Catalist Performance of Syntetic Zeolite Zsm-5 – Al2o3 in Cracking Reaction of Palm Oil to Become Gasoline Fraction of Hydrocarbon
The requirement of fuel increases without balancing with its production causing the oil resources from fuel will immediately finished. Therefore, palm oil as renewable energy resources is selected for fuel production especially gasoline. Catalitic cracking process by using ZSM-5/Alumina catalys is selected in this research. The reaction was conducted in a simple fixed bed reactor with the pressure of 1.5 atm during half hour and WHSV 1,8 h-1 dan 2,4 h-1. The reaction result product then analyzed by using GC-FID for identify the gasoline fraction obtained, and FT-IR for identify the bonding kind of the samples. The baits used were pure palm oil, oxydized oil,POME (Palm Oil Methyl Esther), and oil with methanol. The parameters of the research were temperature (350 – 500 °C), catalist composition (5 - 20 %), and kinds of baits. The results showed that the composition of catalist 5% at reaction temperature of 400 °C with the bait of POME resulting the highest gasoline yield of 63,1%
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Savi Berbasis Multimedia terhadap Minat dan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa pada Mata Kuliah Media Pembelajaran
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan minat dan prestasi belajar pada mata kuliah media pembelajaran antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SAVI berbasis multimedia dengan mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2014 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 231 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 mahasiswa. Data minat belajar dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa dikumpulkan melalui tes. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan minat belajar antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SAVI berbasis multimedia dengan mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional dimana harga F 19.620 < 0.05, (2) terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SAVI berbasis multimedia dengan mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional dimana hasil uji multivariate test menghasilkan harga F 32.940 < 0.05, (3) terdapat perbedaan minat dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa secara simultan antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SAVI berbasis multimedia dengan mahasiswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional dimana uji manova menghasilkan harga F 28.470 < 0.05
Scientific Reasoning Ability of Prospective Student Teacher in the Excellence Program of Mathematics and Science Teacher Education in University of Mataram
The purpose of this study is to investigate the scientific reasoning ability of the prospective student teacher, and to analyze the difference in scientific reasoning ability between students in the study programs. The sample set consisted of 179 students joining the Excellence Program of Mathematics and Science Teacher Education in the Faculty of Teacher Education (FTE) in the University of Mataram. The Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning (CTSR) was translated into Indonesian language and used to measure the student scientific reasoning ability. The results of this study revealed that 95.5% students had low reasoning ability and were categorized as concrete and transitional reasoner. Only few students (4.5%) reached the category of formal operational reasoner. In addition, significant differences of the students reasoning ability emerged among the third and the fifth semester students, as well as students in the four study programs
In Vitro Fertility of Post-thawed Epididymal Ram Spermatozoa After Storage at 5 °C Before Cryopreservation
This study addressed the effects of storage duration of epididymides at 5 °C before sperm collection and their fertility after cryopreservation in vitro. Spermatozoa from one of the testes pairs were immediately collected, evaluated and frozen (control group). The remaining epididymides were cooled to 5 °C and stored for 24, 48, 72, and 96 h (experimental groups), after which spermatozoa were collected and frozen as in the control group. Before and after thawing, sperm motility, sperm viability and plasma membrane integrity were assessed. The fertilizing ability of frozen-thawed spermatozoa of each group was evaluated by in vitro fertilization of matured sheep oocytes. Sperm quality (sperm motility, viability, and plasma membrane integrity) at collection and after cryopreservation decreased as the duration of the epididymal storage interval increase (P < 0.05). The motility decreased steadily along the studied time periods. Although, the fertilizing ability of post-thawed epididymal spermatozoa gradually decreased as the storage period was prolonged, the spermatozoa collected from the cauda epididymides stored at 5 °C for up to 96 h were able to fertilize 16%-65% of oocytes in vitro. Results of the present study showed that ram epididymal spermatozoa survive in storage at 5 °C for up to 96 h. These spermatozoa maintain their fertilizing ability and may be suitable for use in IVF and other assisted reproductive procedures

