Efektifitas Senam Jantung Sehat dan Senam Ergonomik Kombinasi Relaksasi Nafas dalam terhadap Tekanan Darah pada Penderita Hipertensi Primer

Hypertension is one of the continous abnormal blood pressure increase in artery vein for more than one period. This study aims to find the effect of healthy heart gymnastic and ergonomic gymnastic combined with deep breathing relaxation effectiveness toward the blood pressure of primary hipertension patients. The method used in this study was quasy experiment with pre test and post test design. The study was conducted in the working area of the Community Health Center of Harapan Raya. The number of samples used were 32 people which are divided into two groups 16 people as the healthy heart gymnastic and 16 people as the ergonomic gymnastic combined with deep breathing relaxation. The sampling method used was purposive sampling while keeping the inclusion criteria on mind. The measurement instrument used were digital sphygmomanometer and observation sheet. The analyses used were univariate and bivariate analysis with dependent t test. The result of the study indicated that heart gymnastic and ergonomic gymnastic combined with deep breathing relaxation may affect the blood pressure of primary hypertension patients with p value of 0.000 (p<0.005). for both groups. The average decrease of systolic blood pressure was 10.188 mmHg and diastolic was 8.313 mmHg for healthy heart gymnastic while the average decrease of systolic blood pressure was 16.875 mmHg and diastolic was 12.688 mmHg for ergonomic gymnastic combined deep breathing relaxation. Based on the result of the study, healthy heart gymnastic and ergonomic gymnastic combined deep breathing relaxation are recommended to be used to lower blood pressure

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the number of hotel room occupancy rate, the GDP of the tourism sector, the number of restaurants and eating houses, the average length of stay, and number of tourists influence the reception area of the tourism sector in the District / City of Jambi Province. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of growth, econometric analysis using panel data models, and analysis of barriers and opportunities. This study aims to analyze the level of welfare of rice farmers in the Air Hangat Timur District and determine the factors that influence it. Welfare, in this case, is measured by using income. The number of samples as many as 98 farmers from the size of the population of rice farmers in the East Air Warms sub-district of 3531 rice farmers. Multiple regression model analyzed data. The study results found that rice farmers in Air Warm Timur District were relatively prosperous with a per capita income of IDR 5,053,227 per year. Development on the leading small and medium-sized industry (SMI): food industry in Jambi Province

The objectives of this research are: 1). to analyze the factors which determine the production of leading small-medium food industry, 2). to analyze the effect of leading small-medium food industry production towards community income. The analysis models used are simultaneous equation model (ESM) and simple regression. The research results show that the determining factors on the production of leading small-medium food industry are investment, production capacity, labor, sales, and the utilization of technology simultaneously. However, individually, the sales have significant influence on the production of leading small-medium food industry in which determined by promotion and market share. In addition, the influence of leading small-medium food industry is very significant on community income with a contribution of 59.54%. The amount of public income in the leading small-medium food industry is IDR 1.5 million for a single production period of 1.5 months or approximately IDR 1 million per month

Ventricular arrhythmias classification and onset determination system

Accurately differentiating between ventricular fibrillation (VF) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) episodes is crucial in preventing potentially fatal missed interpretations that could lead to needless shock to the patients, resulting in damaging the heart. Apart from accurately classifying between VT and VF, the predetermination of the onset of the ventricular arrhythmias is also important in order to allow for more efficient monitoring of patients and can potentially save one’s life. Thus, this research intends to focus on developing a system called Classification and Onset Determination System (CODS) that is able to classify, track and monitor ventricular arrhythmias by using a method called Second Order Dynamic Binary Decomposition (SOD-BD) technique. Two significant characteristics (the natural frequency and the input parameter) were extracted from Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals that are provided by Physiobank database and analyzed to find the significant differences for each ventricular arrhythmia types and classify the ECGs accordingly (N, VT and VF). The outcome from these ECG extractions was also used to locate the onset of ventricular arrhythmia that is useful to predict the occurrence of the heart abnormalities. All the ECGs analysis, parameters extraction, classification techniques, and the CODS are developed using LabVIEW software

