Температурна залежність показника заломлення скловидних сплавів системи Ag – As −S

The temperature coefficient of refractive index dn/dT is determined for glassy allous of the system along the(Ag2S)x(As2S3)100-x, direction (0 < x <20) in the spectral interval of 1–5 μm at temperature of 77– 400 K theglasses in question are shown to take negative values of dn/dT depending on the composition and wavelength.The dependence of the coefficient on spectrum and temperature is studied using a single oscillator model.В спектральному інтервалі 1–5 мкм при температурах 77−400 К досліджено концентраційну поведінку температурного коефіцієнта показника заломлення dn/dT (ТКПЗ) скловидних сплавів системи Ag–As–S по розрізу (Ag2S)x·(As2S3)100-x,  х= 0−20 моль.%. Socio-economic and environmental aspects of the industry imbalances in the regional economy

The paper presents an analysis of current socio-economic and environmental aspects of the industry imbalances in the regional economy by the example of Ural Federal District and Siberian Federal District. The main aim of it is to identify the actual socio-economic problems in the development of the regional economies. The authors analyze the economic, ecological and social aspects in the development of regional economies by the examples. They investigate the specifics of the correlation between industrial development, ecological problems and health problems of the local population. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of correlations between the mortality of the population and industrial pollution of air and water. The analysis has resulted in making proposals for optimization of the regional policy in the field of investments, manufacturing and ecology. The special attention is given to environment-oriented projects. The most practicable way in solving the problem of these regional industry imbalances would be the development of regional diversification programs of the Siberia and the Ural economies. It has to support manufacturing and the largest public-private investment projects for the foundation of enterprises in agriculture, food and other industries. The most prosperous among them is the direction of bioenergy and forest-engineering- oriented businesses. The results of the research can be useful in solving the problem of the industry imbalances in the regional economic policy of the Russian Federation

Сутність та особливості правового регулювання видатків бюджету на сектор національної безпеки і оборони в умовах воєнного стану

У статті розглянуто сутність і особливості пра­вового регулювання видатків бюджету на сектор національної безпеки і оборони в умовах воєнно­го стану, визначено їхній вплив на забезпечен­ня економіки країни, обороноздатності, а також безпеки держави та суспільства. Обґрунтовано, що забезпечення належного рівня фінансування сектору національної безпеки та оборони - це важлива складова для ефективного функціону­вання та захисту держави. З'ясовано, що джере­лом ресурсів для реалізації таких пріоритетних функцій держави як забезпечення національної безпеки та оборони є кошти державного бюджету та місцевих бюджетів. Сформульовано власне ви­значення поняття «видатки бюджету», здійснено аналіз основних нормативно-правових актів, які регулюють фінансування сектору безпеки і обо­рони України. Виокремлено особливості фінан­сування та матеріально-технічного забезпечення національного спротиву зокрема, та сектору наці­ональної безпеки і оборони в цілому. Вказано на необхідність внесення змін до нормативно-право­вих актів щодо забезпечення належного фінансу­вання сектору національної безпеки і оборони з урахуванням вимог про запобігання та усунення факторів, що сприяють виникненню та поширен­ню корупції у цій сфері. Сформульовано пропо­зиції щодо вдосконалення чинного законодавства України в частині забезпечення належного фінан­сування сектору національної безпеки і оборони та ефективного використання видатків бюдже­ту на вказаний сектор в умовах війни, зокре­ма: збільшення видатків на сектор національної безпеки і оборони та визначення їх оптимальної структури; наповнення місцевих бюджетів за ра­хунок ефективних дій місцевої влади; розробка єдиної бюджетної стратегії фінансування сектору безпеки і оборони; забезпечення належного дер­жавного контролю за видатками бюджету на сек­тор безпеки і оборони шляхом створення окремо­го незалежного підрозділу

New hydrogen-sensitive films based on V2O5 and WO3 with Pt catalyst

Optical properties of the films of vanadium and tungsten oxides in a gas atmosphere, containing hydrogen, have been investigated. Films have been synthesized by electrodeposition and chemical deposition from aqueous solutions. Vanadium (V) oxide films and tungsten (VI) oxide films with a platinum catalyst reversibly change their color being exposed to hydrogen. The present work show promising use for such films as sensitive optical elements for gas sensors

Semi-analytical hybrid approach for modelling wave motion excited by a piezoelectric transducer in a laminate with multiple cracks

A semi-analytical hybrid approach is presented here to simulate the dynamic behaviour of a multi-layered elastic waveguide with a system of delaminations and a piezoelectric transducer mounted on the surface of the waveguide. The proposed hybrid approach combines the advantages of the frequency domain spectral element method, which is applied to discretize a complex-shaped piezoelectric structure, and the boundary integral equation method employed to simulate wave propagation in multi-layered waveguide with multiple delaminations. The proposed method is applicable to the multi-parameter analysis of the phenomena related to elastic wave scattering and excitation. The advantages of the presented extended semi-analytical hybrid approach method along with the results of the parametric analysis of wave propagation in the considered structures are discussed

Use of Assessment Indicators to Forecast Market Promotion of Products

During recent years the trend to tighten competitiveness has been increasing globally almost in all industries, although before then it was absent in many countries and economic sectors. This article touches upon the main issues regarding the competitiveness of enriched curd products with prebiotic substances. On the basis of a consumer survey, the calculation of advantageous indicators was performed. According to the results of the ranking of quality indicators, the following maximum values were accepted: taste and smell, form and consistency, titratable acidity, amino acid composition, and vitamin and mineral composition. A comparative analysis of consumer qualities of curd products is given. According to the results of the assessment of the quality of curd products, it can be concluded that competitive advantage belongs to a curd product enriched with cedar oil cake, lactulose syrup and whey proteins. This is followed by the curd product enriched with cedar oil cake and lactulose syrup, and then the integral indicator in the curd sample enriched with cedar oil cake. The integral indicators of curd cream and curd cheese have low values: 0.16 and 0.145, respectively. Thus, the developed curd products enriched with prebiotic substances will be in demand in the modern market of curd products.
