AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the human resource management system in the implementation of cash waqf starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling at BMT Al-Rifa'ie Malang.The research method used is a qualitative approach. The type of research used is a case study. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and other required data collection. Then the researchers collected data, processed the data to draw conclusions from the results of their research. The results of this study indicate that the role of a nadzir is very important to manage waqf institutions to be good, the risk of corruption is minimal, and not out of line with syar’i. Keywords: Management, Human Resource management, cash waqf

Analisis Pengaruh Integrated Marketing Communication Terhadap Brand Equity (Studi Pada PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Marelan Raya)

Penelitian ini adalah analisis pengaruh integrated marketing communication (advertising, sales promotion, public relation, personal  selling, dan direct marketing) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap brand equity pada PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Marelan Raya dan bagaimana integrated marketing communication dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Marelan Raya periode 2018-2020. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purpose sampling diambil sampel sejumlah 99 nasabah. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deksriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis Hasil uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji multikolineritas tidak ditemukan variabel yang menyimpang dari aturan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel advertising tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand equity, pada variabel sales promtion secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, pada variabel public relation secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, pada variabel personal selling secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity, dan pada variabel direct marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand equity. Dan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa advertising, sales promotion, public relation, personal  selling, dan direct marketing, secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand equity

Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Education and Training, And Personality on Job Satisfaction and Attention Decision of the Head of State Aliyah Madrasah in South Sulawesi

Purpose:  The aim of this research is to analyses the impact of emotional intelligence, education and training, as well as decision-making identity for Head of State Madrasah Aliyah in South Sulawesi.   Theoretical framework:  This job recognition has a positive and important impact on decision-making. Emotional intelligence due to job satisfaction does not importantly influence decision-making. Training for job satisfaction has a positive impact on decision making. Job satisfaction does not have an important impact on decision-making.   Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a survey method. This research was conducted in 32 Islamic public secondary schools located in South Sulawesi and included 32 public secondary school principals to determine the sample using a sativa sampling technique. The questionnaire results data were analyzed through the Smart pls 3.2.9 application using the Structural Equations Model (SEM).   Findings:  The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has a positive and important impact on work. Training has a positive and important impact on job satisfaction. Personality has a positive and useless effect. Emotional intelligence has a positive and low impact on decision making.   Research, Practical & Social implications:  The party has a positive and low impact on decision-making. Personality has a negative impact and has a negative impact on decision making.   Originality/value:  From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the three variables had an average value in a very high category which indicated a very good perceived value of the variable, but this was not able to realize the real contribution of the personality variable to job satisfaction

Evaluation of Allelopathic Potential of Pluchea indica on Brassica chinensis and Zea mays

Weeds have become one of the leading causes of crop production losses, including the cost of weed management, weed crop competition, and weed intervention with crop management practices. Moreover, herbicide use in agricultural systems is currently being debated due to the potential adverse effects on the environment and human health. The utilization of the allelopathic phenomenon is widely considered an alternative weed management strategy. However, allelopathic study of Pluchea indica plant was limited. P. indica is a flowering plant under family Asteraceae, locally known as Beluntas. Thus, this study was conducted to determine the allelopathic effects of the aqueous leaf extract of P. indica on the seedling growth of tested plant species and to investigate the effect of P. indica leaf debris on the growth of tested plant species. In this study, the allelopathic potential of P. indica leaves were investigated through petri dish bioassay and soil bioassay method. The two tested plant species were chosen for the bioassay: monocotyledonous; maize (Zea mays) and dicotyledonous; mustard (Brassica chinensis). These tested plant species were chosen for the experiment due to their known quick seedling growth behaviours and commonly used in allelopathic studies. The result showed that as the concentration of aqueous leaf extract increased, the inhibition percentage of the radicle length of B. chinensis and Z. mays were increased. However, stimulatory effect was observed on the radicle length of B. chinensis and Z. mays when 1.3%and 2.5% w/w  P. indica leaf debris were applied. Thus, aqueous leaf extract and leaf debris of P. indica have potential allelopathic effects on the growth of B. chinensis and Z. mays. Further studies need to be conducted on other bioassay species especially weed species, to elucidate the allelopathic potential of P. indica in weed control

PERILAKU PEMILIH MASYARAKAT KELURAHAN RAWASARI KECAMATAN ALAM BARAJODALAM PEMILIHAN WALIKOTADAN WAKIL WALIKOTA JAMBI TAHUN 2018

Skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pemilih masyarakat Keluarahan Rawasari Kecamatan Alam Barajo Dalam Pemilihan Walikota Dan Wakil Walikota Jambi tahun 2018. Sebagai tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pemilih masyarakat Keluarahan Rawasari Kecamatan Alam Barajo Dalam Pemilihan Walikota Dan Wakil Walikota Jambi tahun 2018. Untuk mengetahui apa faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih masyarakat Keluarahan Rawasari Kecamatan Alam Barajo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rukun Tetangga 28 dan 25 Kelurahan Rawasari Kecamatan Alam Barajo Kota Jambi. Waktu pelaksanaannya mulai dari bulan September hingga Desember 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data primer yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui proses wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian maka diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: pertama bentuk perilaku pemilih masyarakat yang terlihat di Rukun Tetangga 28 dan 25 Kelurahan Rawasari Terdapat beberapa pendekatan pemilih diantaranya Pendekatan Sosiologi, Psikologi dan Rasional. kedua faktor perilaku pemilih masyarakat Rukun Tetangga 28 dan 25 yaitu faktor sosiologi, karena informan menentukan pilihannya karena kedaerahan. faktor psikologis, informan menentukan pilihannya karena faktor figur kandidat dan perilaku pemilih lebih dominan faktor Rasional, yang mana banyak informan menentukan pilihannya karena faktor visi misi kandidat dan popularitas kandidat yang dianggap memiliki kharismatik dan sosok idaman bagi masyarakat. Masyarakat pada dasarnya memiliki pemahaman yang cukup tinggi terhadap politik menyebabkan mereka memiliki kesadaran yang cukup tinggi pula untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan umum khususunya pemilihan Walikota Jambi 2018 berjalan dengan aman, tentram dan tertib
