Dementia Detection Using LSTM and GRU
Neuro-degenerative infections, like dementia, can affect discourse, language, and the ability of correspondence.A new report to work on the precision of dementia identification examined the utilization of conversation analysis(CA) of meetings between patients and nervous system specialists to recognize reformist neuro-degenerative(ND) memory issues patients and those with (non-reformist) FMD (Functional Memory Disorder). In any case, manual CA is expensive for routine clinical use and hard proportional. In this work, we present an early dementiadiscovery framework utilizing discourse acknowledgment and examination dependent on NLP method andacoustic component handling strategy apply on various element extraction and learning using LSTM (LongShort-Term Memory) and GRU which strikingly catches the transient provisions and long haul conditions fromauthentic information to demonstrate the abilities of grouping models over a feed-forward neural organization inestimating discourse investigation related issues. Dementia dataset is taken where the audio file is considered forspeech recognition analysis on basis of that data is generated and it is predefined given in dementia data databank. That audio file is converted to text based on speech analysis. Using LSTM and GRU gives efficient results
REMOTE PAY
Disclosed herein is a method wherein a sender device initiates a transaction by requesting Virtual coins (Vcoins) in exchange for actual money through a remote pay application. A portion of this money is reserved for offline transactions. The sender device receives the Vcoins, which are essentially encrypted representations of the money, from a central server. These Vcoins are securely stored on the sender device before being transferred to the receiver device via locally established networks like NFC, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi, facilitated by the remote pay application. The receiver device receives and securely stores the Vcoins. Both the sender and receiver save each other\u27s device details for authentication purposes. The Vcoin records are updated, and when the sender device and the receiver device regain mobile network connectivity, the Vcoin transactions are synchronized with the central server. This method allows for secure and network-independent transactions using Vcoins
On-water surface synthesis of crystalline, few-layer two-dimensional polymers assisted by surfactant monolayers
Despite rapid progress in recent years, it has remained challenging to prepare crystalline two-dimensional polymers. Here, we report the controlled synthesis of few-layer two-dimensional polyimide crystals on the surface of water through reaction between amine and anhydride monomers, assisted by surfactant monolayers. We obtained polymers with high crystallinity, thickness of ~2ânm and an average crystal domain size of ~3.5âÎŒm2. The molecular structure of the materials, their grain boundaries and their edge structures were characterized using X-ray scattering and transmission electron microscopy techniques. These characterizations were supported by computations. The formation of crystalline polymers is attributed to the pre-organization of monomers at the waterâsurfactant interface. The surfactant, depending on its polar head, promoted the arrangement of the monomersâand in turn their polymerizationâeither horizontally or vertically with respect to the water surface. The latter was observed with a surfactant bearing a carboxylic acid group, which anchored amine monomers vertically through a condensation reaction. In both instances, micrometre-sized, few-layer two-dimensional polyamide crystals were grown
Highly Crystalline and Semiconducting Imine-Based Two-Dimensional Polymers Enabled by Interfacial Synthesis
Singleâlayer and multiâlayer 2D polyimine films have been achieved through interfacial synthesis methods. However, it remains a great challenge to achieve the maximum degree of crystallinity in the 2D polyimines, which largely limits the longârange transport properties. Here we employ a surfactantâmonolayerâassisted interfacial synthesis (SMAIS) method for the successful preparation of porphyrin and triazine containing polyimineâbased 2D polymer (PIâ2DP) films with square and hexagonal lattices, respectively. The synthetic PIâ2DP films are featured with polycrystalline multilayers with tunable thickness from 6 to 200â
nm and large crystalline domains (100â150â
nm in size). Intrigued by high crystallinity and the presence of electroactive porphyrin moieties, the optoelectronic properties of PIâ2DP are investigated by timeâresolved terahertz spectroscopy. Typically, the porphyrinâbased PIâ2DP 1 film exhibits a pâtype semiconductor behavior with a band gap of 1.38â
eV and hole mobility as high as 0.01â
cm2âVâ1âsâ1, superior to the previously reported polyimine based materials
Understanding the effect of milk composition and milking season on quality characteristics of chhana
The quality characteristics ofchhanavaried due to the milk composition (cow-, buffalo-, and mixed- milk) which in turn was affected by the milking season (summer and winter). Upon heating and acidification of milk samples water holding phenomena and denatured protein association within and with other components lead to variation in both macroscale properties (color, texture, and rheology) and molecular bonding patterns (FTIR character). Yield, lightness (L* value), textural firmness, and elastic modulus ofchhanaincreased with increasing proportion of buffalo milk in mixed milk due to higher total solids and less moisture content in both the seasons. Total protein, fat, water, and interaction between them and extent of hydrogen bonding significantly affected the rheological and textural properties ofchhanasamples
Hypoxia and hypoxia inducible factor-1α are required for normal endometrial repair during menstruation
About a quarter of pre-menopausal women will suffer from heavy menstrual bleeding in their lives. Here, Maybin and colleagues show hypoxia and subsequent activation of HIF-1α during menses are required for normal endometrial repair, and identify pharmacological stabilisation of HIF-1α as a potential therapeutic strategy for this debilitating condition
