan uji LSD pada taraf 0,05. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan terjadi penurunan jumlah ALT dan E.coli pada perlakuan 5%, 10%, 15%,20%, 25 % dan 30%. Jumlah ALT sesuai standar yg ditentukan telah tercapai denganperlakuan konsentrasi 15% pada penyimpanan 12 jam, sedangkan pada 24 jam tercapaidengan konsentrasi 30%. Simpulan, ekstrak daun api-api dapat menghambatpertumbuhan mikroba (ALT dan MPN E.coli) pada ikan tongkol segar (Euthynus affinis)secara signifikan pada 12 jam dan 24 jam. Pada penyimpanan 12 jam ada perbedaandaya hambat (ALT) ekstrak daun api-api pada semua perlakuan kecuali padaperbandingan konsentarsi 20%, 25%, dan 30%. Penyimpanan 24 jam tidak adaperbedaan daya hambat (ALT) hanya pada konsentarsi 20%. Penyimpanan 12 jam adaperbedaan daya hambat (MPN E.coli) ekstrak daun api-api (Avicennia marina) hanyapada perlakuan 0% dan 5%. Sedangkan pada penyimpanan 24 jam terdapat perbedaandaya hambat (MPN E.coli) pada konsentarsi 0%, 5%, 10% 15% dan 20%
Students’ Satisfaction Index on Chemistry Learning Process
This study was aimed at describing the index of students’ satisfaction in the chemistry learning process in SMAN 4 Singaraja Bali Indonesia and the factors that influenced it. For that, the survey research was conducted. The population was all students of the tenth and eleventh-grade students of groups of mathematics and natural sciences in academic year 2016/2017 in SMAN 4 Singaraja Bali consisting of 478 people. All population members became samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The numbers of respondents which returned the questionnaire were 431 people. Data the were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the index of students’ satisfaction viewed from a dimension of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was 86.24%, 85.67%, 87.42%, 88.11%, and 85.18%, respectively, and all dimensions were quite high. Overall the index of students’ satisfaction in the chemistry teaching and learning process was 86.19% and it was high

Animal health service is one of key factors to be successful in animal breeding. This program include curativeaction for animal illness, sanitation program and vaccination as a preventive program. Carangsari village especiallySamuan Kawan and Samuan Kangin Sub-villages is potential as one of animal production centrals at BadungRegency, so that the animal health service program is potentially conducted at both places. Results of programshowed the responds of society especially for cattle farmers were very interesting that were identified by so manyanimals were treated by this program i.e. 34 heads (89,5%) treated by vitamins, 21 heads (55,3%) treated byspraying, 7 heads (18,4%) treated by anthelmentics, and 4 heads (10,5%) treated by curative actions. Impact of Tourism to Poverty in Tourism Destination: Pro Poor Tourism Management Approach
This study aims to determine the typology of poverty, the causes of poverty and the impact of tourism on the poor, in the region Tulamben and Candidasa, Karangasem district. Research using purposive sampling method with a sample size 94 respondents. The data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results are as follows. Typology of poverty of coastal communities, among others: age dominated 60 years and over, low education (graduated SD), the average income of 300,000 / month. Causes of poverty include natural factors, cultural factors, and the lack of poor people to work in the tourism sector. The impact of tourism on coastal communities on the one hand a positive impact on the opportunities opening new jobs like being a guest introductory diving, porter, and souvenir sellers
Profiles of Environmental Literacy of Senior High School Students
Abstract
This study aimed to describe the environmental literacy of high school students in Bali Province, Indonesia. For that reason, the study conducted was survey research. The population of the study was high school students in the Bali Province, Indonesia. Population of the study was 40.608 students. Samples were drawn by a multistage random sampling technique. Each district was chosen 50 students randomly. Thus, there were a total of 450 students as research samples. The research samples consisted of the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth-grade students, each of which amounted to 131, 263, and 56 people and the number of male and female students was 151 and 299 people, respectively. Students’ environmental literacy data were collected with an environmental literacy inventory developed by researchers. This inventory consisted of five dimensions, including knowledge (15 items), concern (15 items), sensitivity (16 items), attitude (9 items), and behavior (8 items) towards the environment. Inventory is created in Google forms and circulated online. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by calculating the average score of environmental literacy and then changed from a scale of 5 to a scale of 100, then grouped into the categories of very low (0 - 20%), low (21 - 40%), moderate (41 - 60%), high (61 - 80%), and very high (81 - 100%). The results showed that overall the environmental literacy of students was classified as a high category. However, the dimension of knowledge was in the medium category, while the other dimensions were in the high category.</jats:p
