Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyajian materi dalam buku teks Arab pada sekolah agama kelas 11. Minnol Azas dan Ashin Yoon, kelebihan dan kekurangan dari buku berbahasa Arab, sekolah agama kelas 11 terdiri dari Manolis Azis dan Aswan Yunnan. Basis metodologis, dan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan dokumen sebagai subjek penelitian, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi. Sumber data dan data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari buku bahasa Arab kelas 11 di sekolah menengah oleh Minniol Azis dan Aswan Yunnan. Pengaruh Teamwork, Reward Punishment, dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Swadaya Graha Gresik

Teamwork, Reward Punishment dan Pengembangan Karir, kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjaga kekompakan tim dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan optimal yang berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Swadaya Graha Gresik. Menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 80 karyawan dan menyebarkan kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan Uji Normalitas Data, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedasitas dan Uji Autokorelasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan program software SPSS versi 26. Mendapatkan persamaan regresi yaitu Y = -5,557 + 0,647X1 + 0,132X2 + 0,267X3 + e dengan nilai R 0,878 dan nilai R2 / R-Square sebesar 0,770. Analisis yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil nilai koefisien R2 sebesar 0,770. Maka ditunjukan variabel Teamwork, Reward Punishment, dan Pengembangan Karir mampu mempengaruhi variabel Kepuasan Kerja sebsesar 77,0% sisanya 23% tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian ini

ANALISIS DAMPAK KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM RUJUKAN ONLINE BERJENJANG BPJS TERHADAP PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN DI POLI PENYAKIT DALAM RSUD DELI SERDANG TAHUN 2019

The era of National Health Security (NHS) enacted tiered referral system start in first level health services, then the hospital type D, type C, type B and type A. Community complaints and a significant decrease in the number of patients in type B hospital especially in outpatient services, the occurrence of patient accumulation and long queues in hospital type C, this indicates that the implementation of this tiered referral system policy program has not run well. The purpose of this study was to look at the impact of the implementation of this tiered referral program policy on outpatient care in poly Internal medicine at the Regional General hospital Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. This research is a qualitative research with a prosfective case study approach and uses a fixed case design. This study triangulation to obtain in-depth information on document from SIMRS data, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), direct observation in the field without intervention. This reseach was carried out at the Regional General Hospital Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam , start from January until April 2019. The result of the study show that the implementation of the program has been carried out in accordance with the regulation of Director of Health Service No. 4 of 2014 regarding the referral system for health services carried out in stages. But there were several impacts from the implemention of the program, namely there was a decrease in the number of patient visits, patients cannot get the doctor’s service they want, patients service time is long because the patient must go through several referral procedur first. Recommendation for BPJS as The National Health Insurance Organizing Body to evaluate and improve existing regulations. If it is necessary to make new regulations so that people do not feel like they are being complicated to get services. Recommendation for the hospital to provide better facilities, both facilities and infrastructure, more competent medical personnel and paramedics

Pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Kesadaran Masyarakat terhadap Keuangan Inklusif Masyarakat Miskin dalam Menggunakan Jasa Keuangan dan Perbankan

