Received: March 5th, 2022 ; Accepted: June 13th, 2022 ; Published: July 5th, 2022 ; Correspondence: [email protected] data of the technological assessment of the suitability of five new winter apple cultivars of VNIISPK breeding (‘Aleksandr Boyko’, ‘Blagodat’, ‘Vavilovskoye, Ivanovskoye’, ‘Patriot’ and ‘Prazdnichnoye’) for the production of raw materials for juice industry are presented. The main technological indicators characterizing the suitability of the cultivar for juice production were studied: the firmness of the pulp, the yield of juice, the content of soluble solids, sugars, titratable acids and catechins in comparison with the standard cultivar ‘Antonovka’. It was found that all of them were distinguished by a higher content of soluble solids and sugars in the juice than in the standard cultivar, and a lower content of titrated acids, as well as higher tasting ratings. ‘Aleksandr Boyko’ surpassed all studied cultivars in terms of such indicators as juice yield, the content of soluble solids, sugars and catechins in it, besides it was distinguished by low acidity. All studied cultivars, especially ‘Alexandr Boyko’, are promising as raw materials for the juice industry

The modern domestic education system is developing and improving. At the same time, it often remains unprotected from various kinds of threats and dangers of a criminal nature. Of particular concern is the criminality of students, who, as practice shows, often commit illegal acts directed against other participants in educational relations. It seems that the formation and development of criminal policy in the field of prevention of all existing criminal phenomena in the field of education has an important preventive potential in this aspect. In this article, the author reveals the general and special principles of criminal policy in this sphere of public relations. The author refers to the general principles of legality, justice, humanism, equality of citizens before the law, democracy, as well as the principle of the inevitability of responsibility in the implementation of criminal policy. In turn, the special principles of criminal policy in the field of crime prevention in the educational environment include: the principle of matching tasks, powers and resources; the principle of the proactive nature of strategic decisions; the principle of scientific; the principle of complexity; the principle of compliance with morality; the principle of purposefulness; the principle of combining unity of command and collegiality. The analysis of the implementation of these principles has shown that at present, oddly enough, they are often violated during the implementation of criminal policy. However, the author believes that such violations are inevitable, since, in an effort to comply with one principle, the state to a certain extent violates the second one. In general, the criminal policy is reflected primarily in the existing normative legal acts. The analysis of these acts shows that at the present time a lot of attention is paid to the criminal policy in the field of education, but there is still no unified state strategy for the development of this area. The main goal of criminal policy in the field of crime prevention in the educational environment, according to the author, is to influence criminal phenomena by developing theoretical ideas aimed at countering and preventing crime. The author notes that the modern criminal policy of Russia is formed in two directions. The first direction is to improve legislation, and the second direction implies the formation and improvement of criminology, which reveals the nature of the grounds of crime and develops measures to prevent it. It seems that the development of these areas, as well as other scientific research in the field of criminal policy in the field of crime prevention in the educational environment, will contribute to the development of a unified state system for the prevention of all existing criminal phenomena in the field of education

Criminological Safety of Educational Organizations: Problems of Conceptual Apparatus

In the article the Author refers to the study of certain theoretical provisions relating to the theme of criminological security of educational organizations, namely to the analysis of two key terms related to this concept: educational organization and objects of criminological security of educational organizations. The Author reveals each term, offers a definition, gives various examples. When studying the term “educational organization”, the researcher draws attention to the fact that the legislation provides for the possibility of obtaining education by persons held in correctional institutions of the penal correction system, in particular through the creation of educational organizations at correctional institutions. In this regard, the article presents and analyzes statistical data on the number of educational institutions in the colonies and the number of convicts studying in them in the Russian Federation in the modern period. It is concluded that at present, in the whole country there is a tendency to increase the number of educational organizations in the colonies, and persons studying in them. In practice, however, working professions received by convicts in such educational institutions are often not in demand in the labor market. Offering the author's definition of the term “objects of criminological security of educational organizations”, the researcher names and reveals, in particular, such objects as the identity of students and teachers, educational organizations as legal entities, as well as state and municipal authorities engaged in management, control or other interaction with educational organizations

On the Question of Decomposition of Multi-Timescale Systems Dynamic Model

    Get PDF
The problem of decomposition of a multi-timescale systems dynamic model is considered in this paper. The specific feature of these systems is the simultaneous presence of processes with essentially different speeds of free components of motions. The description model is represented by a singularly perturbed system of differential equations. The conditions are examined that allow reduction of the order of the system model: the checking of these conditions causes the greatest difficulty in practice. Research results are given as an iterative procedure requiring no special knowledge of singularly perturbed systems of differential equations

Superconducting fluctuations and characteristic time scales in amorphous WSi

We study magnitudes and temperature dependences of the electron-electron and electron-phonon interaction times which play the dominant role in the formation and relaxation of photon induced hotspot in two dimensional amorphous WSi films. The time constants are obtained through magnetoconductance measurements in perpendicular magnetic field in the superconducting fluctuation regime and through time-resolved photoresponse to optical pulses. The excess magnetoconductivity is interpreted in terms of the weak-localization effect and superconducting fluctuations. Aslamazov-Larkin, and Maki-Thompson superconducting fluctuation alone fail to reproduce the magnetic field dependence in the relatively high magnetic field range when the temperature is rather close to Tc because the suppression of the electronic density of states due to the formation of short lifetime Cooper pairs needs to be considered. The time scale {\tau}_i of inelastic scattering is ascribed to a combination of electron-electron ({\tau}_(e-e)) and electron-phonon ({\tau}_(e-ph)) interaction times, and a characteristic electron-fluctuation time ({\tau}_(e-fl)), which makes it possible to extract their magnitudes and temperature dependences from the measured {\tau}_i. The ratio of phonon-electron ({\tau}_(ph-e)) and electron-phonon interaction times is obtained via measurements of the optical photoresponse of WSi microbridges. Relatively large {\tau}_(e-ph)/{\tau}_(ph-e) and {\tau}_(e-ph)/{\tau}_(e-e) ratios ensure that in WSi the photon energy is more efficiently confined in the electron subsystem than in other materials commonly used in the technology of superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNSPDs). We discuss the impact of interaction times on the hotspot dynamics and compare relevant metrics of SNSPDs from different materials

THE ASSESSMENT OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND WATERSHED EFFECT ON THE HETEROTROPHIC METABOLISM IN THE LAKE ONEGO ECOSYSTEM

Lake Onego, as one of the largest water bodies in a humid zone, is the recipient of terrestrial carbon and plays an important role in the global balance of this element. Due to heterotrophic metabolism in the Lake Onego ecosystem, substantial emissions of carbon dioxide from this lake into the atmosphere can be assumed. However, the extent of this phenomenon is still poorly known. As a climate change has led to an increase in water and organic matter flow into the northern water bodies, the carbon balance study of aquatic ecosystems is of particular relevance. The elements of the water balance for the Lake Onego catchment area in the current climate conditions are assessed. Based on satellite images the model of Lake Onego watershed terrestrial ecosystems is used to simulate the flow of organic matter into the lake with different types of vegetation and topography consideration. The assessment of the benthic communities habitat is carried out taking into account the accumulation of organic matter in various parts of Lake Onego
