    ABSTRAC Tras las permanentes luchas impulsadas por el movimiento indígena del Ecuador, se ha logrado el reconocimiento a su libre determinación, establecidas en los instrumentos nacionales e internacionales; como una garantía para el efectivo ejercicio de sus derechos colectivos, por lo que mediante la declaratoria al Ecuador como un País Plurinacional e Intercultural, se establecen nuevos esquemas de administración para lograr un Estado más democrático, incluyente y solidario. Dentro de este contexto se aprueba la creación de las Circunscripciones Territoriales Indígenas, con toda su autonomía política, administrativa y financiera. La presente investigación busca aportar con el conocimiento mediante el análisis de las propuestas dictaminadas para la ejecución de esta experiencia de desarrollo local, impulsada recientemente por la Coordinación de la Nacionalidad Kichwa de Pastaza, con el apoyo del Gobierno a través del Instituto para el Ecodesarrollo de la Amazonia Ecuatoriana (ECORAE), a fin de ir estructurando su Circunscripción Territorial Indígena, desde una metodología participativa, inclusiva y consensuada a través de magnas Asambleas dentro de su territorio. Se incluye también una aproximación a los temas más relevantes del complejo marco teórico en que se inscribe este proceso de desarrollo, así como la definición de algunas variables socioeconómicas sobre las cuales se construye la investigación analítica del entorno, de igual manera las percepciones y realidades del grupo específico de beneficiarios seleccionados. La aplicabilidad de la CTI de la Nacionalidad Kichwa, se constituye a un proceso teórico práctico validado, con relevantes atribuciones y competencias, a ser ejercidas dentro de un contexto ancestral, solidario y reciproco; contribuyendo de esta manera a los retos del desarrollo local sostenible y a la práctica del Buen Vivir, que plantea el Estado

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to identify the effects of inflation, interest rate, ROE, and current ratio toward the stock price at Jakarta Islamic Index 2009-2011 period time. Stock sample that used in this research is stock sample that had been registered in Jakarta Islamic Index. The sample taken by determining specific criteria (purposive sampling). And this research using double linear regression. The result of this research showing inflation, interest rate, and current ratio not significantly influenced by stock price, however ROE influenced by stock price. Simultaneously, these four variables significantly influenced toward the stock price at Jakarta Islamic Index 2009-2011 period time Key words: inflation, BI-rate, ROE, current ratio, stock price i ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, ROE dan current ratio terhadap harga saham di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2009-2011. Sampel saham yang digunakan adalah yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menetapkan kriteria tertentu (purposive sampling). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan inflasi, tingkat suku bunga dan current ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROE berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.     AbstrakTujuan - Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan trend fashion di kalangan Milenial dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness, Brand Consciousness, serta Brand Nationality terhadap produk ZALORA. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan - penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen penelitian  google form – dimana total sampel 114 yang merupakan pelanggan Zalora. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 23.Hasil Temuan – menunjukkan bahwa Brand Awareness, Brand Nationality, Brand Consciousness berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Milenial , Kesadaran Merek dan Perilaku Pembelian Milenial yang dimediasi oleh Kesadaran Merek sedangkan Kesadaran Merek, Kebangsaan Merek mempengaruhi positif dalam Perilaku Pembelian Milenial dan Kesadaran Merek.Nilai/Implikasi - Hasil penelitian ini mampu memberikan implikasi manajerial untuk digunakan terhadap perusahaan untuk memahami dan menambah wawasan sehingga perusahaan dapat menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya.     First Year Metabolic and Hormonal Behavior Define two Different Populations of SGA Newborn for Weight or Height

    Context: Small-for-gestational-age (SGA) children have a particular metabolic and hormonal pattern at birth that changes rapidly.Objective: To evaluate the linear and weight growth in the first year of life in SGA children.Design: Prospective, monocentric cohort study.Setting: Real-world data collected from April 2012 to January 2016.Patients: SGA newborns uniformly defined by either growth or length lower than -2 SDs for gestational age.Interventions: All children were evaluated for 1 year after birth, at 3 days of life, then 3, 6, and 12 months after birth.Main outcome measures: Anthropometric parameters and biochemical variables, such as blood glucose, insulin, leptin, IGF-1, IGF binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3), and homeostasis model assessment - insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index.Results: A total of 133 SGA children were enrolled. Length significantly improved 1 month after birth, whereas weight significantly increased only at 3 months after birth. Biochemical variables increased during the first year of life, showing a prediction by IGFBP-3 and HOMA-IR index. Then, the variables were divided considering either weight, length, or both, showing a different incidence. The biochemical variable changes recorded in the first step were maintained considering SGA children for weight or length, whereas they disappeared when weight and length were considered together.Conclusions: Our study shows a specific catchup growth for weight and length in SGA children. Moreover, we highlight that weight and length should be considered as independent parameters in SGA children, defining 2 different metabolic-hormonal populations with different conceivable predictive role in early catchup growth and in later growth and metabolic status

    Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Is not Related to the Prevalence of Diabetic Polyneuropathy in Diabetes

