Замена сернокислого кобальта на уксуснокислый способствует снижению содержания аммиака в рубцовой жидкости на 1,2-5,1%, повышению продуктивности животных на 2,7%- 4,5% и эффективности использования корма на 1,8%-3,6%
Метастатическое поражение кожи при меланоме
In order to evaluate the incidence, clinical features and prognosis of cutaneous tumor metastases, the records of adult patients with melanoma treated over a thirteen year period were examined. The diagnosis of Melanoma skin metastases was established in 221 (11,3%) of 1,948 patients. Each diagnosis was histologically confirmed by evaluation of both the primary tumor and the skin. Metastatic cutaneous melanoma presented with a wide variety of lesions: satellite, thrombophlebitis-like, inflammatory and nodular. In some cases the combination of satellite and nodular metastases was observed. Cancer patients with cutaneous metastases have a poor prognosis: the median survival of these patients is reduced by almost a half in comparison with cancer patients without cutaneous metastases.Для оценки частоты, клинических особенностей и прогноза кожных метастазов опухоли был произведен анализ данных за 13-летний период. Под наблюдением находилось 1948 пациентов с морфологически верифицированной меланомой, из которых у 221 (11,3%) пациентов были выявлены метастазы в кожу. В зависимости от клинической картины кожных метастазов меланомы и путей их метастазирования мы выделили следующие формы: сателлитная, тромбофлебическая, рожеподобная и узловая. В некоторых случаях диагностировали одновременно сателлитную и узловую формы. Медиана выживаемости больных меланомой с метастазами в кожу снижается почти вдвое по сравнению с пациентами с меланомой без кожных метастазов
Measurements of , K, p and spectra in proton-proton interactions at 20, 31, 40, 80 and 158 GeV/c with the NA61/SHINE spectrometer at the CERN SPS
Measurements of inclusive spectra and mean multiplicities of ,
K, p and produced in inelastic p+p interactions at
incident projectile momenta of 20, 31, 40, 80 and 158 GeV/c ( 6.3,
7.7, 8.8, 12.3 and 17.3 GeV, respectively) were performed at the CERN Super
Proton Synchrotron using the large acceptance NA61/SHINE hadron spectrometer.
Spectra are presented as function of rapidity and transverse momentum and are
compared to predictions of current models. The measurements serve as the
baseline in the NA61/SHINE study of the properties of the onset of
deconfinement and search for the critical point of strongly interacting matter
Measurements of , , , and proton production in proton-carbon interactions at 31 GeV/ with the NA61/SHINE spectrometer at the CERN SPS
Measurements of hadron production in p+C interactions at 31 GeV/c are
performed using the NA61/ SHINE spectrometer at the CERN SPS. The analysis is
based on the full set of data collected in 2009 using a graphite target with a
thickness of 4% of a nuclear interaction length. Inelastic and production cross
sections as well as spectra of , , p, and are
measured with high precision. These measurements are essential for improved
calculations of the initial neutrino fluxes in the T2K long-baseline neutrino
oscillation experiment in Japan. A comparison of the NA61/SHINE measurements

Multiplicity and transverse momentum fluctuations in inelastic proton-proton interactions at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron
Measurements of multiplicity and transverse momentum fluctuations of charged
particles were performed in inelastic p+p interactions at 20, 31, 40, 80 and
158 GeV/c beam momentum. Results for the scaled variance of the multiplicity
distribution and for three strongly intensive measures of multiplicity and
transverse momentum fluctuations \$\Delta[P_{T},N]\$, \$\Sigma[P_{T},N]\$ and
\$\Phi_{p_T}\$ are presented. For the first time the results on fluctuations
are fully corrected for experimental biases. The results on multiplicity and
transverse momentum fluctuations significantly deviate from expectations for
the independent particle production. They also depend on charges of selected
hadrons. The string-resonance Monte Carlo models EPOS and UrQMD do not describe
the data. The scaled variance of multiplicity fluctuations is significantly
higher in inelastic p+p interactions than in central Pb+Pb collisions measured
by NA49 at the same energy per nucleon. This is in qualitative disagreement
with the predictions of the Wounded Nucleon Model. Within the statistical
framework the enhanced multiplicity fluctuations in inelastic p+p interactions
can be interpreted as due to event-by-event fluctuations of the fireball energy

