Pengaruh Jumlah Dan Kriteria Buah Muda Yang Dipertahankan Terhadap Hasil Buah Mangga ( Effect of Number and Criteria of Maintained Young Fruits on Yield of Mango)
The aim of this research was to get optimum number of maintained young fruit per panicle and good criteria of fruit that must be maintained so it will get a high yield of mango. The factors under investigation were number of young fruit to be maintained per panicle: 2, 4, and 6; the criteria of young fruit to be maintained: the biggest fruit, fruit attached at the beginning of panicle, and fruit attached at panicle at the same distance. The result of research showed that 6 fruits that maintained per panicle gave the highest weight per tree of mango (33,45 kg), but the lowest weight per fruit (466,98 kg). Maintaining the 2 biggest fruits of mango gave the highest weight per fruit (510,53 g)
Concept of Best Practices in English Language Teaching to Pakistani ELT Fraternity
Teaching industry of English as a second or foreign language has grown massively in recent times in Pakistan. There are many public sectors universities and English academies established all over Pakistan offering English language proficiency courses. Therefore, this wave led to conduct this research. The purpose of conducting this study was to investigate contemporary pedagogical techniques used for teaching and learning English and to introduce the concept of ESL /EFL Best Practices for effective language teaching in Pakistan. Purposive Sampling method was used to collect the information from respondents regarding their contemporary-used teaching techniques in ESL/EFL class. The questionnaire was implied as the main tool for data collection among twenty English language teachers from two public sector universities. The results of the study indicated that teachers were attached with some outdated techniques and activities secondly, they also faced problems applying new techniques while teaching in a large multilevel classrooms, thirdly, teachers’ had willingness to adopt and employ innovative techniques in classrooms and lastly, the notion of ESL best practices was uncommon among them. Most of the teaching strategies do not create better learning environment, and learners do not interestingly participate due outdated activities. Therefore, the suggested solution was utilizing best practices that are based on modern techniques, approaches considerable for multiple levels depending upon the needs and developmental state of the individual learners. Keywords: pedagogical strategies, ESL/EFL Best Practices, Pakistani teachers, English teaching/learnin

Applying Interpretive Structural Modeling and MICMAC Analysis to Evaluate Inhibitors to Transparency in Humanitarian Logistics
The main purpose of this study is to identify the variables for the lack of transparency in humanitarian logistics (HL) and to determine their mutual relationship. The interpretive structure modeling (ISM) method was applied to extend a hierarchy-based model of the identified variables. The study makes two key contributions: the variables that can be reflected as inhibitors to transparency in HL are determined, and the ISM methodology is used to determine the group of variables that have full control, low reliance and strategic importance. The study findings are beneficial for all stakeholders of disaster risk reductions
Assessing the effects of procedural and interactional justice by testing Leader Member ExchangeTheory inPakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL)
The potential relationship of the LMX with the procedural justice, interactional justice, and organizational justice as a whole within the Pakistan telecommunication company limited is important to investigate. It is important to look at the various reasons for the organization specific abilities that make it the country’s most productive organization. The sample size 391 has been used of the total target population 18000 employees across the country. The partial least square method is used for finding out the relationship between different parameters associated with the employee specific performance within the organization. It is found that the LMS can be considered as a positive predictor for the estimation and setting of the procedural as well as International justice within the organization. This clearly indicates that LMX for PTCL is based upon considering the various ways and effects that are important for the leaders to influence their followers
Effect of age and gender on some blood biochemical parameters of apparently healthy small ruminants from Southern Punjab in Pakistan
Objective: To report and compare the hematological and serum biochemical profile ofgoat and sheep from Rahim Yar Khan district in Southern Punjab. Methods: One hundred and twenty blood samples (98 goat and 22 sheep) were collected and their blood glucose, hemoglobin and serum biochemical parameters, cholesterol, aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were determined by using spectrophotometer. Parameters were compared between goat and sheep. Results: It was observed that glucose (P=0.001), LDH (P=0.001) and ALT (P=0.001) concentrations differed significantly between sheep and goats. The studied parameters were compared between buck and goats and also between young goats (less than 12 months old) and adults (more than 12 months old). It was found that age and gender did not affect these hematological and serum biochemical parameters. Conclusions: It can be concluded that sheep have overall higher values than goats for studiedhematological and serum biochemical parameters
Model-based percentages in each household risk score category (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) across levels of farm cleaning risk scores, and across levels of brucellosis herd transmission risk scores.
<p>These values are from the two-variable model and are averaged over the levels of the other factor in the model. Household risk scores and brucellosis herd transmission risk scores were calculated from the practices reported by smallholder dairy farmers who participated in a cross-sectional study on brucellosis in Pakistan</p
Herd management practices posing a risk for brucellosis transmission within herd reported by smallholder dairy farmers participating in a cross-section study on brucellosis in Pakistan (<i>n</i> = 420 farmers).
