Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan. Dari hasil penelitian supervisi akademik secara berkelanjutan terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP di SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah silabus guru yang baik dari 31% menjadi 83% setelah supervise akademik. Selain itu jumlah RPP yang berkualitas baik juga meningkat dari 31% menjadi 89%. An alternative strategy for the company (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal to provide progress and business development, namely according to the explanation of the results of the SWOT diagram through point x, (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal is in quadrant I, That to carry out business development using an aggressive strategy, meaning a strategy to grow well, because the company has enough strength to be able to take advantage of the available opportunities. The purpose of this study is to classify Regencies and Cities in Jambi Province based on HDI, economic growth, percentage of population growth, percentage of poor population, percentage of open unemployment rate and Gini ratio. To answer these objectives the hierarchical method used is Average Linkage (Between Groups). The of analysis were obtained, two clusters could be formed, where group 1 consisted of 10 Regencies and Cities, group 2 consisted of 1 Regencies.

Influence between banking service quality and brand image against customer relationship and loyalty in Sharia bank

Purpose: The study aims to analyze the influence of bank service quality, brand image and bank image in relation to its priority customer and the implications of a Sharia bank. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study used a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methodology. Quantitative research is a systematic study of the parts and phenomena and their relationships while qualitative research is known as a research method that aims to develop new ideas and study the phenomenon in detail, like the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings: Based on the SEM estimation conducted on banking service quality variables, brand image, bank image, customer relationship and customer loyalty, it is found that not all the exogenous variables affect the endogenous variables. Banking service quality and bank image significantly influence customer relationship, while brand image has no significant effect on customer relationship. Bank image, brand image and customer relationship significantly influence customer loyalty, while banking service quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Practical Implication: Future researches in breaking down of this construct, into sub-categories of DSR will be interesting and could provide valuable knowledge to the understanding more in-depth view of DSR. Moreover, future research can aim to investigate the impact of DSR on other customers’ perceptions and factors such as corporate image, customer satisfaction, and so on. Lastly, since DSR can affect customer trust and brand equity differently, potential researches could analyze how a firm’s DSR initiative can impact on customer trust and brand equity for the different cultural contexts of global markets.peer-reviewe

Fire performance of an unprotected composite beam behaviour with finite beam end restraints, rebar size and locations

The fire performance of steel connections is crucial to provide integrity and stability to floor systems. In full-scale fire tests, the steel frame systems experience large deflections and rotations, which in turn subject the connections to large axial forces and moments. The shear connections, which have limited rotational allowance due to a small gap distance between the beam and the supporting member, exhibit a semi-rigid behavior during fire. Further, the effect of the concrete slab is observed to be beneficial to the deflection behavior of the floor system in several experiments. In this study, the fire performance of a beam with a concrete slab is investigated with varying degrees of rotational rigidity and the tension capacity of the concrete slab with steel rebars. Any solution to the environment in Indonesia is very dynamic in line with the development: UULH (the law on the environment) was regulated through the court channel and tripartite institutions, UUPLH (the law on the environmental management), through the court and out of cour channels, namely the institution with an authotiry to decide and not to decide but the forms of the institutions are not clearly mentioned, namely arbitration and mediation which is clearly stated. PENGARUH PEMBIAYAAN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH DI LEMBAGA KEUANGAN MIKRO SYARIAH: (STUDI KASUS NASABAH UMKM DI LKMS DAERAH EKS KARESIDENAN PEKALONGAN)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan qardhul hasan, pembiayaan mudharabah, pembiayaan musyarakah, pembiayaan murabahah, dan pembiayaan ijarah terhadap peningkatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah eks karesidenan Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pembiayaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan usaha nasabah. Nilai koefisien determinasi paling banyak pada akad qardhul hasan 56,8 % dapat menjelaskan peningkatan usaha nasabah. Sedangkan pembiayaan dengan akad mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, dan ijarah dapat menjelaskan peningkatan usaha dengan nilai koefisien determinasi masing-masing sebesar 37,4%, 38,2%, 7,3% dan 7%. Pembiayaan dengan prinsip kerjasama dapat merangsang peningkatan usaha nasabah, dan pembiayaan dengan prinsip jual beli tidak terlalu merangsang peningkatan usaha karena kebanyakan mereka melakukan pembiayaan untuk konsumtif dan aset
