    This article discusses a comparative study between the Islamization of knowledge, Islamic science, and the transintegrasi of sciences. What are the similarities and differences between the three? Why do the three of them have different views about the form of the encounter between science and Islam? To answer this question, this article uses an epistemological and historical approach. This article finds that there are two similarities between the three, namely they an Islamic response to the development of science and they reject secularism. Meanwhile, the difference between the three lies in the emphasis and the details of the key concepts.     The design of this research is quantitative research and aims to determine the effect of work discipline, communication, workload and local wisdom on employee performance. The variables used in this study are four independent variables, namely work discipline, communication, workload and local wisdom and one dependent variable, namely employee performance. The types and sources of data used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from various sources of information, namely the web, magazines, books, and previous research journals. The population in this study were all Civil Servants of the Makassar City Transportation Service as many as 95 people, with the saturated sample technique, the total sample was 95 respondents. Furthermore, the answers from each instrument were collected through a tabulation process using a Likert scale. This analysis is used to answer the problem by simultaneously testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression statistical tools. The results of the study found that work discipline, communication and local wisdom had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance

           Berkomunikasi adalah sesuatu yang mutlak diperlukan setiap individu. Dengan berkomunikasi hidup akan mudah. Dengan banyak berkomunikasi, maka sesuatu yang berat akan terasa ringan. Dengan banyak berkomunikasi pula segala kesulitan akan mudah diatasi. Berwawancara adalah bagian dari aktivitas berkomunikasi. Dalam tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat, wawancara bukanlah barang baru lagi. Secara formal, berwawancara dibutuhkan setiap kali seseorang akan memasuki dunia kerja. Namun secara tidak formal pun berwawancara juga sering dialami manusia. Dengan banyak bertanya kepada lawan bicara, maka akan mudah terjalin hubungan baik. Jadi, jelaslah kalau berwawancara, baik formal dan tidak formal, akan  mampu menumbuhkan rasa  percaya diri seorang individu. Karena itu pulalah kiranya pemerintah melalui Kemendikbud meletakkan materi pembelajaran teks negosiasi dalam kurikulum Bahasa kelas X SMA. Artinya, siswa memang dipersiapkan untuk banyak berwawancara, sebagai bekal mereka ketika tamat SMA,  atau dalam bahasa yang lebih sederhana siswa diajak untuk berlatih berkomunikasi.Atas dasar itulah peneliti mencoba mengembangkan sebuah teknik pembelajaran yang disebut: Meningkatkan kemampuan berwawancara melalui dialog imajinatif dengan tokoh idola siswa. Pembelajaran dengan  dialog imajinatif ini dilakukan dengan menghadirkan tokoh yang idolakan siswa dalam imajinasi mereka, sekaligus melakukan dialog secara imajinatif dengan sang idola tersebut. Setelah dicobakan dalam sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dalam tiga siklus, maka pembelajaran ini ternyata sangat berhasil.  Perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa sangat bagus, yaitu 82,8 pada siklus satu, 81,8 pada siklus dua, dan 85,95 pada siklus ketiga. Karena itu pula, pembelajaran ini sangat baik dan sesuai digunakan di mana saja, tanpa melihat ruang dan waktu, sebab setiap siswa (setiap manusia) pasti memiliki idola tersendiri yang biasanya adalah orang yang dikagumi

    The purpose of this writer is to discuss about. 1) Knowing education financing and, 2) taxation in education. This type of research is Library Studies research, which in this study will take various expert opinions and analyze from various theories regarding education financing and taxation. The conclusion of this paper is the concept of education financing according to Thomas John, among other things, namely 1) how money is obtained to finance educational institutions, 2) where does it come from, 3) and what is it spent on and who spends it, then the income or source of education funds received by the school is obtained from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget, Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and the community or parents. As for the use of these funds, each school should establish plans that are a priority for comprehensive education financing. As for the taxation system in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, it has consistently allocated the State Budget for the Education Budget by 20% of the State Budget, with a focus on increasing access and quality of education services that are equitable in all regions to all corners of the country either through direct allocations in the State Budget or transferred to regions through budget allocations. in the APBD of each region by prioritizing improving the quality of students compared to capital expenditure. The taxation system also requires educational institutions as corporate income tax subjects to: 1) Register at the Directorate General of Taxation to be recorded as taxpayers and obtain a taxpayer identification number (NPWP), 2).     Education is an important part of human life. Good or bad education can be seen based on the quality of education. As for determining the quality of good education, there are many factors that influence it. Parenting style is one of the factors that has an important role in determining the quality of education a child receives. This study then aims to look at how the relationship that is formed between the quality of education and parenting styles is viewed from a sociological and educational perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies that still have a relationship with the discussion in this study. The results of this study then found that parenting style carried out by parents has a fairly important role in shaping the quality of children's education. Positive parenting styles can help children achieve success in their education. Adpaun parenting that is negative and unhealthy can actually improve the academic quality of children

