SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU SERTIFIKASI DI SMAN 2 MUKOMUKO

enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesional-isme gurusertifikasi SMAN 2 Mukomuko, meliputi supervisi akademik pada aspek administrasi dan sikap profesional guru ser-tifikasi. Penelitianini merupakan penelitian evaluatif (evaluatif research). Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang, terdiri dari 1 orangkepala sekolah sebagai pengawas dan 14 orang guru sertifikasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dandokumentasi. Hasil analsis data keseluruhan menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengaruh superpivisi aka-demik kepala sekolah dalammeningkatkan profesionalisme guru sertifikasi di SMAN 2 Mukomuko berada pada kategori tinggi karena diperoleh skor 78,08%,dengan rincian; 1) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah pada aspek kelengkapan administrasi termasuk kategori tinggidengan skor 77,60% dan, 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah pada aspek sikap profesional guru termasuk kategoritinggi dengan perolehan skor 78,57%

Implementasi Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Di Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Manado

The aimed of this research are to mechanism and implementation of the management of the State Property at the Manado Religious/ Family High Court. Under the qualitative approach, the data were collected through observation and interview. The informants were selected using the purposive sampling technique which specifically targeted the managers and the staff of the General Sub-Division and the Finance Sub-Division of the Manado Religious/Family High Court, as well the Property Treasurer who also acts as the Accounting Management System State Property administrator. Secondary data of from documents that have anything to do with focus issues were also collected from the Manado Religious/Family High Court. Data were then analyzed descriptively by examining the interview results and related documents. These data were further compared with the result of the field observation on the real practice of the management of the State Property at the research location. It can be concluded that administratively, the mechanism of the management of state property at the Manado Religious/ Family High Court has run well according to the respective regulations. The implementation, however, is still below the stated standard. It is recommended that in order to overcome the problems suggested in the findings, the controlling mechanism by the top leaders at the Manado Religious/ Family High Court should be maximized, coordinations between the the managers and staff should be intensified, and ultimately, the leaders of Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia should be more active in communicationg and socializing the rules and regulations on the management of state property to the leaders of the sub-ordinating courts leaders/managers

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Marketing on Business Performance : Small Garment Industry in Bandung City, Indonesia

This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial marketing dimensions, namely: proactiveness; calculated risk-taking; innovativeness; opportunity focus; resource leveraging; customer intensity; value creation and legitimacy, on business performance in garment small industry in Bandung City Indonesia. Ninety small industries are used as samples in  this survey. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. This multiple regression analysis indicates that proactiveness, resources leveraging, value creation and customer intensity dimensions of entrepreneurial marketing has significant and positive effects on business performance. MENINGKATKAN INOVASI MELALUI ENTREPRENEURIAL MARKETING DAN DAMPAK PADA KINERJA PEMASARAN UKM-UKM GARMENT DI JAWA BARAT

The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of entrepreneurial marketing and innovation, and to propose a conceptual model of increasing innovation through entrepreneurial marketing and the impact on marketing performance of garment SMEs in West Java. The approach of this paper is a dimensional approach, conducting an assessment of the dimensions of the variables contained in entrepreneurial marketing and innovation. A conceptual model of the entrepreneurial marketing created increasing innovations, and the impact on marketing performance. Academic implications of this paper in exploring the concept of entrepreneurial marketing increasing innovation and its impact on marketing performance of garment SMEs in West Java. The practical implication will give some ideas and practical suggestions in the decision to implement its entrepreneurial marketing and innovation. Original contribution of this paper is the establishment of a conceptual model of the dimensions of entrepreneurial marketing can increase innovation, and the types of innovations that can be applicable in increasing marketing performance of garment SMEs in West Java

PENGARUH INOVASI TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS PADA INDUSTRI KECIL PAKAIAN JADI KOTA BANDUNG

The biggest challenge for SMEs in the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is how to be able to determine the right strategy in order to win the competition. Small industry of Garment must innovate in order to compete with other countries. This study aims to 312 investigate the effect of dimensions of innovation (product; process; marketing and organization) on business performance in garment small industry in Bandung City. The number of samples are ninety small industry and survey method is used to analyze the collected data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Multiple regression analysis indicate that product; process; marketing and organization dimensions of innoatin has significant and positive effects on business performance. Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) merupakan salah satu bentuk lembaga keuangan syari’ah yang banyak kita temui di masyarakat. Lembaga keuangan memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Semua kegiatan ekonomi hampir tidak mungkin terhindar dari peran lembaga keuangan. Lembaga keuangan merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu Negara. Sedang lembaga keuangan yang saat ini ada dominan dengan sistem bunga (konvensional). Sementara bunga dalam lembaga keuangan menurut pandangan sebagian besar ulama Islam adalah identik dengan riba. PEMBUATAN GELATIN dari TULANG IKAN AIR TAWAR (Anabantidae)

Fish is a food that is consumed many people other than as an export commodity. Fish not only has good taste, it also has nutrients that are very useful. Basically, fish processing aims to prevent damage or decay. Gelatin is a protein that can be extracted from the bone. Gelatin in the bones was extracted by hot water at a temperature 60-100 ° C. A good extraction can result in 14-15% yield (calculated from the weight of bone). Extraction of gelatin from fish bones is a business of fish processing waste. The purpose of this experiments is to determine whether the best processes, and determine the time it takes to get good results. The process is done through 4 stages of degreasing, demineralization, extraction, and drying. Degreasing process includes cleaning the bone by soaking in boiling water for ± 30 minutes and then drained. The process involves immersing the bone demineralization in 5% HCl solution, wash, drain, and cutting. And for stirring performed bone pulverization process into a powder. Extraction process involves stringing tools and materials, then extracting at a temperature of ± 90 ° C for (2, 3, 4 hours), further refine the extracted and concentrated. The process of drying involves drying the solid in an oven at a temperature of ± 50oC for 24 hours. It was grinded to reduce size and analyze the best results. From the experiments it was found that the process is best with a 1:3 ratio stirring for 4 hours. And from the results of sensory test can be said that the respondents most preferred products and product closer to market is a product obtained from the extraction of gelatin with stirrin

INTERNALISASI NILAI KEMUHAMMADIYAHAN DALAM BUDAYA ORGANISASI PESANTREN MUHAMMADIYAH

In This pesantren education institution, it is very important to have a organizational culture because with the organizational culture a pesantren institution is able to deal with changing times and with this organizational culture it can be seen the value of excellence from the pesantren institution. Internalization of the value of kemuhammadiyahan has a very close relationship with values, therefore a large organization has a structured and planned role. Muhammadiyah values that can be internalized include piety, amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, tajdid, tasamuh, taawun. The purpose of this article is to improve the organizational culture of pesantren so that they are able to compete with other pesantren educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of research is library (library research). The collection technique uses library techniques. This library method uses in the prepation of scientific works through data analysis from various journals, or books. The source of this data comes from various journal article related to the organizational culture of the Islamic boarding school. The data analysis is content analysis