    Aim: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has been suggested as independent predictor for kidney disease and proliferative retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D), while the association with diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN) is debated. The aim of this study is to evaluate the association between DPN and predictive tools and ultrasonography diagnosis of NAFLD. Methods: Forty-two diabetic patients (mean age 57.83 ± 11.47 years, duration 9.44 ± 8.92 years, HbA1c 59.19 ± 13.85 mmol/mol, 27 males, 93% T2DM), underwent clinical evaluation of DPN by Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI), Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score (MDNS) and Diabetic Neuropathy Index (DNI). NAFLD was evaluated by predictive tools Fatty Liver Index (FLI) and Hepatic Steatosis Index (HIS), and confirmed by liver ultrasonography. Results: DPN was present in 22 (52.4%) participants. DPN patients were older (p=0.04) and characterized by higher prevalence of impaired urinary albumin excretion (p=0.035), hypertension (p=0.011) and dyslipidemia (p=0.041). High risk FLI and HIS scores were detected in 81% and 64.3% of subjects, while ultrasonography NAFLD was present in 31 out of 36 (85.7%%) patients (20 with mild and 11 with moderate-severe grade), resulting more frequent in females than males (93.3% versus 63.0%, p=0.032). 87 No significant difference was found in DPN prevalence in patients with NAFLD than those without (54.8 versus 45.2 %, p=0.338), also considering only high grade steatosis. No association was identified between DPN and non-invasive predictive tools of NAFLD. Conclusion: Although in a small sample of diabetic subjects, liver steatosis is not independently associated with clinical diagnosis of DPN

    In vivo endophytic, rhizospheric and epiphytic colonization of vitis vinifera by the plant-growth promoting and antifungal strain pseudomonas protegens MP12

    An evaluation was conducted of the colonization of Pseudomonas protegens MP12, a plantgrowth promoting and antagonistic strain, inoculated in vine plants during a standard process of grapevine nursery propagation. Three in vivo inoculation protocols (endophytic, rhizospheric, and epiphytic) were implemented and monitored by means of both culture-dependent and independent techniques. Endophytic treatment resulted in the colonization of the bacterium inside the vine cuttings, which spread to young leaves during the forcing period. Microscopy analysis performed on transformed dsRed-tagged P. protegens MP12 cells confirmed the bacterium’s ability to penetrate the inner part of the roots. However, endophytic MP12 strain was no longer detected once the plant materials had been placed in the vine nursery field. The bacterium also displayed an ability to colonize the rhizosphere and, when the plants were uprooted at the end of the vegetative season, its persistence was confirmed. Epiphytic inoculation, performed by foliar spraying of cell suspension, was effective in controlling artificially-induced Botrytis cinerea infection in detached leaves. The success of rhizospheric and leaf colonization in vine plants suggests potential for the future exploitation of P. protegens MP12 as biofertilizer and biopesticide. Further investigation is required into the stability of the bacterium’s colonization of vine plants under real-world conditions in vineyards

    ABSTRAK: Penilaian adalah unsur yang utama pada proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan penilaian hasil dari proses pembelajaran yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan pembelajaran. Melalui kegiatan penilaian diperoleh informasi terkait ketercapaian peserta didik selama belajar yang menunjukkan keberhasilan guru dalam mengajar. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelaksanaan penilaian dapat sekaligus memberikan fungsi umpan balik kepada guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penilaian autentik adalah kegiatan penilaian peserta didik untuk mengerjakan tugas sebagai bentuk penerapan aspek pengetahuan dan aspek keterampilan. Penilaian autentik dilaksanakan dengan teknik penilaian kinerja atau proyek, penilaian portofolio, dan penilaian tertulis. Penilaian autentik pelaksanaannya dilakukan oleh guru harus berdasarkan instrumen yang telah disusun berdasarkan penilaian autentik. Selain itu, penilaian autentik dalam penerapannya harus sesuai prosedur yang akan ditempuh guru dalam mengevaluasi ketercapaian peserta didik selama proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian yang fokus kepada penilaian autentik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia menulis karya ilmiah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai penggunaan penilaian autentik dan langkah penerapan penilaian autentik dalam pembelajaran menulis karya ilmiah di SMA, SMK, MA, MAK kelas XI semester dua. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa penilaian autentik yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bahasa Indonesia tingkat sekolah menengah atas dan kejuruan dalam mengevaluasi kompetensi dasar mengonstruksi karya ilmiah telah berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai perkembangan keterampilam peserta didik.KATA KUNCI: Penilaian Autentik; Menulis Karya Ilmiah; Keterampilan Peserta Didik.AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT OF INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNINGWRITING SCIENTIFIC WORKS: USE AND ACHIEVEMENTSTUDENT SKILLS ABSTRACT: Assessment is the main element in the process of learning activities. Implementation of the results of the learning process that cannot be separated from learning activities. Through activities obtained information related to the achievement of students during learning that shows the success of teachers in teaching. Therefore, assessment activities can simultaneously provide a feedback function to teachers and students in learning. Authentic assessment is an activity of assessing students to work on assignments as the application of knowledge aspects and skills aspects. Authentic assessment is carried out with assessment or project techniques, portfolio assessment, and writing. Authentic implementation carried out by the teacher must be based on an instrument that has been prepared based on an authentic assessment. In addition, authentic assessment in its application must be in accordance with the procedures that will be achieved by the teacher in creating student achievement during the process of learning activities. Research that focuses on authentic assessment in Indonesian language learning writes scientific papers using descriptive qualitative research. This study has the aim of describing and analyzing the use of authentic assessment and steps of authentic application in learning scientific work in SMA, SMK, MA, MAK class XI in the second semester.
