    Perancangan Reaktor Plasma Dan Keamanan Sistem Reaktor Terhadap Suhu

    Plasma di dalam bidang fisika dianggap sebagai zat keempat selain zat padat, cair, dan gas. Plasma didefinisikan sebagai gas yang terionisasi karena hampir semua elektronnya terpisah menjadi elektron bebas. Plasma terdiri dari ion positif, ion negatif, elektron, partikel netral, dan radikal bebas. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membawa perkembangan pula dalam penggunaan plasma. Untuk membangkitkan plasma secara buatan dibutuhkan alat bantu. Reaktor plasma merupakan alat yang memanfaatkan input energi listrik dan gesekan dari perbedaan kecepatan aliran gas yang masuk dan keluar yang menimbulkan medan listrik. Medan liatrik inilah yang akhirnya akan membangkitkan plasma. Energi listrik yang digunakan memerlukan energi yang cukup besar sehingga dibutuhkan sistem pengaman pada reaktor plasma. Rancangan pada keamanan sistem reaktor meliputi penggunaan sensor termokopel tipe K yang tersusun dari kawat berbahan Ni-Cr pada sisi positif dan Ni-Al pada sisi negatif, IC AD595 sebagai signal conditioning dari termokopel tipe K, DAQ CYDAS 1000P sebagai interface antara rangkaian elektronik dengan software di PC, dan Software Labview 7.1 sebagai sistem kontrol pada keamanan sistem yang memberikan perintah off pada generator plasma ketika suhu mencapai batas maksimal yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya plasma yang terbentuk dan keamanan sistem dapat berjalan cukup baik. Generator plasma dapat merespon perintah sehingga ketika suhu mencapai nilai maksimum, generator plasma berada dalam kondisi off. Pengujian pada keamanan sistem dengan alat uji berupa termokopel digital OMEGA tipe HH12A menunjukkan nilai suhu yang terbaca memiliki perbedaan yang tidak terlalu signifikan

    Beban kerja yaitu pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada petugas atau tenaga kerja yang melebihi dari kemampuan atau kapasitas bekerja seorang petugas satpolpp sehingga akan mengakibatkan suatu kesalahan dalam bekerja yang sama artinya dengan akan menurunnya produktivitas kerja dari seorang tenaga kerja atau satpolpp itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada hubungan antara umur dan beban kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada satpolpp di kantor wilayah satuan polisi pamong praja Kota Manado. Jenis Penelitian yakni observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh petugas polisi pamong praja dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden yang menggunakan rumus lemeshow. Bertempat di kantor wilayah satuan polisi pamong praja kota manado pada bulan oktober-november 2018.Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengamati tingkat produktivitas dan beban kerja tenaga kerja dan disertai pengisian kuesioner. Uji yang  digunakan yaitu uji chi square p=0,005. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa antara umur dengan produktivitas p value = 0,890. dan  beban kerja dengan produktivitas kerja p value = 0,000. Sehingga kesimpulannya yakni bahwa Tidak terdapat hubungan antara umur dengan produktivitas kerja dan Terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan produktivitas kerja petugas satuan polisi pamong praja di wilayah satuan polisi pamong praja kota manado Kata Kunci: Umur, Beban Kerja, Produktivitas kerja ABSTRACTThe workload that is the work that is given to the clerk or the workforce in excess of ability or capacity to work a satpolpp so that it will lead to an error in the work of the same meaning with will decrease in work productivity of a labor or satpolpp itself. The purpose of this research is to know there is a relationship between age and workload with work productivity at satpolpp at the Office police units area teachers ' praja Manado city. This type of research i.e. analytic observations with the approach of cross sectional. The subject is the entire teachers ' praja police officers with 96 total sample of respondents who used the formula lemeshow. Housed at the Office police units area teachers ' praja manado city in October-november 2018. Research done by observing the level of productivity of the workforce and workload and accompanied the filling of the questionnaire. Test used chi square test that is p = 0.005. From the data analysis that has been done can be known that between the age of productivity with p value = 0.890. and workload with work productivity p value = 0.000.     DESIGN OF STUDENT SUCCESS PREDICTION APPLICATION IN ONLINE LEARNING USING FUZZY-KNN

    Effective evaluation of student performance is crucial. Hence, many kinds of techniques are used such as statistics, physical examination and currently data mining techniques to evaluate student performance. Data mining techniques as known as Educational Data Mining (EDM) collect, process, report and used to find the unseen patterns in the student dataset. EDM uses machine learning techniques to dig out useful data from multiple levels of meaningful hierarchy. Various data from intelligent computer tutors, classic computer based educational systems, online classes, academic data in educational institution, and standar assesment can be process for EDM. This led universities include open and distance learning (ODL) to collect large volume of student and learning data in their learning management systems (LMS). Students in ODL are relatively familiar with LMS and many learning activities such as number of accessing materials, student participation in discussion forum recorded in LMS. The processes of using EDM to improve the quality of educational policy maker with data-based models have become a challange that institutions of higher education face today. Therefore, this study aims to design applications that predict student performance in online learning using machine learning techniques based on EDM. The machine learning technique used in this research is Fuzzy-KNN. Testing using Fuzzy-KNN produces an accuracy of 92.5%

    Environmental and diagenetic controls on the morphology and calcification of the Ediacaran metazoan Cloudina

    Abstract Cloudina is a globally distributed Ediacaran metazoan, with a tubular, funnel-in-funnel form built of thin laminae (ca. 1–10 Όm). To what degree local environmental controlled morphology, and whether early diagenesis controlled the degree of calcification of Cloudina, is debated. Here we test these hypotheses by considering assemblages from four, coeval localities from the Upper Omkyk Member, Nama Group, Namibia, from inner ramp to mid-ramp reef across the Zaris Subbasin. We show that sinuosity of the Cloudina tube is variable between sites, as is the relative thickness of the tube wall, suggesting these features were environmentally controlled. Walls are thickest in high-energy reef settings, and thinnest in the low-energy, inner ramp. While local diagenesis controls preservation, all diagenetic expressions are consistent with the presence of weakly calcified, organic-rich laminae, and lamina thicknesses are broadly constant. Finally, internal ‘cements’ within Cloudina are found in all sites, and pre-date skeletal breakage, transport, as well as syn-sedimentary botryoidal cement precipitation. Best preservation shows these to be formed by fine, pseudomorphed aragonitic acicular crystals. Sr concentrations and Mg/Ca show no statistically significant differences between internal Cloudina cements and botryoidal cements, but we infer all internal cements to have precipitated when Cloudina was still in-situ and added considerable mechanical strength, but may have formed post-mortem or in abandoned parts of the skeleton

    Hypertension or high blood pressure is the cause of death and high illness. Hypertension as a chronic disease is influenced by several factors. The risk factors for hypertension are divided into non-modifiable risk factors and modifiable risk factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between genetic factors and the incidence of hypertension in the young adult age group (19-49 years) at Bakunase Health Center, Kupang City. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design and cross sectional approach. The sample size was 116 people with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the Spearman rho statistical test showed that there was a relationship between genetic factors (p Value = 0.000) and the incidence of hypertension in young adults (19-49 years) at Bakunase Health Center, Kupang City
