An analysis of a regular black hole interior model

We analyze the thermodynamical properties of the regular static and spherically symmetric black hole interior model presented by Mboyne and Kazanas. Equations for the thermodynamical quantities valid for an arbitrary density profile are deduced, and from them we show that the model is thermodynamically unstable. Evidence is also presented pointing to its dynamical instability. The gravitational entropy of this solution based on the Weyl curvature conjecture is calculated, following the recipe given by Rudjord, Gr$\varnothing$n and Sigbj$\varnothing$rn, and it is shown to have the expected behavior.Comment: 22 pages, 17 figures, accepted for publication in International Journal of Theoretical Physic

On the emergence of the Λ{\bf\Lambda}CDM model from self-interacting Brans-Dicke theory in d=5{\bf d= 5}

We investigate whether a self-interacting Brans-Dicke theory in $d=5$ without matter and with a time-dependent metric can describe, after dimensional reduction to $d=4$, the FLRW model with accelerated expansion and non-relativistic matter. By rewriting the effective 4-dimensional theory as an autonomous three-dimensional dynamical system and studying its critical points, we show that the $\Lambda$CDM cosmology cannot emerge from such a model. This result suggests that a richer structure in $d=5$ may be needed to obtain the accelerated expansion as well as the matter content of the 4-dimensional universe.Comment: 7 pages, 7 figure

La ecuación hipergeométrica de Gauss

En este trabajo se estudiarán las ecuaciones diferenciales lineales de orden superior a 1 con coeficientes holomorfos en la esfera de Riemann, en especial la ecuación hipergeométrica de Gauss. En la primera parte se compararán los teoremas de existencia y unicidad para ecuaciones diferenciales no lineales y ecuaciones diferenciales lineales donde los coeficientes son funciones holomorfas, abordando también la prolongación analítica de las soluciones a lo largo de curvas y el teorema de monodromía. En la segunda parte clasificaremos las singularidades de las ecuaciones diferenciales lineales en singularidades de primer y segundo tipo, regulares e irregulares; y se hará un estudio más exhaustivo de las ecuaciones de orden 2 con coeficientes funciones racionales. En la tercera parte se estudiará como caso particular la ecuación hipergeométrica de Gauss y finalmente se darán aplicaciones prácticas de las ecuaciones diferenciales lineales, así como ideas sobre su implementación computacional.Grado en Matemática

About the interpretation in psychoanalysis: Ricoeur, Freud and Lacan

El siguiente trabajo se propone, en primer lugar, contraponer la lectura fi losófi ca de Ricoeur sobre la interpretación en psicoanálisis con algunos desarrollos clave de Freud y Lacan al respecto. Luego, se mostrará desde la obra del fi lósofo esloveno Slavoj Žižek cómo este concepto psicoanalítico puede ser utilizado dentro del marco de la crítica de las ideologías. De esta manera, se intentará determinar y fundamentar, al menos de manera aproximada, si la interpretación en psicoanálisis constituye una exégesis o desciframiento del símbolo, o si la estructura del discurso analítico mismo exige otra concepción que no se agota en una hermenéutica.The following article proposes, fi rstly, to confront Ricoeur’s philosophical reading on interpretation in psychoanalysis with some key developments of Freud and Lacan about the subject. Then, the use of this psychoanalitical concept will be demonstrated in the context of the critique of ideologies from the works of slovenian pshilosopher Slavoj Žižek. La renovación pedagógica en España: Un movimiento social más allá del didactismo

La Institución Libre de Enseñanza, la Escuela Moderna de Ferrer Guardia, la Escuela Nueva y los Movimientos de Renovación Pedagógica han sido instancias renovadoras e innovadoras en métodos pedagógicos, en propuestas organizativas de la escuela y en alternativas al sistema educativo vigente en cada momento histórico. Se han constituido y trascendido como un movimiento social porque en sus principios ideológicos y en sus prácticas de enseñanza buscaban que la educación tuviera una capacidad transformadora de la sociedad más allá del didactismo. Se describen las características que reúnen los movimientos sociales y se comprueba que los movimientos de renovación pedagógica mencionados poseen dichas señas de identidad. Además de esa coincidencia e interés por lo social, entre ellos hay algunas características comunes en cuanto a: el proyecto educativo global, la crítica a la escuela tradicional, el modelo de profesor, las fuentes ideológicas en que se sustentan, el laicismo, la coeducación, la defensa de una escuela democrática y cívica y su influencia en el cambio de las políticas educativas oficialistasThe “Institución Libre de Enseñanza", the Modern School of Ferrer Guardia, the "Nueva Escuela" and the Educational Renewal Movements have been refreshing and innovative teaching methods, in school organizational proposals and alternatives to the current educational system in each historical moment. They have transcended as a social movement because its ideological principles and teaching practices. Education had sought a transformative society beyond the didacticism. The article describes the features that meet the social movements and it is established that the mentioned educational reform movements have these hallmarks.
