IMPLEMENTASI GERAKAN KELUARGA SAKINAH SESUAI KEPUTUSAN MENTERI NOMOR 3 TAHUN 1999: Studi Kasus di Desa Pucakwangi Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi konsep keluarga sakinah perspektif Keputusan Menteri Agama nomor 3 tahun 1999 tentang Pembinaan Gerakan Keluarga Sakinah di Desa Pucakwangi Lamongan. Penelitian ini bersifat perspektif dengan teknik observasi terstruktur pada masyarakat dengan pendekatan analisis normatif–yuridis hukum Islam serta menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat terhadap ayat-ayat Alquran beserta tafsirnya. Sementara pendekatan yuridis yang digunakan yakni menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 3 Tahun 1999 tentang Pembinaan Gerakan Keluarga Sakinah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Pucakwangi masih memiliki pemahaman yang sangat sederhana pada konsep keluarga sakinah, namun masyarakat desa memiliki keinginan untuk tetap mewujudkannya sesuai dengan pemahaman mereka

STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION OF THE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE ENGLISH FOR HOSPITALITY AT UNIVERSITY OF MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

This study examines students' perception of the Center of Excellence English for Hospitality at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This research design is qualitative. The instrument of this research is interview. Furthermore, the analysis used to analyze the data is thematic analysis. The subjects in this study were eight students of the English Language Education Department at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. As a result, this study identified some positive and negative perceptions from participants. Hands-on work experience, Skills development, and future career are described as the positive perceptions. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BRAINSTORMING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF DAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT MATEMATIS SISWA SMA

Zaman yang semakin cepat ini siswa dituntut untuk dapat menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dengan cepat. Menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat membutuhkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan Adversity Quotient matematis yang tinggi karena dengan kemampuan tersebut siswa akan memiliki berbagai cara untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan Adversity Quotient matematis siswa adalah model pembelajaran Brainstorming. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Brainstorming terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan Adversity Quotient matematis siswa dan apakah terdapat hubungan antara Adversity Quotient dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung dan sampel penelitian adalah kelas X IPA1 dan X IPA2 SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes uraian kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis dan angket Adversity Quotient matematis. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Brainstroming lebih baik daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional, (2) Adversity Quotient matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Brainstorming lebih baik daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional, dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara Adversity Quotient dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Brainstorming dan pembelajaran konvensional. Cara Mengimplementasikan Nilai- Nilai Al-Qur'an Dalam Kehidupan

Melihat kejadian yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini banyak kelompok yang mengatas namakan Islam. Memprihatinkan buat kita kita nama Islam dipakai namun dalam implementasi ajaran-ajaran Islam justru menyimpang dari aturan. Sehingga banyak kita lihat antara sesama saudara kita yang Islam saling membunuh untuk melegalkan idieologinya masing-masing. Ditambah lagi bagaimana tanggapan negara non muslim terhadap umat muslim ang menganggap umat Islam identik dengan teroris. Sebagai umat yang tetap setia kepada junjungan Nabi Muhammad SAW dan mempunai keyakinan tentang kebenaran Islam telah dinodai dengan mengatas namakan agama Islam. Agama Islam merupakan satu-satunya agama yang mendapat legalitas dari Allah. Agama ini bukan buatan manusia, peraturan dan tata cara ibadah berhubungan dengan wahyu yang kebenaranya yang absolut dan hakiki. Seorang muslim tidak terlepas Al-Qur’an karena al-Qur’an memberikan komando untuk mentaati Allah dengan menuruti aturan yang ada dalam al-Qur’an, mentaati Rasul dengan mempercayai Hadith, mentaati Ulil Amri. Islam yang benar dan memberikan rahmat bagi alam semesta harus mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai al-Qur’an. Islam tanpa penerapan nilai-nilai al-Qur’an akan banyak memberikan kejanggalan-kejanggalan dan kerusakan, menimbulkan kebencian yang mendalam dikalangan non muslim. Dengan implementasi al-Qur’an dengan jelas akan kelihatan siapa Islam yang membawa rahmat bagi alam semesta dan Islam yang hanya mengatas namakan Islam. Hal ini yang akan menghindari kita dari paham-paham yang merusak citra Islam

