    I HATE MY JOB : PERSPECTIVE DARI JOB DESIGN & JOB SATISFACTION

    This study discusses in detail the impact of job design on the job satisfaction of the treasurer of THRDA. Furthermore, the intervening variables that mediate the relationship between job design and job satisfaction will also be identified. These variables are remuneration, quality of work-life, promotion, teamwork, participative leadership, and organizational motivation. This research uses the quantitative method. The path analysis was operated using the Smart PLS application to analyze the data. The research instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to all treasurers of THRDA in Indonesia. Thirty-four treasurers out of 64 treasurers have filled out the questionnaire. The results showed that the job design of the treasurer did not affect the job satisfaction of the treasurer. Meanwhile, job design through the intervening variable has a significant indirect effect on the job satisfaction of the treasurer. Thus, the intervening variable has succeeded in fully mediating the relationship between job design and job satisfaction of the treasurer. Keywords: job design, job satisfaction, treasure

    The Influence of Teacher Certification and Teaching Motivation on Teacher Performance

    This study aims to find out how these three components are related and influence each other. This study specifically analyzes the effect of teacher certification and teacher motivation on teacher performance in several Islamic elementary schools in South Jakarta. This study uses a regression analysis method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative method was chosen to be used in this study because the specifications of this design were systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the start of the creation of the research design. This research will also take a descriptive approach in order to adequately describe the research object or research results. The population in this study are teachers who have received a teacher certification allowance for at least five years and have had teaching experience for approximately ten years. Based on research data and discussion regarding the effect of teacher certification and teacher work motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as KKMI Kebayoran Lama, the following conclusions can be drawn: First, teacher certification has a partially positive effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by the value of the X1 regression coefficient of 1,401, which states that every 2 percent increase in teacher certification will increase teacher performance by 1,401 percent. The probability value is less than 5%, namely 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that teacher certification has a positive effect on teacher performance.     Tesis ini meneliti Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja, 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura baik tenaga lapangan maupun tenaga administrasi, yakni sebanyak 89 orang. Pengujian hipotess dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear berganda, Pengujian terhadap validitas dan reliabilitas data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program ststistik SPSS for windows 22.0. Temuan membuktikan bahwa, 1) Motivasi berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura, 2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura, 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura, 4) Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia Pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura, 5) Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R 2 ) nilainya sebesar 0,446 atau (44,6%).Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawa

    The Application of Group Work Method to Increasing Student Learning Activity in the Learning Process

    The purpose of this study is to analyze how using group work techniques has increased student learning activity. Class action research is the approach employed in this study. Planning, carrying out, observing, and reflecting are the four stages of this process. This study was carried out between March and May with participants in classes V. The study was done over the course of two cycles, with two meetings per cycle. The findings indicated that student learning activity increased with each cycle. This is demonstrated by the results of the students that participated in cycle I, where five students achieved a percentage of 15.62% and an average student learning activity of 62.19%. As opposed to cycle II, where 28 (twenty eight) students were active, the average student learning activity was 88.92% and the percentage of active students was 87.50%. In light of the average percentage of active students meeting the desired action intervention results, i.e. 80%, it can be stated that the implementation of the group work approach can boost the activeness of student learning.     Perubahan yang sangat cepat terjadi dalam era globalisasi saat ini, menuntut organisasi untuk memiliki sumberdaya manusia yang handal, yang memiliki tingkat motivasi yang tinggi, disiplin dan memiliki komitmen yang kuat untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun dalam kenyataanya, masih terdapat kontroversi hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sehingga tunjuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.  Penelitian dilakukan terhadap seluruh pegawai Kantor Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penerbangan Jayapura dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rapid changes occur in the current era of globalization, requiring organizations to have reliable human resources, who have a high level of motivation, discipline and have a strong commitment to be able to improve their performance.     Responding to Trends in Digital-Based Classroom Learning: Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Indonesian Millennial Students at Bengkulu University

    Through interviews with several academic activities and campus management at the University of Bengkulu, we have managed to obtain several data which are also backed up by secondary data from the publications we reviewed to answer the study themes which aim to respond to digital-based learning trends in efforts to improve millennial student learning outcomes. The author understands that the trend of using digital in learning is familiar. However, to gain new knowledge, we try to get direct data through conversations with staff and decision-making at the University of Bengkulu. We can analyze the results of both the interview data and the review of various sources under a phenomenological approach, in which, among other things, we coded data and revised the data to interpret the data. The latest data contains elements of validity and reliability that can be relied upon. Based on the study's results and available data, the University of Bengkulu believes that digital-based learning is a practical, transformative, and productive solution to improving the learning outcomes of Indonesian students who are said to be millennials.     The millennial generation presents challenges and opportunities for educational institutions, including Perbanas Institute in Jakarta. To effectively educate millennials entering the 21st century, it is crucial to implement new approaches to information technology-based teaching that caters to their unique characteristics and learning preferences. This abstract summarizes the essential findings and recommendations regarding these new approaches. A comprehensive literature review has identified that gamification, blended learning, adaptive learning technologies, and online collaboration platforms effectively engage millennial learners and maximize their learning outcomes. Gamification incorporates game elements to motivate learners through rewards and interactive experiences. Blended learning combines online and face-to-face instruction, providing flexibility and personalized learning experiences. Adaptive learning technologies customize learning based on individual needs, while online collaboration platforms promote collaboration and effective communication skills. To successfully implement these new approaches, Perbanas Institute should invest in faculty development programs, upgrade technological infrastructure, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Faculty members need the training to integrate technology effectively, while students require the necessary resources and support. By embracing these new approaches, Perbanas Institute can enhance the educational experiences of millennial learners and equip them with the skills required for the 21st-century workforce. Aligning teaching methods with the needs and preferences of millennials will prepare them for the evolving digital landscape and ensure their future success. This research aims to know the effect of salary on teacher productivity and determine the effect of work motivation on teacher productivity. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The quantitative research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples and collect data using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative statistics to test established hypotheses. The research carried out by the authors in this study is by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SMA Della Strada North Jakarta. Whether or not learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, one of which is the learning media used. This study aims to determine the effect of Google Classroom learning media on PJOK learning outcomes. This research is an experimental research. This research was conducted at TP 45 State Vocational Schools from November 2021 to December 2021. The sample in this study were all students of TP 45 State Vocational Schools class XP1 and XP2 for the academic year 2021/2022 even semester, a total of 70 people. The results in this study are that there is no influence from Google Classroom learning media on PJOK learning outcome