Abstract: This research is about Inclusive Financial Analysis of Medan Sunggal Subdistrict Community. This research was conducted to find out the description of community characteristics in Medan Sunggal Subdistrict which became the object of inclusive finance. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires given to the community in Medan Sunggal Subdistrict. Data analysis method is descriptive statistical method and multiple regression equation model, tested by t test, f test, coefficient of determination and correlation coefficient. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of the community in Medan Sunggal sub-district which became the object of financial inclusion were mostly women, the majority were aged 25-31 years with the majority education in high school / equivalent. Knowledge and Public awareness of the community in Medan Sunggal Subdistrict has a significant positive effect on community financial inclusion in the use of various financial products and services provided by financial institutions, with a low influence magnitude indicated by the correlation coefficient. الملخص: هذا البحث يدور حول التحليل المالي الشامل لمنطقة ميدان صنغ  ال الفرعية. تم إجراء هذا البحث لمعرفة وصف خصائص المجتمع في منطقة ميدان صنغال الفرعية التي أصبحت موضوع التمويل الشامل. البيانات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي البيانات الأولية التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبيانات المقدمة للمجتمع في منطقة ميدان صنغال الفرعية. طريقة تحليل البيانات هي طريقة إحصائية وصفية ونموذج معادلة الانحدار المتعددة ، يتم اختبارها عن طريق اختبار t ، اختبار f ، معامل التحديد ومعامل الارتباط. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن خصائص المجتمع في منطقة ميدان صنجال الفرعية التي أصبحت موضوع الإدماج المالي كانت في الغالب من النساء ، وكانت الغالبية تتراوح أعمارهن بين 25 و 31 عامًا مع حصول الأغلبية على التعليم في المدرسة الثانوية / ما يعادلها. المعرفة والوعي العام بالمجتمع في منطقة ميدان صنغال الفرعية له تأثير إيجابي كبير على الإدماج المالي للمجتمع في استخدام المنتجات والخدمات المالية المختلفة التي تقدمها المؤسسات المالية ، مع انخفاض درجة التأثير التي أشار إليها معامل الارتباط.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah tentang Analisis Keuangan Inklusif Masyarakat Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Penelitian ini dilakukan  untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh variabel pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keuangan inklusif masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Metode analisis data  adalah metode statistik deskriptif serta model persamaan regresi berganda, di uji dengan uji t, uji f, koefisien determinasi serta koefisien korelasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik masyarakat di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal yang menjadi objek keuangan inklusif sebagian besar adalah perempuan, mayoritas berusia 25-31 tahun dengan pendidikan mayoritas SMA/Sederajat. Pengetahuan masyarakat  dan Kesadaran masyarakat di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keuangan inklusif  masyarakat dalam penggunaan ragam produk dan jasa keuangan yang disediakan oleh lembaga keuangan, dengan besaran pengaruh rendah ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi

PENYULUHAN PENATALAKSANAAN NYERI REUMATOID ARTRITIS DI RUMAH PADA LANSIA

Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common diseases affecting the elderly. This disease causes pain and decreased activity of the elderly on a daily basis. The problem that occurs in the elderly often experiences pain and loses the ability to carry out their activities. The alternative solution to the problem that can be done is by taking non-pharmacological actions. One very easy and inexpensive procedure is a warm compress. This action is very practical and can be done by everyone, including the elderly. This action is rarely done by the elderly when they are in pain. The service was carried out for the elderly as many as 42 people, namely counseling on rheumatoid arthritis, management of rheumatoid arthritis pain. The community service implementation team provides training on how to compress it to all elderly people who are in the work area of ​​the Medan Amplas Community Health Center Sevice. The team conducted a home visit to evaluate the community service program. Extension activities run smoothly. There were 10 elderly people who asked about counseling materials. It is important to do routine outreach activities to the elderly about other complaints they have to improve their health status

ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN DASAR MENGAJAR MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI DI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG SEBAGAI CALON GURU

