    Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Restaurant di Hotel Movenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan restaurant di Hotel Movenpick Resort and SPA Jimbaran Bali setelah terjadinya pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan restaurant pada Hotel Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali secara parsial. Hubungan koefisien korelasi antara beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan restaurant dalam kategori kuat. Kemudian, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kualitas pelayanan restaurant pada Hotel Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. Implikasinya, setelah masa pandemi COVID-19, manajemen Hotel Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali harus mampu mengelola beban kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Keseimbangan antara beban kerja dengan kemampuan karyawan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan juga diakui sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan dan produktivitas

    PENGARUH PERCEPATAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI GEDUNG TERHADAP BIAYA PELAKSANAAN

    Suatu proyek dikatakan berhasil jika dapat diselesaikan sesuai biaya, mutu dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, diperlukan pengelolaan proyek yang baik sehingga segala hambatan yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan proyek segera dapat diantisipasi.  Pekerjaan pembangunan proyek gedung Lt. III SDN 7 Sesetan mengalami beberapa kendala yang menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan progress sebesar –4,65% pada minggu ke-15. Angka tersebut sudah mendekati -5% yang merupakan batas maksimum keterlambatan proyek yang tertera pada kontrak kerja. Melihat hal tersebut, perlu dilaksanakan pengelolaan proyek untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan progress pekerjaan yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh crash program terhadap biaya total pelaksanaan, serta selisih biaya yang diakibatkannya Penelitian ini menggunakan metode crash program untuk mempercepat progress proyek. progress proyek dipercepat melalui paenamban jam kerja lembur pada kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat kritis serta kegiatan-kegiatan yang memiliki slope yang terkecil agar biaya crash program tidak menambah biaya proyek secara signifikan.  Hasil analisa pada proyek kasus menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan crash program dapat berpengaruh terhadap biaya total penyelesaian proyek. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan biaya total proyek sebesar Rp.22.347.485,32, dari total biaya Rp.2.370.528.391,01 menjadi Rp. 2.392.875.876,33. Hasil ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa kontraktor harus mengeluarkan tambahan biaya proyek sebesar Rp.22.347.485,32. Sedangkan apabila tidak melaksanakan crash program, maka proyek akan mengalami peningkatan biaya sebesar Rp. 25.889.690,86, dari biaya total Rp.2.370.528.391,01 menjadi Rp.2.396.418.081,87. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan crash program pada proyek kasus membutuhkan biaya lebih sedikit dari pada tidak melaksanakan crash program. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa crash program dapat dilaksanakan untuk menghindari kerugian biaya yang lebih besar dan menghindari track record yang kurang baik bagi kontraktor akibat penyelesaian proyek yang  terlambat

    Now days, a companies has been experiencing and facing a tight competitive siege. To be surviving within this competition, the companies must be creative in developing new and robust ideas to improve their business competitiveness which differentiate them from the others. The product quality was the main issues among others. The quality of a product that offered to the consumers must be cheap and have met with consumer satisfaction. Exploring this ides, current research has conducted with the main goal was investigating the quality of product produced on CNC Turning. The quality was calculated with a Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis. Meanwhile, ductile iron workpieces size of 130 mm in length and 19 mm in diameter were manufactured for the samples. The data gathered including diameter, length, and thickness of the samples measured with Digital Vernier Caliper and Micrometer. Based on data observed, the result of experiment shows that the quality of sample products produced in single run (12 products) has met with basic standard requirement with which all samples dimension was lay inside the control limit (Upper and Lower Control Limit (UCL and LCL). It can be concluded that each variable still in process control and was ready for the automation

    This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage, free cash flow, corporate governance, growth, and risk management on earnings quality. The study population is the banking sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. Data were collected using the purposive sampling method. 41 companies were obtained as research samples to be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results showed the variable leverage, managerial ownership and risk management have a negative and significant effect on earnings quality. It was also indicated the variable free cash flow and growth have a positive and significant effect on earnings quality

    Jatiluwih Village is located in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Jatiluwih Village is a highland village located at the foot of Mount Batukaru. This village is located at an altitude of 500-1500 meters above sea level and has an average rainfall of 2500 mm/year. Most of the population in the Jatiluwih area still relies on the economy of planting rice, with a good irrigation system. Rice fields in the Jatiluwih irrigation area need protection and preservation so that their area does not decrease. This priority is necessary because the meaning of land, including paddy fields is very important for humans, not only to own, but also to live their lives. Irrigation is an effort made to obtain water by using intake buildings and carrier channels. The Jatiluwih Irrigation Area has water sources from several springs that flow in the Jatiluwih Area. Jatiluwih weir with water sources from Tukad Baat has an irrigation area of 390 ha. The subaks that are irrigated by the Jatiluwih Dam are Jatiluwih Subak, Subak Gunungsari, Subak Kedamaian  and Subak Wangaya Betan.