Namun masalah yang dihadapi oleh keluarga sekarang ini kebanyakan disebabkan oleh kesibukan-kesibukan orang tua yang memiliki pekerjaan formal sering kali terkait dengan tuntutan jam kerja yang sangat padat, sehingga tidak adanya waktu untuk memperhatikan anak. Selain itu, orang tua yang memiliki pekerjaan informal biasanya harus bekerja lebih giat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga, apalagi dengan meningkatnya persaingan dalam dunia usaha seperti sekarang ini. Sehingga waktu orang tua semakin sedikit untuk mendidik dan memperhatikan anak akibatnya komunikasi orang tua dengan anak berkurang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini penulis bermaksud melihat langsung bagaimana pola asuh yang diterapkan wanita pekerja dan apa saja dampak dari pola asuh anak terhadap wanita pekerja di Pal 5 Muara Tembesi, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan penelitian komparatif.     Model Development of Tax Accounting With Tax Computer Program

    One of the purposes of preparing tax reports is to provide information to the parties in need that will be used to make comparisons, assess the ability of a company, as well as a guide for decision-making. In order to meet the above objectives, the financial statements must be comparable. These comparisons can be done in two ways, namely horizontal and vertical. A horizontal comparison is the ratio of a firm's tax-financial statements to another company for the same period, which in its concept can easily be used in the preparation using existing software. This study aims to develop the model of taxation accounting learning by using the computer program Tax as a teaching material on lecture materials in college. A specific target to be achieved in this research is to release teaching materials in the form of financial accounting books prepared with the Computer program Taxation. To achieve these objectives, this study used descriptive analysis to identify problems that exist in learning financial accounting at universities in the city of Medan that goes so far. These problems include not understanding the students in using computer programs Tax that has long been issued, and not motivated to study the program due to lack of guidance in implementing the practices undertaken. To find the factors that become obstacles in understanding the use of the program. With the identification of these factors, furthermore can be compiled a teaching materials to motivate students want to enjoy the teaching materials and the goal of educating the children of the nation can be achieved.     THE GOVERNMENT POLICY IN STRENGTHENING THE ECONOMY TO SEAWEED FARMERS IN SOUTH SULAWESI PROVINCE, INDONESIA

    Abstract: This research was a survey research, which aims at revealing the facts of a phenomenon by using the questionnaire as an instrument of primary data collectors. The data were then evaluated and interpreted relating to the activity of seaweed farmers scattered in several districts of South Sulawesi province. The results showed that there is a convenience obtained by the public in the form of government policy in supporting the seaweed farmers. Nearly, all the citizens who live on the coastal area conduct the cultivation of seaweed such as in the regency of Takalar, Jeneponto, Bantaeng, Pangkep, and Barru. Therefore, the production of seaweeds in South Sulawesi has increased significantly since 2005. The seaweed production in South Sulawesi in 2004 was approximately 20.141 tons. It increased in 2007. It was about 42.000 tons. By realizing the production development of the main export commodity of South Sulawesi, the local government is optimistic that the economic growth in this area will be getting better. In addition, other business opportunities can be developed. For example, along the coastal area of Takalar to Sinjai, South Sulawesi Province, there was virtually no longer the location for drying fish. The coastal area has turned into drying seaweed.     Anak tunagrahita merupakan anak yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam fungsi intelektual. mereka yang memiliki kemampuan intelektual (IQ) dan keterampilan dibawah rata-rata teman seusianya yang mana berkaitan dengan keterampilan seperti komunikasi, merawat diri, keterampiilan sosial, kesehatan, keamanan, fungsi akademis dan lain-lain sehingga dibutuhkan bimbingan yang tepat terhadap tumbuh kembang mereka terkhusus dalam hal penanaman ajaran islam tujuannya untuk membantu anak mewujudkan dirinya sebagai manusia seutuhnya agar mencapai kebahagiaan hidup didunia dan diakhirat. Skripsi ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi yang dilakukan selama 15 hari dari tanggal 17 Februari 2020 s/d 17 Mei 2020, wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap 3 orang guru dan 2 orang tua dari anak tunagrahita, dokumentasi, study literature dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi-conclusion) Hasil penelitian ini bahwa metode bimbingan penanaman ajaran islam pada anak tunagrahita adalah melakukan pendekatan emosional kemudian menerpakan metode keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, metode Tanya jawab, metode hukuman dan ganjaran serta metode demontrasi. Faktor pendukung bimbingan berupa Fasilitas sekolah, memberikan tugas rumah, selalu beri pujian serta dorongan orang tua anak tunagrahita. Adapun faktor penghambat bimbingan meliputi kesibukan orang tua, kesulitan menyebut kosa-kata, sifat malas anak tunagrahita, anak ngambek dan mogok belajar serta anak yang hiperaktif yang selalu mengganggu teman-temannya. Sedangkan Hasil dari metode bimbingan penanaman ajaran islam bagi anak tunagrahita bahwa sebagian besar anak tunagrahita dapat memahami dan menerapkan ajaran islam yang sudah di tanamkan oleh pembimbing