Under cross, single, open, randomized trial with 1 week washout period, with two sequences of 18 volunteers studied bioequivalence coated tablets, two manufacturers of lisinopril (20 mg dose). The concentration of lisinopril in the plasma samples was determined using HPLC with fluorimetric detection within 72 hours for the investigated preparations the following pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated:AUC0-∞, Cmax, tmax, Cmax/AUC. 90% confidence interval relations AUC0-∞ compared drugs totaled 0.8520 — 1.2102 for Cmax — 0,9288 — 1,1451. In addition to the 90% confidence intervals, analysis of variance revealed no statistically significant differences between the studied drugs. Concluded bioequivalence compared drugs lisinopril.В рамках перекрёстного, однократного, открытого, рандомизированного исследования с периодом отмывки 1 неделя, с двумя последовательностями на 18 добровольцах изучена биоэквивалентность таблеток, покрытых оболочкой, лизиноприла двух производителей (доза 20 мг). Концентрацию лизиноприла в образцах плазмы крови определяли методом ВЭЖХ с флуориметрическим детектированием в течение 72 ч. Для исследуемых препаратов рассчитаны следующие фармакокинетические параметры: AUC0-∞, Cmax, tmax, Cmax/AUC. 90% доверительный интервал отношений AUC0-» сравниваемых препаратов составил 0,8520 — 1,2102 и для Cmax — 0,9288 — 1,1451. В дополнение к 90% доверительным интервалам, дисперсионный анализ не выявил статистически значимых различий между изучаемыми препаратами. Сделан вывод о биоэквивалентности сравниваемых препаратов лизиноприла

Скармливание молодняку крупного рогатого скота органического соединения цинка в количестве 50%, 75 и 100% от нормы нерганического, повышает содержание в рубце ЛЖК на 2,3-3,7%, продуктивность животных – на 1,4-4,2%, снижает затраты корма на 1,07-3,05%
Measurements of multiplicity fluctuations of identified hadrons in inelastic proton–proton interactions at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron: NA61/SHINE Collaboration
Measurements of multiplicity fluctuations of identified hadrons produced in inelastic p+p interactions at 31, 40, 80, and 158 GeV/c beam momentum are presented. Three different measures of multiplicity fluctuations are used: the scaled variance ω and strongly intensive measures Σ and Δ. These fluctuation measures involve second and first moments of joint multiplicity distributions. Data analysis is preformed using the Identity method which corrects for incomplete particle identification. Strongly intensive quantities are calculated in order to allow for a direct comparison to corresponding results on nucleus–nucleus collisions. The results for different hadron types are shown as a function of collision energy. A comparison with predictions of string-resonance Monte-Carlo models: EPOS, SMASH and VENUS, is also presented
Spectra and mean multiplicities of π- in central 40 Ar+ 45 Sc collisions at 13A, 19A, 30A, 40A, 75A and 150 AGeV/c beam momenta measured by the NA61/SHINE spectrometer at the CERN SPS: NA61/SHINE Collaboration
The physics goal of the strong interaction program of the NA61/SHINE experiment at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS) is to study the phase diagram of hadronic matter by a scan of particle production in collisions of nuclei with various sizes at a set of energies covering the SPS energy range. This paper presents differential inclusive spectra of transverse momentum, transverse mass and rapidity of π mesons produced in central Ar45Sc collisions at beam momenta of 13A, 19A, 30A, 40A, 75A and 150A Ge V /c. Energy and system size dependence of parameters of these distributions – mean transverse mass, the inverse slope parameter of transverse mass spectra, width of the rapidity distribution and mean multiplicity – are presented and discussed. Furthermore, the dependence of the ratio of the mean number of produced pions to the mean number of wounded nucleons on the collision energy was derived. The results are compared to predictions of several models
