Information Model of Cloud App Scaling with Variable Load Peaks

    Get PDF
The information model of cloud app was done. It is a formal description of cloud app infrastructure and possible transitions between them, and cloud app current working state classification criterion. Cloud app current state classification criterion on the basis of Page-Hinckley method and calendar of events related to the cloud app working state considers the current state to one of three classes in order to improve the accuracy of prediction of cloud app workload.Proposed criterion was compared with standard offline criterion that analyzes information about the entire time series of cloud app through a considerable time after the events that lead to the load peak, and therefore can\u27t be used when grading in real time. It is shown that the classification of cloud app state is consistent in 92 % of cases. The resulting information model of cloud app scaling with variable load peaks can be used as a component of information technology for cloud app scaling with variable load peaks

    Let (X0,X1)(X_0, X_1) and (Y0,Y1)(Y_0, Y_1) be complex Banach couples and assume that X1X0X_1\subseteq X_0 with norms satisfying xX0cxX1\|x\|_{X_0} \le c\|x\|_{X_1} for some c>0c > 0. For any 0<θ<10<\theta <1, denote by Xθ=[X0,X1]θX_\theta = [X_0, X_1]_\theta and Yθ=[Y0,Y1]θY_\theta = [Y_0, Y_1]_\theta the complex interpolation spaces and by B(r,Xθ)B(r, X_\theta), 0θ1,0 \le \theta \le 1, the open ball of radius r>0r>0 in XθX_\theta, centered at zero. Then for any analytic map Φ:B(r,X0)Y0+Y1\Phi: B(r, X_0) \to Y_0+ Y_1 such that Φ:B(r,X0)Y0\Phi: B(r, X_0)\to Y_0 and Φ:B(c1r,X1)Y1\Phi: B(c^{-1}r, X_1)\to Y_1 are continuous and bounded by constants M0M_0 and M1M_1, respectively, the restriction of Φ\Phi to B(cθr,Xθ)B(c^{-\theta}r, X_\theta), 0<θ<1,0 < \theta < 1, is shown to be a map with values in YθY_\theta which is analytic and bounded by M01θM1θM_0^{1-\theta} M_1^\theta

Growth and characterization of ZnMnO thin films

    Get PDF
Zn1−xMnxO (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) thin films were grown on sapphire substrates by pulsed laser deposition and rf magnetron sputtering methods. As a target source ceramic pellets prepared by mixing ZnO and Mn3O4 powders were used. The shift of the absorption edge due to increase the energy band gap with increasing Mn content was observed in optical absorption spectra of the Zn1−xMnxO thin films. Magnetic susceptibility and magneto-optical Faraday rotation experiments show paramagnetic behavior and absence of ferromagnetic ordering in the studied films. This work has been supported in part by grant No. M/128-2004 from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Ukraine

Magneto-optical Faraday effect in II–VI based semimagnetic semiconductor nanocrystals

    Get PDF
Different physical and chemical methods were used to prepare II–VI based semimagnetic semiconductor nanocrystals. A study of magneto-optical Faraday effect in the nanocrystals revealed its enhancement as compared with bulk crystals. It is explained in framework of increase in the oscillator strength of exciton transitions and to the difference between these strengths in an external magnetic field. It was observed almost linear dependence of the Faraday rotation as function of magnetic field strength for nanocrystals at liquid helium temperature in contrast to the dependence with saturation in bulk case and changes in process of a transition of the semimagnetic nanocrystals from the paramagnetic state to a spin glass state

The work of the Orthodox Mission in Japan at the turn of the XIX - XX centuries forever changed map of religions in the Land of the Rising Sun. The National Japanese Orthodox Church was established and all the clergy were elected from among the Japanese themselves. The founder of the mission and its long-standing leader was the Archbishop Nikolai (Kasatkin). The article provides an overview of the main principles the mission was found upon and its activities.

Resolvent convergence of Sturm-Liouville operators with singular potentials

In this paper we consider the Sturm-Liuoville operator in the Hilbert space L2L_2 with the singular complex potential of W21W^{-1}_2 and two-point boundary conditions. For this operator we give sufficient conditions for norm resolvent approximation by the operators of the same class.Comment: 6 pages, to appear in Math. Note

Single doped Zn1-xMnxO, Zn1-xFexO and codoped Zn1-x-yMnxFeyO, Zn1-x-yMnxSnyO, Zn1-x-yMnxLiyO, Zn1-x-yFexAlyO thin films were grown on sapphire and glass substrate by pulsed laser deposition and RF sputtering techniques. No secondary phases was detected from XRD analysis. Among the studied oxide films single doped with Fe and codoped with (Mn,Fe) and (Fe, Al) exhibit n-type conductivity and room temperature ferromagnetic behaviour. For the films codoped with (Mn, Sn) formation of clusters including nanowire-like structures was shown from AFM analysis. Optical and magnetooptical studies suggest of Mn, Fe, Sn and Li substitution for Zn2+ ions in ZnO lattice. This research was partially supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