Humans is one of the  best part for discussing in Philosophical. The existence of human can not be dissevered from the beginning and the end of creation of the universe.  Based on the statement above, there was a problem that must be answered, i.e , how do the philoshopers and muslims think of the origin of life,  human and the end of the universe? According to Thales (625-545 SM) the Universe is derivation from th water and it’s returned to the water. Anaxagoras (± 499 – 420 SM) thinked that the creation of the cosmos  is caused by atoms, Anaimenes has said that the creation of the universe is derivation from air by processing of condentation and rarefaction.  In holy Qur’an Al-Anbiya/21, verse 30 told  that the universe is the one entity that unity . “ Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (QS. Al-Anbiya’/21 : 30)”. Based on those, there was a similarity view between the holy Qur’an and the argument of the philosophers about the process of the occurence of Universe and also the relationship between the water and the air. In the islamic view, the universe has a beginning, so, the universe must has beginning and ending ( eschalogy). Evidently now the philosophers have justified that the end of the universe will come true. The Methode of collecting the data of this research used Library Research  , and also using qualitative approach. There are  similar or different views about the occurance of the universe, its contents, and also its destruction

Analisis Makna Character Building pada Perilaku Nabi Muhammad dalam Surat Al-Mukminun [23] ayat 1-11

Character building must follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad. Because he is the incarnation of the Al-Qur'an, a human being who is successful in his life in the world with the various problems he faces and the several professions he does. Allah gave him success in this world and the hereafter. We can see this in Surah al-Mukminun verses 1-11. There, the tips for becoming a successful person are explained by implementing the characters implied in these verses. The first character that must be possessed is a religious personality. The second personal character is focused on concentration, praying seriously '. This prayer is like the head of all deeds. If the prayer is good, other deeds will be good, but if the prayer is not good, it will also affect the unworthiness of the other deeds. After prayer there is a character of discipline by keeping away from useless things that are not useful, be it deeds or words. then the character of obedience in paying zakat, shows a sense of social or caring. Then the personal character who is responsible by maintaining self-respect by using the available facilities in a halal way. Furthermore, a personal character that is trustworthy, the importance of maintaining trust and promise is a form of character of a person who can be trusted. And lastly is a consistent character, maintaining prayers regularly and working hard, istiqamah which shows that the person is able to be consistent in maintaining goodness. According to Al-Mâwardiy, carrying out these characters results in success in any field, be it education, economy, profession and so on. Even lasting success will be found in the afterlife

Demokrasi dan Penegakan Hukum dalam Wawasan Al-Qur’an

Islam is a religion that regulates people's lives. This includes democracy and law enforcement. In democracy there are several views of Muslim experts, some accept but on the condition that the power is not absolute in the hands of the people, and there are also those who reject it altogether. In the ulama democracy accepted in Islam is deliberation and consensus in matters that are in accordance with religious rules. In Islamic democracy, it is very radicalism. This can be seen from the views of some scholars of Tafsir regarding Surah Al-Baqarah verse 143 that Islam is not exceeding the limit. Meanwhile, good law enforcement can be created because of a well-executed democracy. In Islam, law enforcement is a profession that is not easy. There are criteria and ethics for judges as law enforcers so that the law can produce a fair law. In the enforcement of the law must glorify God's commandments and have a sense of compassion or concern and a deep sense of justice that is shown. Democracy and law enforcement in the perspective of the Qur'an there are ethics that must be done, so that democracy and law enforcement cannot be separated from religion as secular views separate religion from worldly problems. Religion with the guidance of the holy book Al-Qur'an plays an important role in guiding democracy and good law enforcement

PENGALIHAN HAK SEWA TANAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF FIQIH MU’AMALAH, KUHPerdata DAN KHES

Sewa-menyewa merupakan suatu perjanjian antara pihak yang satu meyanggupi serta mengikatkan dirinya untuk menyerahkan manfaat suatu barang kepada pihak lain selama waktu tertentu dengan diikuti pembayaran sebagai imbalannya. Dalam perjalanannya, praktik sewa-menyewa yang terjadi tidak selalu berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Seperti sewa-menyewa yang terjadi di Desa Jatimulyo dimana salah satu pihak bisa saja mengalihan hak sewanya kepada pihak lain ketika sewa-menyewa sedang berlangsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan kualitatif deksriptis dengan wawancara singkat pada pihak tertentu. Hasil kajian diperoleh: fiqih mu’amalah menilai bahwa pengalihan yang dilakukan dihukumi batal (fasakh), sebab pengalihan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dangan ketentuan syara’ yang telah ditetapkan. Sementara KUHPerdata menilai bahwa pengalihan tersebut merupakan kegiatan yang tidak diperbolehkan sebagaimana dalam Pasal 1559. Kemudian KHES menilai bahwa pengalihan sewa yang dilakukan adalah sesuatu yang dilarang sebagaimana termaktub dalam Pasal 310. Sehingga dapat dipahami pengalihan hak sewa yang dilakukan adalah hal yang tidak diperbolehkan