Analisa Percepatan Waktu Instalasi Offshore Pipeline

Pada suatu kegiatan proyek, faktor perencanaan menjadi salah satu faktor kritis yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan dari suatu proyek. Keterlambatan adalah suatu hal yang paling di hindari oleh perusahaan kontraktor sebagai pelaksana proyek. Sebagai suatu cara untuk mengantisipasinya maka diperlukan perancangan proyek dengan alternatif percepatan waktu proyek. Dalam proyek Instalasi Offshore Pipeline milik PT. X ini percepatan dilakukan dengan cara penambahan jumlah pekerja untuk kegiatan kantor dan penambahan metode instalasi lain pada proses instalasinya. Dengan penambahan metode instalasi, maka bertambah pula jumlah pekerja yang disertakan. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, untuk Instalasi Normal satu sisi di dapatkan durasi waktu terpanjang dari jalur kritis yaitu 719 hari dengan total biaya $9.129.174 Dollar. Sedangkan setelah di percepat menggunakan metode instalasi dari dua sisi platform dan disambung dengan metode Above Water Tie-In, maka di dapatkan waktu tercepat 684 hari dengan total biaya sekitar$ 11.783.717 Dollar. Sehingga total kenaikkan biayanya adalah 23%. ======================================================================================================== In the project activity, planning becomes one of critical factor that can determine the success of a project. Delays are the most avoided by the contractor companies as a project excecutor. As a way to anticipate its, the engineer needs a good project planning with acceleration time of project. In this offshore pipeline installation project that owned by PT. X, the acceleration time of project is done by adding the number of workers for office activities and using another method of offshore pipeline installation. Using this method also adding more workers and equipments. From the results of the analysis that has been done, for Normal Offshore Pipeline Installation one side the authors get the longest duration of time from critical path is 719 days with total cost $9,129,174 Dollar. While after the acceleration time of project using the installation method from two sides of the platform and connected with Above Water Tie-In method, the authors get the fastest time 684 days with a total cost about$ 11,783,717 Dollar. So the total cost increase 23%

Memilih Bihtonah Dengan Non-Muslim Dalam Surat Ali-Imran Ayat 118 Menurut M. Quraish Shihab

Pembahasan skripsi ini mengenai Memilih Biṭanah dengan Non-Muslim dalam Surat Ali-Imran ayat 118 Menurut M. Quraish Shihab. Manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang membutuhkan kehadiran orang lain bagi kehidupannya, namun dalam pergaulan manusia memiliki beberapa batasan yang harus diikuti untuk menciptakan kehidupan yang baik dalam interaksi sosial. Maka Islam mengajarkan manusia bagaimana bersikap dan memilih biṭanah yang baik baginya agar hidupnya damai. Permasalahan yang harus dijawab adalah Bagaimana makna biṭanah dalam Alquran di surat Ali-Imran, indetitas surah, makna biṭanah secara bahasa dan umum. Dan bagaimana sikap dan pandangan M. Quraish Shihab tentang memilih biṭanah dengan non – muslim. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode tafsir tahlili (analitik) metode menguraikan makna yang terkandung dalam Alquran, ayat demi ayat yang ada dalam mushaf Alquran. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan (Library Researh) yang menggunakan buku, kitab tafsir, dan sumber yang berkaitan dengan memilih biṭanah dengan non-muslim dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara, data primer Alquran dan tafsir Al-Misbah, sedangkan data sekunder berupa buku dan kitab tafsir yang berkaitan dengan memilih biṭanah dengan non-muslim. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah biṭanah merupakan orang yang paling mengetahui segala sisi kita, baik itu masalah kecil maupun (tersembunyi). Menurut M. Quraish Shihab biṭanah dengan non-muslim itu bisa saja asalkan tidak mencelakai, menipu dan mengusir umat muslim dari tempat tinggalnya
