Na základe analýzy navrhnem informačný systém, ktorý spĺňa požiadavky spoločnosti.The object of this diploma thesis is to analyze current status of information system of company Tower. As a result of this analysis will be propsal of new information system based on the requirements of the company.

Determining the Value of a Selected Joint-Stock Company from the Financial Sector

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení výkonnosti konkrétní společnosti v letech 2017-2021 a na stanovení její hodnoty k datu 31.12.2021. Pro zhodnocení makroprostředí podniku je využita PEST analýza. Pro posouzení výkonnosti podniku jsou použity finanční ukazatele, konkrétně stavové, rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele a soustavy ukazatelů. Pro stanovení hodnoty jsou využity metody ocenění podniku, jako jsou majetkové, výnosové a komparativní metody.This diploma thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of a specific company in the years 2017-2021 and determining its value as of 12/31/2021.A PEST analysis is used to evaluate the macro environment of the company. Financial analysis is used to assess the company's performance, specifically status, difference and ratio indicators, as well as indicator systems. Práca sa zaoberá vytváraním aplikácie pre OS Android, získavaním informácií o zariadení a testovaním výpočtového výkonu. V tejto práci sa hovorí o historii, vývoji a architektúre OS Android. Je tu opísaný postup práce vývoja aplikácie pre OS Android. Výstupom tejto práce je aplikácia na zistenie informácii o mobilnom zariadení a na testovanie jeho výpočtového výkonu.The work deals with creating applications for the Android OS, gathering information on mobile device and testing of computing power. Optimization of Microwave Glycerolysis of Crosslinked Rigid PU Foams for Using Recyclate in Production

Teoretická část shrnuje možnosti chemické recyklace polyurethanových a polyisokyanurátových izolačních pěn a metod přípravy polyolů z jejich alkoholyzátů. Důraz je kladen na využití mikrovlnné ho ohřevu během depolymerace jako perspektivního zdroje energie chemolýzních procesů. Praktická část je zaměřena na optimalizaci přípravy recyklátu polyisokyanurátové izolační pěny v kombinaci s polyethylentereftalátem prostřednictvím glycerolýzy mikrovlnném poli. U získaného recyklátu byla ověřena zpracovatelnost a použitelnost pro opětovnou přípravu isokyanurátových pěn ve směsích s originálními polyoly.The theoretical part summarizes the chemical recycling processes of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate insulation foams and methods of polyols preparation from their alcoholysates. Emphasis is placed on the use of microwave heating during depolymerization, as a perspective energy source for chemolysis processes. The practical part is focused on optimization of recyclates preparation derived from polyisocyanurate foams and polyethylene terephthalate by microwave enhanced glycerolysis. Recyclates obtained were verified for their workability and applicability in blends with virgin polyols in polyisocyanurate foam manufacture process.

Preparation and Organization of a Judo Tournament

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit, co všechno obnáší uspořádat turnajový seriál v judu a detailně popsat jeden jeho vybraný závod. První část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení teoretických pojmů potřebných k následující praktické části. Druhá část práce se zabývá přípravou a organizací turnajového seriálu a také jednoho vybraného závodu. Práce hodnotí pomocí výzkumných šetření silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby závodu. K výzkumnému šetření byly použity metody pozorování, osobního rozhovoru a SWOT analýzy, dále práce zahrnuje finanční zhodnocení vybraného závodu. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty výsledky a poznatky z výzkumných šetření. Z výsledků jsou vyvozeny doporučení a náměty pro organizátory na zlepšení budoucích turnajových seriálů.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present what it takes to organize a judo tournament series and to describe in detail one of its selected competitions. The first part of the thesis focuses on defining the theoretical concepts needed for the following practical part. The second part of the thesis deals with the preparation and organization of the tournament series and also one selected competition. The thesis evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the race by means of research investigations. Observation, personal interview and SWOT analysis methods have been used for the research investigation and the thesis includes financial evaluation of the selected race. The final section summarizes the results and findings of the research investigations. Influence of humidity changes to properties of building materials with organic filler

