    PEMBERDAYAAN KADER KESEHATAN TENTANG DIABETES MELITUS DAN SENAM DIABETES DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID 19

    ABSTRAKTingkat pengetahuan kader kesehatan mengenai senam diabetes melitus adalah hal yang penting untukmelaksanakan manajemen diri penderita diabetes melitus. Namun, masih banyak kader kesehatan yang tidak tahu tentang hal tersebut sehingga kader kesehatan belum dapat melakukan pembinaan mengenai senam diabetes melitus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang senam diabetes melitus di wilayah Puskesmas Candipuro. Kegiatan ini merupakan quasi experiment one group pretest and postest design. Populasinya adalah kader kesehatan dengan jumlah 350 dan jumlah sample 78 kader kesehatan melalui teknik pengambilan sampel incidental sampling. Alat pengumpul data  adalah kuesioner yang dikembangkan peneliti. Analisa data yang dilakukan secara univariat dan uji paired t test dimana sebelum sudah diuji normalitas dengan menggunakan kolmogorov smirnov. Uji normalitas pada variabel pengetahuan menunjukan dstribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan kader kesehatan pretest sebesar 31,58 dan postest 72,26 dengan nilai signifkasi 0,00 < 0,05. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang senam diabetes mellitus di wilayah Puskesmas Candipuro. Diharapkan kader kesehatan dapat memberikan informasi tentang senam diabetes kepada masyarakat, khusunya penderita diabetes melitus dalam upaya pelaksanakan manajemen dirinya. Kata kunci: kader Kesehatan; pendidikan Kesehatan; senam diabetes melitus. ABSTRACTThe level of knowledge of health cadres about diabetes mellitus exercise is important for carry out self-management of people with diabetes mellitus. However, there are still many health cadres who do not know about this so that health cadres have not been able to provide guidance on diabetes mellitus exercise. The purpose of this study was to identify an increase in the knowledge of health cadres about diabetes mellitus exercise in the Candipuro Health Center area. This activity is a quasi-experimental one group pretest and posttest design. The population is health cadres with a total of 350 and a sample of 78 health cadres through incidental sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Data analysis was carried out univariately and paired t test where before it had been tested for normality using Kolmogorov Smirnov. The normality test on the knowledge variable shows a normal distribution. The results showed that the average knowledge value of pretest health cadres was 31.58 and posttest was 72.26 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The conclusion of this activity is that there is an increase in the knowledge of health cadres about diabetes mellitus exercise in the Candipuro Health Center area. It is hoped that health cadres can provide information about diabetes exercise to the public, especially people with diabetes mellitus in an effort to implement self-management. Keywords: health cadres; health education; diabetes mellitus exercise

    PELATIHAN DALAM PENGGUNAAN INFORMED CONSENT PADA FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN

    This Community Service activity aims to improve the quality of health services through understanding the use of informed consent. This activity begins with an initial assessment of the current state of the field in health care facilities through health workers/health cadres and residents. The initial assessment found that there was still a lack of public knowledge about medical treatment for patients and knowledge related to the use of informed consent in health facilities, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic, the focus of health services is still centered on health protocols or physical distancing. The activity begins with preparing a plan and schedule of activities as well as the necessary equipment. The form of activities is packaged in the form of materials and videos that are shared via Google Drive online via WhatsApp groups. The activity ended with an evaluation using a google form. The results of community service activities there are as many as 57,69% of citizens' understanding in the good category, 26,92% sufficient and 15,38% less. Activities are going well and need further monitoring. &nbsp; Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui pemahaman penggunaan informed consent. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pengkajian awal terhadap keadaan lapangan saat ini pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui tenaga kesehatan/kader kesehatan dan warga. Pengkajian awal didapati masih kurangnya edukasi mengenai identifikasi pasien, terutama di saat pandemi Covid 19 saat ini fokus pelayanan kesehatan masih terpusat pada protokoler kesehatan atau physical distancing. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan/kader kesehatan dalam menjamin ketepatan identifikasi pasien, pengetahuan terkait kejadian yang tidak diharapkan serta prosedur pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di fasilitas kesehatan. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan menyusun perencanaan dan jadwal kegiatan serta perlengkapan yang diperlukan. Bentuk kegiatan dikemas dalam bentuk materi dan video tentang pentingnya menjamin ketepatan identifikasi pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan, pemahaman tentang kejadian yang tidak diharapkan serta prosedur pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi di setiap kegiatannya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat sebanyak 61,5% pemahaman warga dalam katergori baik, cukup sebanyak 23% dan kurang sebanyak 15,5%.     PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGGUNAAN RESUME MEDIS PADA FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN

    ABSTRAKMutu pelayanan kesehatan ditentukan dari peningkatan mutu klinis dan pelayanan yang berorientasi kepada kepuasan pelanggan. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis. Pada berkas rekam medis terdapat nilai hukum rahasia medis pasien. Nilai hukum kerahasiaan medis sering kali terabaikan terutama bagi masyarakat dengan pendidikan yang rendah dan secara letak geografis sangat sulit untuk mendapatkan akses fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui pemahaman penggunaan resume medis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Sukosari Desa Pandansari Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang, sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan yang dikemas dalam bentuk materi presentasi dan pembagian brosur kepada 25 peserta. Dari hasil evaluasi, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman warga dengan kategori baik dari nilai pre test sebesar 8% dan post test sebesar 52%. Selanjutnya, secara berkesinambungan agar kader kesehatan yang ada di lingkungan warga dapat memberikan contoh dalam menggunakan resume medis untuk keperluan pasien secara baik dan benar agar ikut meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: pelayanan kesehatan; pasien; resume medis. ABSTRACTThe quality of health services is determined by improving clinical quality and customer satisfaction-oriented services. This can be seen from the completeness of filling in the medical record. In the medical record file there is a patient's medical secret legal value. The legal value of medical confidentiality is often neglected, especially for people with low education and geographically it is very difficult to get access to adequate health facilities. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of health services through understanding the use of medical resumes. This activity was carried out in Sukosari Hamlet, Pandansari Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency, for 3 meetings by providing counseling and assistance packaged in the form of presentation materials and distribution of brochures to 25 participants. From the results of the evaluation, there was an increase in the understanding of residents in the good category of the pre-test score of 8% and post-test of 52%. Furthermore, on an ongoing basis so that health cadres in the community can provide examples in using medical resumes for patient needs properly and correctly in order to participate in improving the quality of sustainable health services. Keywords: health services; patient; medical resume

Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan menyusun perencanaan dan jadwal kegiatan serta perlengkapan yang diperlukan. Bentuk kegiatan dikemas dalam bentuk materi dan video yang dibagikan melalui google drive secara online melalui grup whatsapp. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi menggunakan google form. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat sebanyak 69,25% pemahaman warga dalam katergori baik, cukup sebanyak 11,5% dan kurang sebanyak 19,25%.     Analisis Peramalan Jumlah Penderita Hipertensi pada Lansia di Kabupaten Malang Menggunakan Metode Arima Box-Jenkins

    Changes in the elderly in developed countries, namely changes in the cardiovascular system which is a major disease that takes its toll because it will affect other diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, pulmonic heart, cardiomyopathy, stroke, kidney failure.Hypertension or high blood pressure is a medical condition where people whose blood pressure rises above normal is 140/90 mmHg and can run the risk of morbidity and even death. Risk factors for hypertension are divided into 2 groups, namely hypertension that cannot be changed and hypertension that can be changed. Modifiable hypertension includes smoking, obesity, a monotonous lifestyle and stress. Hypertension that can not be changed include age, gender, ethnicity, heredity. So this time the researchers tried to predict hypertension sufferers in Malang using the Jenkins ARIMA Box model. Researchers hope that forecasting methods and forecasting results can be used as additional information for the health department in Malang district in determining policies to be taken in the prevention of hypertension patients according to the needs of patients in Malang district.AbstrakHipertensi merupakan sebuah kondisi medis dimana orang yang tekanan darah meningkat diatas normal yaitu 140/90 mmHg dan hipertensi dapat mengalami resiko kesakitan (morbiditas) bahkan kematian (mortalitas). Dalam rangka membuat perencanaan menurunkan jumlah penderita hipertensi di daerah dengan prinsip efektif dan bertanggung jawab diperlukan perkiraan peramalan yang valid. Adanya selisih yang relatif cukup besar antara target dan capaian dalam menanggulangi penderita hiperteni Kabupaten Malang selama tahun 2014 - 2019, dan mengingat pentingnya peramalan sebagai indikator menurunkan penderita hipertensi, maka dipandang perlu melakukan penelitian mengenai penerapan model Box-Jenkins dalam peramalan penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model estimasi penderita hipertensi kabupaten malang dengan mengunakan data dinkes dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2019.Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah model Box-Jenkins atau Autoregresive Integreted Moving Average (ARIMA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan data dinas kesehatan kabupaten malang tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2019, disimpulkan bahwa model peramalan yang terbaik adalah dengan ARIMA(1,0,1). Peneliti berharap metode peramalan dan hasil peramalan tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan informasi bagi pihak dinas kesehatan di kabupaten malang dalam menentukan kebijakan yang harus diambil dalam pencegahan penderita hipertensi sesuai kebutuhan pasien di kabupaten Malang

    Uncertainty with regard to the proper implementation of Article 44 of the Criminal Code is to be discussed.  In legal practice, the existence of mental disorder in those who are accused of murder or homicide will be made dependent on the decision of psychiatrist (authorized to conduct forensic psychology or psychiatry). In the case that such mental disorder is determined to be existing during a pre-trial hearing, the court is under no obligation to order cessation of the criminal proceeding. It is noted that in a number of cases the decision to terminate investigation or cease court proceeding falls completely under the Judge discretionary power.  The author’s recommendation is that a reformulation of Art. 44 of the Criminal Code is in order

    Perbandingan Metode Arima Box-Jenkins dan Holt-Winters No Seasonal pada Peramalan Jumlah Penderita ISPA di Kota Malang

    ISPA is an acute respiratory disease with special attention to pneumonia (ISPA), and not an ear and throat disease. In order to make plans to reduce the number of ISPA sufferers in the regions with effective and responsible principles, valid forecasts are needed. There is a relatively large difference between targets and achievements in tackling ISPA sufferers in Malang City during 2017 - 2020, and given the importance of forecasting as an indicator of reducing ISPA sufferers, it is deemed necessary to conduct research on the application of the Box-Jenkins model in forecasting ISPA patients. This study aims to create an estimation model for patients with ISPA in Malang Regency using data from the Health Office from 2017 to 2020. The analytical technique applied is the Box-Jenkins model or the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). The results showed that by using data from the Malang City Health Office from 2014 to 2019, it was concluded that the best forecasting model was ARIMA(1,1,0). Researchers hope that the forecasting method and forecasting results can be used as additional information for the health department in Malang City in determining policies that must be taken in the prevention of ISPA sufferers according to the needs of patients in Malang City
