    FORMAÇÃO DE UMA ABORDAGEM INCLUSIVA NA EDUCAÇÃO DE CRIANÇAS COM NECESSIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIAIS (EXPERIÊNCIA UCRANIANA)

    The purpose of the study is to rethink the standardized course curriculum in accordance with an inclusive approach. The method of analyzing secondary data made it possible to put forward the hypothesis that a modern Ukrainian school should be both regular and adapted to the needs of all students who attend it, considering their differences and special educational needs. Results.  The article analyzes the formation of an inclusive approach to the education of children with special educational needs in Ukrainian education based on the professional activity of a teacher's assistant (accompanying person), reveals the dilemmas faced by a school attendant in search of his professional identity, which puts him on the verge of another profession - the profession of a teacher. The novelty of the work lies in the disclosure of the problems of interprofessional relations and the field of activity of teacher assistants, which has not yet been disclosed. Based on the experience of the focus group, the author presents her own approach to inclusive education of children with special educational needs. Conclusions.  The analysis has revealed a diverse typology of teacher assistants' positions in inclusive schools in Ukraine, which reflects the delimitation of territories and borders, which complicates cooperation. It is recommended to create a national reference system of skills for teacher assistants to clearly define their scope of work in working with children with special educational needs and establish joint work trajectories with teachers. This will help to integrate knowledge, skills, and attitudes across the education sector, improve their performance and change their skills.O objetivo do estudo é repensar o currículo dos cursos normalizados de acordo com uma abordagem inclusiva. O método de análise de dados secundários permitiu apresentar a hipótese de que uma escola ucraniana moderna deve ser simultaneamente regular e adaptada às necessidades de todos os alunos que a frequentam, tendo em conta as suas diferenças e necessidades educativas especiais. Resultados.  O artigo analisa a formação de uma abordagem inclusiva da educação de crianças com necessidades educativas especiais no ensino ucraniano com base na atividade profissional de um assistente de professor (acompanhante), revela os dilemas enfrentados por um assistente escolar na procura da sua identidade profissional, o que o coloca à beira de uma outra profissão - a profissão de professor. A novidade do trabalho reside na revelação dos problemas das relações interprofissionais e do campo de atividade dos assistentes de professores, que ainda não tinha sido divulgado. Com base na experiência do grupo de discussão, a autora apresenta a sua própria abordagem à educação inclusiva de crianças com necessidades educativas especiais. Conclusões.  A análise revelou uma tipologia diversificada de cargos de assistentes de professores em escolas inclusivas na Ucrânia, o que reflecte a delimitação de territórios e fronteiras, o que complica a cooperação. Recomenda-se a criação de um sistema nacional de referência de competências para os assistentes de professores, a fim de definir claramente o âmbito do seu trabalho com crianças com necessidades educativas especiais e estabelecer trajectórias de trabalho conjuntas com os professores. Isto ajudará a integrar conhecimentos, competências e atitudes em todo o sector da educação, a melhorar o seu desempenho e a mudar as suas competências