ABSTRAK Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar merupakan suatu keterampilan (skills) dengan karakteristik khusus yang harus dimiliki dan dikuasai oleh seorang pendidik untuk melakukan tugas dan kewajiban dalam proses pembelajaran secara efektif, efisien, dan profesional. Keterampilan dasar mengajar ini terdiri dari keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan memberi penguatan, keterampilan bertanya, keterampilan mengelola kelas, keterampilan mengajar kelompok kecil dan perorangan, dan keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi di Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung sebagai calon guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester 6 tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang mengikuti mata kuliah microteaching serta melakukan praktek microteaching. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Data diperoleh melalui instrument wawancara, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi data yaitu triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa mahasiswa pendidikan biologi telah menerapkan Keterampilan dasar mengajar dan dikategorikan terampil, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari data pengisian angket diperoleh rata rata skor sebesar 84, 9% dan data hasil observasi pada pelaksanaan praktek mengajar microteaching yang dilihat melalui video praktek mengajar yang mahasiswa pendidikan biologi upload di sosial media mereka diperoleh rata rata skor sebesar 80, 7%. Nilai keterampilan dasar mengajar tertinggi terdapat pada aspek keterampilan menjelaskan, sedangkan nilai keterampilan dasar mengajar terendah terdapat pada aspek keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil. The basic teaching skills consist of opening skills and closing lessons, explained skills, skill hold variations, strengthening skills, asking skills, class managing skills, small group teaching skills and individuals, and the skills guiding small group discussions. The purpose of this study was to determine the basic skills of teaching students as prospective teachers at the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. The research was conducted at the biology eduation study program at the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung. The research sample is 6 semester students of the 2020/2021 academic year who take microteaching courses as well as doing microteaching practice. Sampling was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique. Data were obtained through interview instruments, questionnaires, surveys and documentation using the data triangulation method, namely technical triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that biology education students have applied basic teaching skills, this can be proven from the data filling out the questionnaire obtained an average score of 84, 9% and data from observations on the implementation of microteaching teaching practices seen through teaching practices videons by biology education students uploads on their social media obtained average of 80, 7%. The highest value of basic teaching skills is in the aspect of explaining skills, while the lowest value of basic teaching skills is in the aspect of skills in guiding small discussions. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA KELAS V DI SDI DARUSSALAM SUKOLILO SURABAYA

Hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDI Darussalam Sukolilo Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 pada mata pelajaran IPA mteri siklus air masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan pembelajaran msih berpusat pada guru sehingga siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu diterpakan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar. Salah satu model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tuornament. Sehingga peneliti ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil beljar siswa pada mata peljaran IPA melalui penerapan pembelajaran Teams Games Tuornament pada siswa kelas V di SDI Darussalam sukolilo surabaya. Jenis penitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan model eksperimen dalam bentuk Pretest-Posttest Control Group Desaign. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDI Darussalam Sukolilo Surabaya dalam dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan pretest dan posttest. Uji instrumenpenelitian menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, daya pembeda, dan tingkat kesukaran soal. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembealjaran Teams Games Tuornament dapat meningkatkan hasil beljar siswa kelas V SDI Darussalam Sukolilo Surabaya dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,75 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,560. Nilai signifikan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai nilai r-tabel N=20 adalah 0,425. Jadi dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SDI Darussalam Sukolilo Surabaya. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah perlunya adanya penelitian yang lebih lanjut pada penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tuornament untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada aspek efektif dan psikomotor

PENYULUHAN TENTANG KUALITAS PELAYANAN BAGI TENAGA PARAMEDIK DI PUSKESMAS NAMORAMBE

Puskesmas is a primary health care which means it is a health service center that is first visited by community members if they have problems related to their health. Therefore, the Puskesmas was established in a community environment with a work area determined based on applicable regulations. Utilization of health services at the Puskesmas is a process of interaction between consumers who use services and health workers at the Puskesmas as service providers. As a form of service, the service provided must be of quality in accordance with the service quality standards that have been set. Paramedics as health workers in the first line of service at the Puskesmas are expected to have knowledge and understanding related to service quality, and can apply it as much as possible. This counseling is intended to refresh and increase knowledge related to the quality of services for paramedics at the Namorambe Health Center with the hope that this counseling can improve the quality of services in a sustainable manner

One of the problems experienced by a person when sick is anxiety, especially if the person has to undergo medical action, namely surgery and acts as a patient. Various bad abilities can occur which will be dangerous for the patient. So it is not surprising that patients and their families often show a somewhat exaggerated attitude with the anxiety they experience. Anxiety is an alerting signal to take action to overcome the threat. Sectio caesarea action with various complications causes anxiety. Excessive anxiety can result in delays in planning the delivery process by cesarean section. The existence of professional and quality hospital services is important to ensure the delivery operation process runs smoothly so as to reduce anxiety (Pawate, 2013). Sectio caesarea in deliveries carried out at Sembiring Delitua General Hospital from year to year is quite high. The socialization of the Pre Sectio Caesarea Counseling Room for Midwives and Nurses was carried out at the Sembiring General Hospital with an implementation time of 2 months with 4 meetings.