One of the main components of the manufacture of steel pipe is in the form of plate steel sheet, slab or hot roll coil, which of these materials may be made for various types of pipes, among others, seamless, Electric Wire Resistance, Spiral and Longitudinal pipes.The main material used welding steel pipe is a steel plate or hot roll coil. Material procurement dependence becomes an obstacle for welding steel pipe mill, which at this moment in our country\u27s steel mills have not been able to produce material of diameter of 24 "steel pipe used primarily in the oil and gas sector.In this research, the analysis of welded steel pipe manufacture using local plate material consisting of two sections then welded with GMAW and SMAW welding type, where the manufacture of welded steel pipe with dimensions Ø 28 "x 8.7 mm x 12.000 mm is done using the LSAW (Longitudinal Sub Merged Arc Welding) method. Mechanical testing and inspection conducted in accordance with ASTM A139.Based on the analysis of the results of testing and inspection, it can be concluded that the method of manufacture of welded steel pipes using dual seam weld longitudinal submerged arc welding compliant as required in the standard ASTM A139
ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK BUNGA SEDAP MALAM (Polianthes tuberosa) DI KECAMATAN AMBARAWA
The purpose of this research is to find out the description of performance of the supply chain and analyze the marketing channels for Polianthes tuberosa based on margin calculation and marketing efficiency. The research method used was a survey. Respondents consisted of farmers and actors at the flower marketing agency as well as night. Polianthes tuberosa farmers in Baran Village who were respondents as many as 26 and the number of samples of marketing institutions as many as 30 people consisting of market traders, florists and consumers. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative based on the supply chain development method in the Asian Productivity Organization (APO). The results of the study show that supply chain performance can be said to be quite good, marked by the fulfillment of demand for Polianthes tuberosa interest to consumers. Clear and directed supply chain goals, good supply chain structure, good supply chain management, sufficient and adequate resources and overall good supply chain performance. There are 3 marketing channels that are already efficient with the value of farmer share in marketing channel I that is 50.19%, marketing channel II which is 50.19% and marketing channel III which is 77.21%
The Profitability Analysis of Dairy Cattle Business on the Group of Dairy Farmers in West Ungaran District Semarang Regency
The objective of the study was to determine the profitability of dairy cattle business on the group of dairy farming in District of West Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This research was conducted from February to March 2016 through a survey method. Respondents in this study were lactating dairy farmers on the group of dairy farmers in District of West Ungaran. Then, location was determined by using purposive sampling. Further, respondents were determined by using census method for 40 people; those were 11 respondents of Mardi Mulyo farmer group members, 4 respondents of Sumber Hasil members, and 25 respondents of Ngudi Makmur members. Then, data were analyzed by employing the analysis of income and profitability. The result of study indicated that the average income over the cash cost was as much as IDR. 34,708,139.20 per year or IDR.2,892,344.93 per month, and the average income over the total cost was as much as IDR.4,867,808.92 per year or IDR. 405,650.74 per month. The profitability was 10.34% greater than the bank interest for farming business loans for 5% per year. It could be concluded that dairy cattle business on the group of dairy farmers in West Ungaran was profitable

Analisis Pemasaran Kubis (Brassica Oleracea L. Var. Cagitata L) Di Sub Terminal Agribisnis (Sta) Jetis Kabupaten Semarang
The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing system and the number of marketing channels cabbage in Jetis STA Semarang District. This research method is descriptive qualitative by using primary and secondary data. Collecting data in this study by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research location is in Jetis STA Semarang District. The number of respondents as 58 people consisting of five wholesalers respondents, and 3 employees STA Jetis respondents with method purposive. While 5 farmer respondents, 10 merchant middleman respondents, 15 merchants collector respondents, 15 retailers respondents, and 5 consumers respondents with a method Accidental sampling. The results showed that the cabbage marketing system that is in STA Jetis is conventional marketing systems, is marketing system that gives full discretion to each marketing agencies and agricultural producers to run each their business.