    The article is devoted to the study of strategic marketing roles within the context of dynamic markets. It examines the methods and approaches that enterprises can use to achieve competitive advantages in these circumstances. The paper highlights the importance of strategic marketing in the context of modern business and explores adaptive approaches to the development of marketing strategies. Furthermore, the authors analyze the results of three key innovation rankings, the Global Innovation Index (GII), the European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS), and The Bloomberg Innovation Index, to identify the shortcomings and prospects of Ukraine's innovative development. The paper presents the dynamics of changes in the share of creative goods, works, and services in the total volume of shipped goods. The authors identify drawbacks and prospects for innovative development based on the current state of Ukraine's economy. In addition, the article analyzes the general trends in market dynamics, the impact of technological innovations on the business environment, the spread of globalization in the modern world, and how these factors affect strategic marketing. Particular attention is paid to trend analysis and forecasting methods, as well as the importance of innovation in strategic marketing. The research provides examples of successful implementation of innovative strategies in various business sectors. The authors present the prospects for innovative development in Ukraine. These prospects offer many opportunities for further growth and competitiveness on a global scale. The statistical evaluation of the research results showed the reproducibility and reliability of the data obtained.O artigo é dedicado ao estudo dos papéis estratégicos do marketing no contexto de mercados dinâmicos. Examina os métodos e abordagens que as empresas podem utilizar para obter vantagens competitivas nestas circunstâncias. O artigo destaca a importância do marketing estratégico no contexto dos negócios modernos e explora abordagens adaptativas para o desenvolvimento de estratégias de marketing. Além disso, os autores analisam os resultados de três classificações principais de inovação, o Índice Global de Inovação (GII), o Painel Europeu de Inovação (EIS) e o Índice de Inovação Bloomberg, para identificar as deficiências e perspectivas do desenvolvimento inovador da Ucrânia. O artigo apresenta a dinâmica das mudanças na participação de bens, obras e serviços criativos no volume total de bens expedidos. Os autores identificam desvantagens e perspectivas para o desenvolvimento inovador com base no estado actual da economia da Ucrânia. Além disso, o artigo analisa as tendências gerais da dinâmica do mercado, o impacto das inovações tecnológicas no ambiente de negócios, a difusão da globalização no mundo moderno e como esses fatores afetam o marketing estratégico. É dada especial atenção aos métodos de análise e previsão de tendências, bem como à importância da inovação no marketing estratégico. A pesquisa fornece exemplos de implementação bem-sucedida de estratégias inovadoras em vários setores empresariais. Os autores apresentam as perspectivas de desenvolvimento inovador na Ucrânia. Estas perspectivas oferecem muitas oportunidades para um maior crescimento e competitividade à escala global.     The centrosymmetric title compound, C18H28I2O2, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c with the alkyl chains having extended all-trans conformations, similar to those in the centrosymmetric bromo analogue [Li et al. (2008 ▶). Acta Cryst. E64, o1930] that crystallized in the triclinic space group P . The difference between the two structures lies in the orientation of the two alkyl chains with respect to the C(aromatic)—O bond. In the title compound, the O—Calk­yl—Calk­yl—Calk­yl torsion angle is 55.8 (5)°, while in the bromo analogue this angle is −179.1 (2)°. In the title compound, the C-atoms of the alkyl chain are almost coplanar [maximum deviation of 0.052 (5) Å] and this mean plane is inclined to the benzene ring by 50.3 (3)°. In the bromo-analogue, these two mean planes are almost coplanar, making a dihedral angle of 4.1 (2)°. Another difference between the crystal structures of the two compounds is that in the title compound there are no halide⋯halide inter­actions. Instead, symmetry-related mol­ecules are linked via C—H⋯π contacts, forming a two-dimensional network

