Combination of laser and image data from a mobile mapping system

Diplomová práce se zabývá kombinací dat různých technologií sběru 3D dat, konkrétně dat pozemní fotogrammetrie, letecké fotogrammetrie za využití RPAS a pozemního laserového skenování. Práce se zabývá především fotogrammetrickým zpracováním v softwaru ContextCapture a poté kombinací dat v tomto softwaru. Práce popisuje také tvorbu kalibračního pole, jehož body byly využity jako vlícovací a kontrolní při zpracování. Přesnost jednotlivých výstupů byla ověřena statistickým testováním souřadnicových odchylek kontrolních bodů. Výsledkem je 3D model jedné z budov nacházejících se v areálu výzkumného centra AdMaS.The diploma thesis describes the data integration of data from different 3D technologies, specifically data of close range photogrammetry, aerial photogrammetry using RPAS and terrestrial laser scanning. The thesis deals mainly with fotogrammetric processing in ContextCapture software and data integration in this software. The thesis also describes a construction of a calibration field. The points of the field were used as ground control points and check points during processing. The accuracy of the outputs was evaluated by statistical testing of the coordinate deviations of the control points. The result of the thesis is 3D model of one of the buildings located in the AdMaS research center.

Dynamic changes in genomic and social structures in third millennium BCE central Europe

Europe’s prehistory oversaw dynamic and complex interactions of diverse societies, hitherto unexplored at detailed regional scales. Studying 271 human genomes dated ~4900 to 1600 BCE from the European heartland, Bohemia, we reveal unprecedented genetic changes and social processes. Major migrations preceded the arrival of “steppe” ancestry, and at ~2800 BCE, three genetically and culturally differentiated groups coexisted. Corded Ware appeared by 2900 BCE, were initially genetically diverse, did not derive all steppe ancestry from known Yamnaya, and assimilated females of diverse backgrounds. Both Corded Ware and Bell Beaker groups underwent dynamic changes, involving sharp reductions and complete replacements of Y-chromosomal diversity at ~2600 and ~2400 BCE, respectively, the latter accompanied by increased Neolithic-like ancestry. Na Střední uměleckoprůmyslové škole sklářské v Železném Brodě jsme s žačkami druhého ročníku vytvořily a zrealizovaly projekt představující zpracování skla z hlediska technologie. Za tímto cílem žačky samy natočily a zkompletovaly krátký film, který jim přinesl nové zkušenosti, znalosti, dovednosti a zároveň umožnil názorně ukázat veřejnosti tento předmět. Já se při projektu zaměřila především na průběh, přístup žákyň, jejich motivaci, spolupráci a schopnost dosáhnout svého vytyčeného cíle. Celý projekt popisuji a hodnotím v praktické části práce. V teoretické části vymezuji vybrané pojmy a problematiku související s projektovým vyučováním. Toto studium tak převádím do praxe

The Anthropology of the cemetery by the Basilica of St. Lawrence at Vyšehrad

During archaeological excavation at the Basilica of St Lawrence at Vyšehrad, the skeletal remains of 22 individuals were withdrawn under the direction of Dr. B. Nechvátal in 1971. Some of the remains were found in graves, some were identified in the spoil and collected material and were dated to the 11th-13th centuries. Of the whole collection, 10 were non-adult and 12 adult. Of the latter, 8 were male, 2 female and 2 indeterminable.The average age at death of the adult was 42.1 years. We noted not only common pathological finds. Most interesting of all, perhaps, were traces of force evident upon a male skull from the fill of grave 5, probably representing tha cause of death
