    최근 몇 년 동안 문화산업은 각 국가들에 있어 가장 유망한 업종이 되었으며, 글로벌 산업구조가 업그레이드된 대표적 산업이 되었다. 그래서 국제 문화산업 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 문화경제 전략을 실행하기 시작한 나라도 점점 늘어나고 있다. 중국은 개혁·개방 정책을 실시한 후 급속한 경제성장을 이루었다. 이에 따라 국민들의 소득수준이 높아지면서 문화에 대한 수요도 같이 증가하였지만, 이를 뒷받침할 문화산업의 발전이 더뎌 대책수립이 요구된다. 중국은 세계 제조업 대국으로 전통적 업종의 자원 소모가 크고 오염이 심각하며 생산능력이 과잉되어 경제 구조전환과 구조조정이 절실히 필요하다. 문화산업은 과학기술 함량이 높고, 고부가가치, 녹색 환경 보호 등의 전형적인 특징을 가지고 있기 때문에 국민경제의 구조전환과 질적 향상에 도움을 주어 국민경제에 중요한 역할을 한다. 중국의 신창타이(新常态)시기 하에서 공급측면의 구조개혁이 본격적으로 추진되면서 문화산업의 지속적이고 건전한 발전은 경제성장의 새로운 동력이 되고 있다. 요즘 중국 문화산업은 상대적으로 빠르게 발전하였고, 국민 경제에 대한 기여율도 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 중국 문화산업의 전반적 능력이 상대적으로 취약하고, 구조는 불합리하며, 다른 산업과의 협업시스템도 구축되지 않는 등 많은 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 중국 문화산업의 경쟁력을 결정짓는 핵심지표인 기술효율성을 파악하는 것이 중국 문화산업의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 지속적인 발전을 촉진하는데 있어 매우 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Super-SBM-DEA 모형과 Malmquist 생산성지수를 활용해 중국 문화산업의 지역별 기술효율성 수준을 자세히 분석하고, 중국 문화산업의 효율성을 측정하는 방법을 제시함으로써, 중국 문화산업의 지속적인 발전을 도모하는데 도움을 주려한다. |In recent years, the cultural industry has become the most promising industry, and has become a representative industry for the upgrading of global industrial structure. More and more countries have begun to implement cultural economic strategies in order to seek cultural industries to become the emerging pillar of the national economy. Since the implementation of an opening and reform policy, China has achieved the rapid growth of the economy. With the growth of national income, the demand of culture is also increasing. China is a big manufacturing country in the world. Traditional industries have high resource consumption, serious pollution and overcapacity. There is an urgent need for economic transformation and structural adjustment. Due to its high technology content, low resource consumption and low environmental pollution, the Chinese cultural and creative industries have typical characteristics of low energy consumption, high added value, and environmental protection, which provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of the national economy and the improvement of quality and efficiency. The economy has maintained an increasingly important role in maintaining high-speed growth. Under the new normal of economic development, when the structural reform of the supply side is fully promoted, the cultural industry continues to accelerate its development and is becoming a new engine for economic and social development. Nowadays, the Chinese cultural industry has developed relatively fast and the contribution rate to the national economy is steadily increasing. However, it has many problems such as the weakness of Chinese cultural industry in general ability, the structure of cultural industry is unreasonable, other industries and collaboration system are not built up. Understanding the technological efficiency, which is a key indicator determining the competitiveness of the Chinese cultural industry, is very important for enhancing the competitiveness of China's cultural industry and promoting sustainable development.     Actin depolymerization enhances adipogenic differentiation in human stromal stem cells

    Human stromal stem cells (hMSCs) differentiate into adipocytes that play a role in skeletal tissue homeostasis and whole body energy metabolism. During adipocyte differentiation, hMSCs exhibit significant changes in cell morphology suggesting changes in cytoskeletal organization. Here, we examined the effect of direct modulation of actin microfilament dynamics on adipocyte differentiation. Stabilizing actin filaments in hMSCs by siRNA-mediated knock down of the two main actin depolymerizing factors (ADFs): Cofilin 1 (CFL1) and Destrin (DSTN) or treating the cells by Phalloidin reduced adipocyte differentiation as evidenced by decreased number of mature adipocytes and decreased adipocyte specific gene expression (ADIPOQ, LPL, PPARG, FABP4). In contrast, disruption of actin cytoskeleton by Cytochalasin D enhanced adipocyte differentiation. Follow up studies revealed that the effects of CFL1 on adipocyte differentiation depended on the activity of LIM domain kinase 1 (LIMK1) which is the major upstream kinase of CFL1. Inhibiting LIMK by its specific chemical inhibitor LIMKi inhibited the phosphorylation of CFL1 and actin polymerization, and enhanced the adipocyte differentiation. Moreover, treating hMSCs by Cytochalasin D inhibited ERK and Smad2 signaling and this was associated with enhanced adipocyte differentiation. On the other hand, Phalloidin enhanced ERK and Smad2 signaling, but inhibited adipocyte differentiation which was rescued by ERK specific chemical inhibitor U0126. Our data provide a link between restructuring of hMSCs cytoskeleton and hMSCs lineage commitment and differentiation.     Clinical Observation of Erlotinib in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer: A Report of 92 Eases