    Capacitance in carbon pores of 0.7 to 15 nm: a regular pattern

    The study of 28 porous carbons shows that the specific capacitance in the electrolyte (C2H5)4NBF4/acetonitrile is relatively constant between 0.7 and 15 nm (0.094 ± 0.011 F m−2). The increase in pores below 1 nm and the lower values between 1 and 2 nm reported earlier are not observed in the present work.We thank Drs. A. Lavanchy (ACL Spiez, Switzerland) and F.     Тhe article is devoted to the problem of formation of responsibility among leader-professionals during the process of professional education at the university. The authors note that the solution to this problem is possible by developing a special pedagogical acme-technology. The paper presents characteristics of structural components of proposed technology (concept, content, procedural parts, software and methodology). In the course of this study, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of responsibility among leader-professionals were determined. The results of this study on the establishment of the influence of factor units on the responsibility formation of future leader-professionals in the process of their professional education at the university are discussed. Статья посвящена проблеме формирования ответственности профессионалов-лидеров в процессе подготовки в университете. Авторы видят решение этой проблемы путем разработки специальной педагогической акме-технологии. В работе представлены характеристики структурных компонентов предложенной технологии (концептуальной, содержательной, процессуальных частей и программно-методического обеспечения). В ходе исследования определены педагогические условия формирования ответственности профессионалов-лидеров. Проанализированы результаты проведенного исследования по установлению влияния блоков факторов на сформированность ответственности будущих профессионалов-лидеров в процессе подготовки в университете. Стаття присвячена проблемі формування відповідальності професіоналів-лідерів в процесі підготовки в університеті. Автори бачать вирішення цієї проблеми шляхом розробки спеціальної педагогічної акме-технології. В роботі представлені характеристики структурних компонентів запропонованої технології (концептуальної, змістовної, процесуальних частин і програмно-методичного забезпечення). В ході дослідження визначено педагогічні умови формування відповідальності професіоналів-лідерів. Проаналізовано результати проведеного дослідження по встановленню впливу блоків факторів на сформованість відповідальності майбутніх професіоналів-лідерів в процесі підготовки в університеті.

    the article is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of responsibility phenomenon, which is the subject of interdisciplinary study of humanities and social sciences. The authors emphasize that the meaning of the concept is not defined by its term (name), but is revealed by definition. In the course of the research it was established that the definition is a certain final stage in the development of the concept and solves the following cognitive tasks: reveals the meaning of the concept and distinguishes it from other related concepts. The article presents the results of researching the theoretical works of domestic and foreign scientists to determine the concept of responsibility. Theoretical aspects of the concept of responsibility in philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical dimensions are revealed. The authors propose a logical and content model of professional responsibility of a teacher-leader based on theoretical and empirical aspects.статья посвящена теоретическому и эмпирическому исследованию феномена ответственности, который является предметом междисциплинарного изучения социальных и гуманитарных наук. Авторы отмечают, что значение определяется не термином (названием), а определением. Определение является конкретным заключительным этапом в формулировке концепции и решает такие когнитивные задачи: раскрывает смысл концепции и отличает его от других смежных понятий. В документе представлены результаты изучения теоретических достижений отечественных и зарубежных ученых для определения понятия ответственности. Выявлены теоретические аспекты понятия ответственности в философско-социологическом, психологическом и педагогическом измерениях. Исследователями представлена логически-содержательная модель профессиональной ответственности педагога-лидера.статтю присвячено теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню феномена професійної відповідальності педагога-лідера, який є предметом міждисциплінарного вивчення соціально-гуманітарних наук. Автори звертають увагу, що зміст поняття не визначається його терміном (назвою), але розкривається за допомогою визначення. У ході дослідження встановлено, що визначення є певним завершальним етапом у формулюванні поняття і вирішує такі пізнавальні завдання: розкриває зміст поняття і виокремлює його від інших споріднених понять. У статті представлено результати вивчення теоретичних доробок вітчизняних та закордонних вчених задля визначення із змістом поняттям відповідальність. Розкрито теоретичні аспекти поняття “відповідальність” у філософсько-соціологічному, психологічному та педагогічному вимірах. Дослідниками запропоновано логіко-змістовну модель професійної відповідальності педагога-лідера на основі теоретико-емпіричних аспектів

    Multitopic ligand design: a concept for single-source precursors

    The multitopic ligand O,O′-bisnicotinic acid tetraethylene glycol, L, was designed for the coordination of two distinct types of metal ions. In this work, we describe how the O-donor part of L is used to coordinate to alkaline earth metal ions and that the N-donor atoms of L bind to group 11 elements. This makes L a suitable ligand for the combination of both metal ion types within the same compound. This concept will be exemplified by highlighting the pure Ca²⁺ complexes, a Cu⁺-coordination polymer network, as well as the mixed-metal compound, which can be used as a single-source precursor for mixed-metal oxide materials
