Pengaruh Kreativitas Dan Sikap Mandiri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Angkatan 2010/2011 Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi, 2) pengaruh sikap mandiri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi, 3) pengaruh kreativitas dan sikap mandiri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UMS angkatan 2010/2011 berjumlah 190 mahasiswa dengan sample sebanyak 123 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket yang telah diujicobakan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier ganda, uji t, uji F, sumbangan efektif dan sumbangan relatif. Berdasar hasil analisis data diperoleh persamaan regresi linier ganda sebagai berikut Y = 9,849 + 0,257X1 + 0,423X2, artinya minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh kreativitas dan sikap mandiri mahasiswa. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kreativitas berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Hal ini terbukti berdasarkan hasil perhitungan thitung untuk variabel kreativitas sebesar 3,081 sehingga thitung> ttabel atau 3,081>1.980 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003<0,05. (2) sikap mandiri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hal ini terbukti berdasarkan hasil perhitungan thitung untuk variabel sikap mandiri sebesar 4,942 sehingga thitung> ttabel atau 4,942>1.980 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000Ftabel (3,072) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. (4) Hasil perhitungan untuk nilai R2 sebesar 0,327, berarti 32,7% minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel kreativitas dan sikap mandiri, sisanya sebesar 67,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Pada Organisasi Sektor Publik Yaitu Kud Jatinom. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan survei kuesioner. Kuesioner disampaikan kepada 50 pejabat struktural di KUD Jatinom. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis path untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Numerical Solutions of Matrix Differential Models using Cubic Matrix Splines II

A Comprehensive Review on Current Performance, Challenges and Progress in Thin-Film Solar Cells

Due to the recent surge in silicon demand for solar modules, thin-film photovoltaic (PV) modules have a potential to penetrate the market in significant numbers. As an alternate candidate, thin film technologies in PVs have the ability to achieve better performance. The competing thin-film PV technologies have the flexibility to adapt to any sort of curvature compared to rigid solar cells (SCs). Due to the peculiar characteristics of newer solar materials, stability issues, reflection losses, advancements in electrode materials and dopant materials with a photoactive layer are current challenges driving the industrial-academic voyage of development of solar materials for the betterment of Photo-conversion Efficiency (PCE). Based on the photoactive materials used over time, SC evolution was broadly classified into first, second and third generation SCs. In this review, the basic working mechanisms, various materials used, drawbacks and stability issues of different SCs are discussed extensively. Thin film SCs tend to absorb certain elastic deformations due to their flexible nature and to a certain extent. According to the NREL efficiency chart, multi-junctional SCs exhibit enhanced efficiency as compared to the other SCs. Among the third-generation SCs, the perovskite/Si tandem architecture shows a maximum efficiency of approximately 29%. Thin film flexible SCs find application in various sectors such as automobile, defense and/or energy storage device

Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Bank Syariah dengan Bank Konvensional di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2014-2018

This research attempts to determine the comparison of financial performance of Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks based on financial ratio of Conventional Commercial Banks and Islamic Commercial Banks registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2014-2018. Descriptive research with quantitative approach was used in this research by employing purposive sampling as a sampling method. The sampling consisted of 11 Conventional Commercial Banks and 11 Islamic Commercial Banks. The data collection techniques used was documentation method toward the process secondary data collection in the form of annual financial statements (annual report) during the period 2014 to 2018 which has been published by OJK website and website of each bank concerned. The analysis techniques used in this research were descriptive statistical analysis and independent sample t-test. Impact of Partial Update on Denoising Algorithms of ECG Signals

This work aims to propose and study the effects of partial update procedure on various ECG denoising algorithms. The partial update algorithms are applied to overcome different types of noises such as Power-Line Interference (PLI), Baseline Wander (BW), Electrode Motion artifacts (EM) and Muscle Artifacts (MA). The impact of partial update (PU) on multiple algorithms and spatially adaptive filters and multi-layer Neural Network (NN) are studied and demonstrated. The performance of different algorithms are evaluated by measuring the Signalto-Noise Ratio after cancellation (Post-SNR), the Mean Square Error (MSE) and the Percent Root Mean Square Difference (PRD%)

The Middle Way: East Asian masters students’ perceptions of critical argumentation in U.K. universities.

The paper explores the learning experiences of East Asian masters students in dealing with Western academic norms of critical thinking in classroom debate and assignment writing. The research takes a cultural approach, and employs grounded theory and case study methodology, the aims being for students to explain their perceptions of their personal learning journeys. The data suggest that the majority of students interviewed rejected full academic acculturation into Western norms of argumentation. They instead opted for a ‘Middle Way’ that synergizes the traditional cultural academic values held by many East Asian students with those elements of Western academic norms that are perceived to be aligned with these. This is a relatively new area of research which represents a challenge for British lecturers and students
