    The objective of the research was to analyze the management of creative learning through the Powtoon Tool in order to propose didactic strategies aimed at the language and literature students belonging to “Eloy Alfaro” General Educational Unit located in Chone Canton of Ecuador. It was based on the quantitative approach with descriptive typology. The design of the didactic strategies presented to the teachers, allow passing to a second phase of research where such proposal is applied under the approach of learning by doing, a situation that will allow teachers to experiment on themselves. Didactic strategies based on the Powtoon tool were proposed, enabling teachers to approach a pedagogical vision in order to promote creative learning in students, a process that generates reflection, analysis, understanding, and the creation of new ideas for providing answers to the various social concerns projected from the global world. La investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar la gestión de aprendizaje creativo mediante la Herramienta Powtoon con la finalidad de proponer estrategias didácticas dirigidas a los estudiantes de lengua y literatura de la Unidad Educativa General “Eloy Alfaro” del Cantón Chone del Ecuador. Se fundamentó desde el enfoque cuantitativo con tipología descriptiva. El diseño de las estrategias didácticas presentadas a los docentes, permiten pasar a una segunda fase de investigación en donde se aplique bajo el enfoque de aprender haciendo, situación que permitirá a los profesores, experimentar en sí mismos. Se propusieron estrategias didácticas basadas en la herramienta Powtoon, posibilitando el acercamiento de los docentes a encontrarse con una visión pedagógica en razón de propiciar el aprendizaje creativo en los estudiantes, proceso generador de la reflexión, análisis, comprensión, creación de nuevas ideas en razón de brindar respuestas a los diversas inquietudes sociales proyectadas desde el mundo global

    The objective of the research was to analyze the importance of psychopedagogical counseling in the literacy process by students of higher general basic education in Ecuador, through a documentary review with bibliographic design of research works related to psychopedagogy and learning problems through literacy, located in peer-reviewed journals and indexed in databases recognized for good editorial practice. Six central indicators are configured to promote psycho-pedagogical strategies in order to promote an effective process of literacy in students of general basic education, which generates a multidisciplinary articulation, therefore, neuroscience must be addressed as a promoter approach to an education where they are addressed neural and affective networks in order to stimulate cognition, through the effective use of ICT in order to promote research and reflection as a fundamental axis of learning.La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la importancia del asesoramiento psicopedagógico en el proceso de lectoescritura por estudiantes de educación general básica superior del Ecuador, mediante una revisión documental con diseño bibliográfico de trabajos investigativos relacionados a la psicopedagogía y problemas del aprendizaje a través de la lectoescritura, ubicados en revistas arbitradas e indexadas en bases de datos reconocidas por sus buenas practicas editoriales. Se configuran seis indicadores centrales para promover estrategias psicopedagogas en función de promover un efectivo proceso de lectoescritura en estudiantes de educación básica general, lo cual genera una articulación multidisciplinar, por lo tanto, debe abordarse la neurociencia como enfoque promotor de una educación en donde se abordan las redes neuronales y afectivas en razón de estimular la cognición, mediante el uso efectivo de las TIC en razón de promover la investigación y reflexión como eje fundamental del aprendizaje
