    Amplification of Magnetooptical Response in the «Nanocomposite-Bismuth Telluride» Multilayer System

    The presented work is devoted to the study of magneto-optical properties of «nanocompositesemiconductor » ((Co40Fe40B20)33.9(SiO2)66.1/Te3Bi2)) multilayer structures. It has been found, that the adding of Te3Bi2 spacer regardless of composite’s compound increases a magneto-optical response and the amplification of it is the biggest among the other spacers such as Si, SiC and Cu. There has also been established a good correlation between thickness dependencies of magnetooptical (MO) and magnetotransport properties. This correlation is related to the peculiarities of interface forming at the «FM-granule - semiconductor » edge and to percolation process in multilayer structures.     Microsurgery of Cell Membrane with Femtosecond Laser Pulses for Cell Fusion and Optical Injection

    We report on results of using femtosecond laserscalpel for microsurgery of plasma membrane ofliving cells. Femtosecond laser pulses were appliedto initiate cell fusion as well as to performreversible permeabilization of cell membranerequired for efficient injection of extrinsicsubstances into the target cells. Laser-based cellfusion of mammalian embryo blastomeres as wellas fusion of cell bodies of neurons of molluskLymnaea stagnalis were successfully carried out byapplying single femtosecond laser pulses (secondharmonic of a Cr:Forsterite laser system) 620 nm,100 fs with the fluences of 0.42-0.71 J/cm2. It wasshown that the fusion of cells was completed within5-60 minutes depending on the cell type. Successfulpermeabilization of a cell membrane andoptoinjection of a membrane impermeable dye wasperformed with the help of a compact laser systemfor cell microsurgery DissCell-F (ytterbium laser,1050 nm, 75 MHz, ~115 fs). In both cases the laserirradiation parameters were thoroughly optimized toachieve high viability of treated cells and highefficiency of the procedures of cell fusion andoptical injection

    Big Data incorporation based on Open Services Provider for distributed enterprises

    There is provided a new software solution for multiple data sources integration at modern enterprises with distributed organizational structure. Open Services Provider (OSP) is a platform powered by SEC "Open code" that allows developing situational centers for decision making support based on Big Data analysis and visualization. The paper describes a problem of management of modern distributed enterprises, the proposed OSP solution and results of its probation in practice.     In this work we present the results of experimental study of generation of the RF-oscillations in a classic flat triode configuration for both presence and absence of the reflected particles flow. The amplitude and frequency characteristics are studied. The behavior of main characteristic parameters for both cases was analyzed and compared.Представлены результаты экспериментального исследования ВЧ-генерации в триоде в режимах с наличием и отсутствием отраженного потока.     Industrial application of Big Data services in digital economy

    Despite multiple positive results in research and development of Big Data technologies, their practical implementation and use remain challenging. At the same time most prominent trends of digital economy require Big Data analysis in various problem domains. Based on generalization of theoretical research and a number of real economy projects in this area there is proposed in this paper an architecture of a software development kit that can be used as a solid platform to build industrial applications. Examples are given for automobile industry with a reference of Industry 4.0 paradigm implementation in practice

    Results of experimental study of plasma rotation dynamics in the U-3M torsatron during transition to the improved confinement mode are presented. The rotation velocity is measured using the Doppler reflectometry methods.Представлено результати експериментального вивчення динаміки обертання плазми в торсатроні У-3М під час переходу розряду в режим покращеного утримання. Швидкість обертання визначалася методом допплеровської рефлектометрії.Представлены результаты экспериментального изучения динамики вращения плазмы в торсатроне У-3М во время перехода разряда в режим улучшенного удержания. Скорость вращения определялась методом допплеровской рефлектометрии

    Data exchange platform for digital economy

    This paper describes an experience of the Data exchange software platform practical use supporting the modern trends of Digital Economy. The platform was initially designed for the suppliers and customers of data sources providing the up-to-date technologies of Big Data processing as an online service. The platform is also open for software developers to upload new algorithms and technologies in order to help them to find new areas of application. There is presented architecture and its software implementation for an intermediary online platform capable of collecting, processing and analysis of various datasets. Modern companies being the members of digital economy can use this platform to process their data and produce business analytics. They can become both suppliers and providers of data, as well as develop and upload new customized algorithms. First results were achieved in the area of retail and social media analysis

    Integration Issues of Big Data Analysis on Social Networks

One user can be presented in several social networks by various avatars. Most users have different dynamics of data processing and generation. In order to provide a solution capable to deal with this, there was developed and implemented a software library for integration with a number of social networks.     Compact electron linac LU-7-2 for radiography of large-scale objects

    At RFNC-VNIIEF there was started up a compact LU-7-2 linear electron accelerator designed for industrial application in the field of radiography of objects with a large mass thickness as well as for development of radiation technologies. For accelerator microwave power supply there was used a magnetron operating on a wavelength of 10.7 cm with a pulse power of 2.5 MW. Accelerating structure was created on the basis of a circular disc-loaded waveguide with varying geometry of accelerating cells, operating on a traveling wave of 2π/3 mode. Electrons are injected by a diode type 50 kV electron gun. The achieved parameters allow to use the accelerator for radiography of objects with a large mass thickness