Práce je zaměřena problematiku rozměrových změn stavebních materiálů s obsahem organického plniva, v souvislosti se změnami vlhkosti okolního prostředí, v němž se daný materiál nachází. Rešerše poznatků především z vědecké odborné literatury prokázaly výrazný vliv vlhkosti na objemové i hmotnostní změny jak dřeva samotného, tak dřevo cementových kompozitů. Podstatná je v tomto ohledu úprava dřeva (termická, chemická atd.), případně povrchové ošetření finálního dřevo cementového kompozitu (nátěrovým systémem, impregnací atd.) pro omezení míry změn vlivem působení okolní vlhkosti. Experimentální laboratorní posouzení rozměrových i hmotnostních změn prokázalo soulad s teoretickými poznatky, a rozšířilo je o upřesnění vlivu na jednotlivé rozměry. Bylo prokázáno odlišné chování cementotřískových desek z hlediska jejich hygroskopicity, kdy byly analyzovány změny na deskách povrchově ošetřených nátěrovým systémem a na deskách bez úpravy povrchu.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of dimensional changes of building materials containing organic filler, in connection with changes in the humidity of the environment in which the material is located. Searches of knowledge, especially from the scientific literature showed a significant effect of moisture on volume and weight changes of both wood itself and wood of cement composites. In this respect, the treatment of wood (thermal, chemical, etc.) ort he surface treatment of the final wood of the cement composite (coating systém, impregnation, etc.) is essential to reduce the rate of change due to ambient humidity. Experimental laboratory assessment of dimensional and mass changes proved compliance with theoretical knowledge and extended them by specifying the effect on individual dimensions. The different behavior of cement-bonded particleboards in terms of their hygroskopicity was demonstrated on the changes of the boards surface threatment with the coating system and on the boards without surface threatment.

Waste Recycling Possibilities of Rigid PU Foams from the Production of KingSpan CZ

Teoretická část bakalářské práce zhodnocuje metody a trendy recyklace polyuretanových materiálů s důrazem na tvrdé polyuretanové pěny používané jako termoizolace ve stavebnictví. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena na ověření využitelnosti glycerolu jako alkoholyzačního činidla v procesu regenerace polyolu v kombinaci s perspektivním mikrovlnným ohřevem reakční směsi. V závěru práce jsou navrženy další kroky k rozvoji uvedeného procesu s cílem převedení metody do technické praxe.The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis evaluates methods and trends of recycling polyurethane materials with the emphasis on rigid polyurethane foams used as thermo isolation building material. The experimental part is focused on glycerol process verification as an alcoholization agent in the regenerative process of polyol, together with perspective microwave heating of reaction mixture. The final part of the work suggests further steps in the development of above mentioned process with the aim of its transforming into technical practice.

Changes in the properties of cement-bonded particleboards due to fluctuations in atmospheric humidity

Práce je zaměřena na změnu rozměrových, objemových, hmotnostních a mechanických vlastností cementotřískových desek vlivem kolísání vlhkosti okolního prostředí. Součástí práce je rešerše vědecké odborné literatury zaměřená na možnou úpravu organických materiálů využívaných jako plniva do cementotřískových matric, a také cementotřískových kompozitů. Jelikož se jako plnivo používá dřevo, které je velice náchylné na vlhkost, je důležitá jeho úprava – tepelná, chemická. V praktické části jsou pak navrženy a zkoušeny různé receptury cementotřískových desek inspirované dosavadním výzkumem. Laboratorní posouzení změn vlastností cementotřískových desek vlivem relativní vlhkosti prokázalo soulad s teoretickými podklady, jako výsledek diplomové práce byly definovány vhodné receptury pro výrobu cementotřískových desek včetně jejich ověření.The work is focused on changing dimensional, volume, weight and mechanical properties of cement bonded particleboards due to fluctuations in the humidity of the surrounding environment. Part of the work is a search of scientific literature focused on the possible modification of organic materials used as fillers in cement bonded matrices, as well as cement bonded composites. Since wood is used as a filler, which is very susceptible to moisture, it is important to treat it – thermally, chemically. In the practical part, various recipes of cement bonded particleboards were inspired by previous research are designed and tested. The laboratory assessment of changes in the properties of cement bonded particleboards due to relative humidity demonstrated compliance with the theoretical foundations, as a result of the thesis, suitable recipes for the production of cement bonded particleboards including their verification were defined.

Design of a Single-purpose Machine for Bottle Caps Installation

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o návrhu jednoúčelového stroje, který slouží pro uzavírání různýchtypů víček na naplněných lahvích. Obsahem práce je návrh hardware, software a následné oživenístroje. Při návrhu hardwaru jsou vytipovány komponenty a následně jsou vytvořeny elektrické apneumatické obvody za splnění podmínek kladených na bezpečný chod stroje. Návrh softwarovéčásti je realizován na programovatelném automatu Unitronics Visilogic, kde komunikace se snímačia akčními prvky probíhá skrze I/O periferie. Součástí řídicího systému je vizualizační rozhraní nakterém je možné měnit jednotlivé parametry stroje.This diploma thesis is focusing on a design of a single-purpose machine, which is used for attaching a different kind of lids on filled up bottles. Content of this thesis include design of hardware, software and commissioning. Components were selected during hardware design after that electrical and pneumatic circuits were made to fulfill requirements for safe operation of the machine. Software part was created in programing software Unitronics Visilogic where communication between sensors and action elements is done by I/O modules.
