Towards the ontology-based approach for factual information matching
Factual information is information based on facts or relating to facts. The reliability of automatically extracted facts is the main problem of processing factual information. The fact retrieval system remains one of the most effective tools for identifying the information for decision-making. In this work, we explore how can natural language processing methods and problem domain ontology help to check contradictions and mismatches in facts automatically

Latent Transformatin of Generations Existence in Smart Society
The rapid development of information technologies in the formation of online or digital environments has a significant impact on the transformation of society contributing to the development of Smart society. This is largely due to the formation of a Smart environment based on the introduction of new technologies. In changing the patterns of social life, these new technologies require and stimulate the transformation of social norms and values. For example, simplified communication between people, expressed in the transfer of instant messages through mobile applications (messengers) gains popularity. Such messages replace verbal communication through mobile devices. The use of modern digital technologies contributes to developing new characteristics of activities, for example, multitasking, which is expressed in the ability to conduct several conversations and perform several actions in parallel. The aim of this study is to find the main trends and differences, and predict the behavior patterns of different age groups in the process of forming a Digital society. Changes can happen swiftly or slowly, in part determined by the speed of release of new information products. There is a latent transformation of generationsβ existence in modern society from natural to imposed forced skills against the backdrop of these technological transformations. This research has identified the differences in the perception and attitude of different age groups to this transformation.

The adaptation challenges of foreign students in TPU from the perspective of cross-cultural communication
The goal of Russian universities is to join the international scientific community. This aim is closely connected with the attraction of foreign students to study in Russia. TPU is one of the greatest centres to attract foreign students in our region. There are different programs of the adaptation to life in Tomsk and university life for foreign students. For our research it was important to learn about the features of the adaptation of foreign students who are away from home. We held a survey with 22 foreign students. In our research we identified important problems faced by foreign students: problem with communication; the problem of isolation living in separate hostels and studying; climate component in the process of the adaptation. In conclusion, we can say that Tomsk can be considered prosperous and hospitable zone for foreign students. ΠΠ°Π΄Π°ΡΠ° ΡΠΎΡΡΠΈΠΉΡΠΊΠΈΡ

A Survey of Association Rule Mining for Customer Relationship Management
Data mining technique is most frequently used in Customer Relationship Management field. There are many data mining algorithm and methods can be used in solving CRM problems. Association Rule Mining technique is widely used in CRM application. Various algorithms has been proposed by various researches. This paper is an effort to analyze these algorithms in view of their implementation in Customer Relationship Management
Methods and models of automatic ontology construction for specialized domains (case of the Radiation Security)
We propose a hybrid, semi-automatic approach that uses the intersection of semantic classes of nouns and verbs built on the domain lexicon and builds kernel ontology from a list of initial concepts and then completes this kernel ontology by new entities detected in a large corpus of texts of international standards of Radiological Safety. The results confirm the important role of initial linguistic modeling and show that the external lexical resources available online can contribute effectively to the resolution of the problem of lexical disambiguation
Inhibitory activity against carbonic anhydrase IX and XII as a candidate selection criterion in the development of new anticancer agents
Analysis of the literature data reveals that while inhibition of cancer-related carbonic anhydrase IX and XII isoforms continues to be an important enrichment factor for designing anticancer agent development libraries, exclusive reliance on the inΒ vitro inhibition of these two recombinant isozymes in nominating candidate compounds for evaluation of their effects on cancer cells may lead not only to identifying numerous compounds devoid of the desired cellular efficacy but also to overlooking many promising candidates which may not display the best potency in biochemical inhibition assay. However, SLC-0111, now in phase Ib/II clinical trials, was developed based on the excellent agreement between the inΒ vitro, inΒ vivo and more recently, in-patient data
Issues of Fact-based Information Analysis
With the recent growth of Internet, mobile and social networks the spread of fake news and click-baits increases drastically. Today, the fact retrieval system is one of the most effective tools for identifying the information for decision-making. We propose the approach based on factual information systematization. Different interpretations of the same phenomenon, as well as the inconsistency, inaccuracy or mismatch in information coming from different sources, lead to the task of factual information extraction. In this work, we explore how can natural language processing methods help to check contradictions and mismatches in facts automatically. The reference model of the factbased analytical system is proposed. It consists of such basic components as Document Search component, Fact retrieval component, Fact Analysis component, Visualization component, and Control component
