Factual information is information based on facts or relating to facts. The reliability of automatically extracted facts is the main problem of processing factual information. The fact retrieval system remains one of the most effective tools for identifying the information for decision-making. In this work, we explore how can natural language processing methods and problem domain ontology help to check contradictions and mismatches in facts automatically

Роль метода электрофоретического осаждения в создании биокомпозита на основе слоев гидроксиапатити и наночастиц серебра

Работа посвящена созданию многофункционального биокомпозита, состоящего из покрытия на основе гидроксиапатита (ГА) и наночастиц серебра с использованием высокотехнологичных методов обработки поверхности. Высокочастотное магнетронное распыление использовалось для получения слоев ГА покрытия с различной толщиной и структурой на титане и наночастицах серебра. Для получения антибактериального слоя наночастиц серебра использовался метод электрофоретического осаждения. Наночастицы серебра имели сферическую форму с диаметром 70±20 нм и[zeta] -потенциалом -20 мВ. Дифракционные картины биокомпозитов выявили пики кристаллического ГА и серебра (Ag). Так же установлено, что наночастицы серебра являются кристаллическими с размером кристаллитов 14 нм

Latent Transformatin of Generations Existence in Smart Society

The rapid development of information technologies in the formation of online or digital environments has a significant impact on the transformation of society contributing to the development of Smart society. This is largely due to the formation of a Smart environment based on the introduction of new technologies. In changing the patterns of social life, these new technologies require and stimulate the transformation of social norms and values. For example, simplified communication between people, expressed in the transfer of instant messages through mobile applications (messengers) gains popularity. Such messages replace verbal communication through mobile devices. The use of modern digital technologies contributes to developing new characteristics of activities, for example, multitasking, which is expressed in the ability to conduct several conversations and perform several actions in parallel. The aim of this study is to find the main trends and differences, and predict the behavior patterns of different age groups in the process of forming a Digital society. Changes can happen swiftly or slowly, in part determined by the speed of release of new information products. There is a latent transformation of generations’ existence in modern society from natural to imposed forced skills against the backdrop of these technological transformations. The adaptation challenges of foreign students in TPU from the perspective of cross-cultural communication

The goal of Russian universities is to join the international scientific community. This aim is closely connected with the attraction of foreign students to study in Russia. TPU is one of the greatest centres to attract foreign students in our region. There are different programs of the adaptation to life in Tomsk and university life for foreign students. For our research it was important to learn about the features of the adaptation of foreign students who are away from home. We held a survey with 22 foreign students. In our research we identified important problems faced by foreign students: problem with communication; the problem of isolation living in separate hostels and studying; climate component in the process of the adaptation. In conclusion, we can say that Tomsk can be considered prosperous and hospitable zone for foreign students. Задача российских вузов - выйти в международное пространство и прочно утвердиться в нем. Эта цель тесно связана с привлечением иностранных студентов для обучения в России. ТПУ представляет собой один из крупнейших центров по привлечению иностранных студентов в своем регионе. Для иностранных студентов университетом предусматриваются различные программы адаптации к жизни в городе и к университетской жизни. Для нашей работы представлялось важным узнать об особенностях адаптации иностранных студентов, находящихся вдали от дома. Мы провели анкетирование 22 иностранных студентов. В нашей работе по опросу были выявлены важные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются иностранные студенты: проблема с коммуникацией; проблема социальной замкнутости: отдельное проживание и обучение; климатическая составляющая процесса адаптации. В заключение мы можем сказать, что Томск может считаться процветающей и гостеприимной зоны для иностранных студентов

Methods and models of automatic ontology construction for specialized domains (case of the Radiation Security)

We propose a hybrid, semi-automatic approach that uses the intersection of semantic classes of nouns and verbs built on the domain lexicon and builds kernel ontology from a list of initial concepts and then completes this kernel ontology by new entities detected in a large corpus of texts of international standards of Radiological Safety. The results confirm the important role of initial linguistic modeling and show that the external lexical resources available online can contribute effectively to the resolution of the problem of lexical disambiguation

Today, the fact retrieval system is one of the most effective tools for identifying the information for decision-making. We propose the approach based on factual information systematization. Different interpretations of the same phenomenon, as well as the inconsistency, inaccuracy or mismatch in information coming from different sources, lead to the task of factual information extraction.
