    Pengaruh Piutang Terhadap Perolehan Laba Pada PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana, Tbk Periode 2011-2020

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh piutang terhadap perolehan laba pada PT. Sawit Sumbermas Sarana, Tbk.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini variabel Piutang diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 1.809,95. Variabel Perolehan laba diperoleh nilai rata-rata 2.025,05. Piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perolehan laba dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 877,915 + 0,634X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,750 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 56,2%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,012 < 0,05

    The background of this research is that the quality of public services shown by employees in Cipaganti Village, Coblong District, Bandung City, has not been running optimally. This study aims to find out how the quality of public services is shown by employees in Cipaganti Village, Coblong District, Bandung City, as well as what factors hinder the quality of public services in Cipaganti Village, Coblong District. The variables in this study are the quality of public services which consist of indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The type of research used is qualitative research. The research method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a research questionnaire. Data collection techniques used observation and structured interviews with research informants. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that overall the quality of service shown by employees in Cipaganti Village, Coblong District, Bandung City is quite good, although there are still a number of things that must be considered and improved by Cipaganti Village, Coblong District, Bandung City

    Pengembangan LKS Model Problem Based Learning pada Pembelajaran IPA Kelas IV SD

    The aims of this research were to produce a student worksheet product problem based learning model on science learning in style materials that is interesting, easy and useful and effective on student learning outcomes. The method of this research was research and development (RD) using ADDIE learning design model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluation). The study population was the fourth grade of SDN 2 Teluk Betung which is 54 students and 28 students taken as samples by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools used questionnaires and multiple choice questions. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.The result of the research showed that: 1) worksheet model development of problem based learning is effective to apply, 2) worksheet model of problem based learning stated very easy, interesting and useful, 3) worksheet is effectively that seen completeness of student learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk lembar kerja siswa (LKS) model problem based learning pembelajaran IPA materi gaya yang menarik, mudah dan bermanfaat serta efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah research and development (RD) menggunakan model desain pembelajaran ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluation). Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Teluk Betung yang berjumlah 54 siswa dan sampel 28 siswa diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar angket dan soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) LKS model problem based learning yang dikembangkan layak digunakan, 2) LKS dinyatakan sangat menarik, mudah dan bermanfaat, 3) LKS efektif dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: model problem based learning, LKS, pembelajaran IP

    Abstrak Pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan pada dasarnya merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aspek kesehatan, kebugaran jasmani, ketrampilan berfikir kritis, stabilitas emosional, keterampilan sosial, penalaran dan tindakan moral melalui aktivitas jasmani dan olahraga. Namun banyak kita jumpai bahwasanya banyak guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan yang mengajar secara monoton kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran karena terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, sehingga motivasi siswa pada pelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan cenderung menurun. Oleh karena itu, alternatif solusinya yaitu dengan memberikan suatu permainan yang belum pernah mereka mainkan, misalnya permainan permainan kecil yang sedemikian rupa agar motivasi belajar siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan bisa meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Permainan Kecil Terhadap Motivasi Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Pulung, Kabupaten Ponorogo. 2) Mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Penerapan Permainan Kecil Terhadap Motivasi Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Pulung, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kec. Pulung Kab. Ponorogo dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 33 siswa. Metode dalam analisa ini menggunakan metode statistik kuantitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket skala likert. Hasil analisa statistik didapatkan thitung sebesar 3,741 &ge; ttabel 1,697 dengan Sig = 0,001 &le; &alpha; = 0,05 yang berarti menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada Pengaruh Penerapan Permainan Kecil Terhadap Motivasi Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Pulung, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Besarnya pengaruh penerapan permainan kecil terhadap motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK sebesar 9 %. Kata Kunci: Permainan Kecil, Motivasi Belajar Siswa Abstract Physical, sports and health education is an integral part of the education system as a whole; it is intent to develop aspects of health, physical fitness, critical thinking skills, emotional stability, social skills, reasoning and moral action through physical activity and sport. But many of us have encountered that many teachers of physical, sport and health education who teach their students in a monotonous manner because of the limited facilities and infrastructures, so the motivation of students in physical, sports, and health education lesson tends to decline. Therefore, an alternative solution is to provide a game which never they have played such as small games to motivate the students in physical, sports and health education be increased. The purpose of this research is 1) To know the Effect Application of Small Games to Motivate in Learning Physical, Sport and Health Education for Class XI students of SMAN 1 Pulung, Ponorogo. 2) To know the sum of Influence Application of Small Games to Motivate in Learning Physical, Sport and Health Education for Class XI students of SMAN 1 Pulung, Ponorogo. The goal of this research is the students of class XI in SMAN 1 Pulung, Ponorogo and the number of samples has been taken as many as 33 students. The method of this analysis is using descriptive of quantitative statistical methods. While the process of data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire.     Implementasi Permendiknas Nomor 49 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perencanaan Program Oleh Bec Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri

    The Standard Program in The Minister of National Education Regulations (Permendiknas) Number 49 of 2007 on the standard management of nonformal education is formed by the government with the purpose of enhancing the role of nonformal education in the national education system. The standard planning of this program includes the standard vision, mission, purpose and the work plan. BEC as one of the first English institutions in English Village has authority on organization planning of education, and it becomes director\u27s commitment of BEC that BEC was designed to become independent institution. As result, planning program is developed by the director. The purposes of this research are to 1) Explaining the implementation of Permendiknas No. 49 Year 2007 about the planning of program by the course institution, BEC Pare Kediri.; 2) Explaining the obstacles that have been faced by the institution, BEC in implementing Permendiknas No.49 year 2007; 3) Explaining the strategies of BEC as a course institution in overtaking the obstacles regarding the program planning according to Permendiknas No.49 year 2007. This research is a research on the policies that uses the qualitative, descriptive and analytic approach. The data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The analytic techniques used are the analytic descriptive and the data validation techniques using the triangulation and member check. This research can be concluded as the followings: 1) BEC has implemented 74 % program planning on Permendiknass No.49 year 2007; 2) The obstacles faced by BEC in implementing Permendiknas No. 49 year 2007 are the inadequate human resources in planning the program planning. It is obvious because the role of Mr. Kalend is too dominant in establishing the program planning. Meanwhile the role of teacher and the educational staffs is still lacking. The variety of students\u27 characteristics as the consumers of BEC are also affecting the establishment and the determination of planning program as forced to be able to accommodate most of the BEC\u27s consumers. The society and the government are still far from enough in giving advices and supporting BEC in establishing the planning program; 3) the efforts of BEC in overcoming the obstacles are by determining several policies that form and promote teachers from the alumnus of BEC. Direct observation and analysis towards consumers or society are done in order to get the thing that expected by consumers or society when learning English. Finally BEC use self-sufficiency on every aspect to hide dependence from government or society

    Brief Study of Identification System Using Regression Neural Network Based on Delay Tap Structures

    this investigation aims to provide an overview and investigations of non-linear identification system using neural network approach. Nowadays, a lot of neural network approach was done to provide a satisfying identification system. Backpropagation scheme as the mainstream approach for developing identification system has several limitations such as training data, computation time, architecture, optimization technique for weight value update, and many others. Regression Neural Network which is found by specht on 1990 contains more advantages compare with backpropagation scheme. With the improvement of computation time, architecture, and robustness of this model and provided 90% of effectiveness, promising a good prospective to develop non-linear identification system. For future works, it can be implemented in neural network predictive model control system and another control scheme based on identification system approach