    Background and objective Erlotinib, a selective inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase, has been approved effective in local advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of erlotinib for the treatment of advanced NSCLC. Methods Ninety-two patients with advanced NSCLC who had failed or not tolerated or refused chemotherapy received 150 mg oral doses of erlotinib once daily until the disease progression or intolerable toxicity. Results Among the 92 NSCLC patients, 2 patient got complete response (2.2%), 22 partial response (23.9%), 48 stable disease (52.2%) and 20 progressive disease (21.7%). The overall response rate and the disease controlled rate of erlotinib was 26.1% (24/92) and 78.3% (72/92), respectively. The response rate of erlotinib were significantly higher in rash and ECOG 0-1 than no rash and ECOG ≥ 2. The disease controlled rate of erlotinib was significantly higher in female and non-smokers than male and smokers (P < 0.05). The response rate of erlotinib did not show significant differences within pathological type or previous treatment. The most common side effects were rash and diarrhea with 84.8% and 31.5%, respectively, but usually were mild. Conclusion Erlotinib is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced NSCLC patients

    RDMNet: Reliable Dense Matching Based Point Cloud Registration for Autonomous Driving

    Point cloud registration is an important task in robotics and autonomous driving to estimate the ego-motion of the vehicle. Recent advances following the coarse-to-fine manner show promising potential in point cloud registration. However, existing methods rely on good superpoint correspondences, which are hard to be obtained reliably and efficiently, thus resulting in less robust and accurate point cloud registration. In this paper, we propose a novel network, named RDMNet, to find dense point correspondences coarse-to-fine and improve final pose estimation based on such reliable correspondences. Our RDMNet uses a devised 3D-RoFormer mechanism to first extract distinctive superpoints and generates reliable superpoints matches between two point clouds. The proposed 3D-RoFormer fuses 3D position information into the transformer network, efficiently exploiting point clouds' contextual and geometric information to generate robust superpoint correspondences. RDMNet then propagates the sparse superpoints matches to dense point matches using the neighborhood information for accurate point cloud registration. We extensively evaluate our method on multiple datasets from different environments. The experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms existing state-of-the-art approaches in all tested datasets with a strong generalization ability.Comment: 11 pages, 9 figure

    C. elegans fatty acid two-hydroxylase regulates intestinal homeostasis by affecting heptadecenoic acid production

    Background/Aims: The hydroxylation of fatty acids at the C-2 position is the first step of fatty acid α-oxidation and generates sphingolipids containing 2-hydroxy fatty acyl moieties. Fatty acid 2-hydroxylation is catalyzed by Fatty acid 2-hydroxylase (FA2H) enzyme. However, the precise roles of FA2H and fatty acid 2-hydroxylation in whole cell homeostasis still remain unclear. Methods: Here we utilize Caenorhabditis elegans as the model and systemically investigate the physiological functions of FATH-1/C25A1.5, the highly conserved worm homolog for mammalian FA2H enzyme. Immunostaining, dye-staining and translational fusion reporters were used to visualize FATH-1 protein and a variety of subcellular structures. The “click chemistry” method was employed to label 2-OH fatty acid in vivo. Global and tissue-specific RNAi knockdown experiments were performed to inactivate FATH-1 function. Lipid analysis of the fath-1 deficient mutants was achieved by mass spectrometry. Results: C. elegans FATH-1 is expressed at most developmental stages and in most tissues. Loss of fath-1 expression results in severe growth retardation and shortened lifespan. FATH-1 function is crucially required in the intestine but not the epidermis with stereospecificity. The “click chemistry” labeling technique showed that the FATH-1 metabolites are mainly enriched in membrane structures preferable to the apical side of the intestinal cells. At the subcellular level, we found that loss of fath-1 expression inhibits lipid droplets formation, as well as selectively disrupts peroxisomes and apical endosomes. Lipid analysis of the fath-1 deficient animals revealed a significant reduction in the content of heptadecenoic acid, while other major FAs remain unaffected. Feeding of exogenous heptadecenoic acid (C17: 1), but not oleic acid (C18: 1), rescues the global and subcellular defects of fath-1 knockdown worms. Conclusion: Our study revealed that FATH-1 and its catalytic products are highly specific in the context of chirality, C-chain length, spatial distribution, as well as the types of cellular organelles they affect. Such an unexpected degree of specificity for the synthesis and functions of hydroxylated FAs helps to regulate protein transport and fat metabolism, therefore maintaining the cellular homeostasis of the intestinal cells. These findings may help our understanding of FA2H functions across species, and offer potential therapeutical targets for treating FA2H-related diseases
