    INTERNALISASI NILAI AHLAK MULIA DALAM MEMBINA KESALEHAN SOSIAL SISWA : Studi Kasus di Madrasah Tsanawiah Persis Pajagalan Bandung

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya ketimpangan antara aspek ideal ajaran agama dan tujuan Pendidikan Nasional dengan realitas prilaku remaja. Ketimpangan yang dimaksud di antaranya: (1) Kerusuhan dan konflik antar daerah, (2) Perkelahian, tawuran, free sex di kalangan remaja dan dewasa (SLTP dan SLTA), (3) Penurunan nilai akhlak mulia dan kurangnya kesadaran kesalehan sosial (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat). Oleh karena itu perlu adanya solusi alternatif internalisasi nilai moral melalui pendidikan formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, nilai akhlak mulia dalam kurikulum, metode pendidik, keterlibatan warga sekolah dan evaluasi dalam internalisasi nilai akhlak mulia di MTs. Persis Pajagalan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Sementara tahapan analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan, reduksi data, display data, kemudian kesimpulan dan verifikasi.) Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa hal berikut: (1) Program internalisasi nilai antara lain: tafaqquh fiddin, bai`at santri, proses belajar mengajar pendidik, ihtifal (upacara) dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. (2) Nilai akhlak pada kurikulum di antaranya, akhlak terpuji: Taat, ikhlash, khauf, roja’ dan taubat, shabar, tawakkal, qona’ah, dan tawadlu. Adapun akhlak tercela: riya, kufur, syirik dan nifaq, tergesa-gesa, rakus, penakut, rendah diri. (3) Metode yang dipergunakan pendidik dalam pembinaan kesalehan sosial, antara lain; hiwar atau dialog, qishah atau cerita, keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasihat dan perhatian (targhib dan tarhib). (4) Keterlibatan warga sekolah dalam pembinaan nilai diantaranya: staf tata usaha menyimpan data tentang perkembangan siswa; server internet memantau penggunaan internet; satpam berfungsi memperhatikan, melaporkan pelanggaran siswa kepada guru, kemudian ke kesantrian dan ke Bimbingan Konseling (BK) sampai pemanggilan orangtua siswa. (5) Evaluasi terlihat dari kemajuan keilmuan siswa, pemahaman logika ketika debat (diskusi), kemampuan menjelaskan hasil pemahaman terhadap materi keagamaan melalui ihtifal dan karakter kepribadiannya; iklash, taat, yakin, empati terlihat ketika simpati antar teman dengan menolong dalam belajar, menghormati guru kakak kelas dan orangtua, anak rajin ke masjid secara ikhlas dengan kesadaran sendiri, jujur, kreatif dalam menambah khazanah ilmu dan mengembangkan minat. Berdasarkan temuan, peneliti merekomendasikan model internalisasi nilai akhlak mulia untuk dijadikan contoh penerapan pada jenjang pendidikan formal SD, SMP,SMA dan Pesantren. Model internalisasi nilai melalui tahapan transformasi, transaksi dan trans-internalisasi nilai juga proses pendidikan karakter; moral knowing, moral feeling dan action moral. Kata Kunci : Internalisasi Nilai, Nilai akhlak mulia, Kesalehan sosial This research is motivated by the discrepancy between the ideal aspects of religious teachings and goals of the National Education with the reality of adolescent behavior. Inequality is among them: (1) Unrest and conflicts between regions, (2) Fight, brawl, free sex among adolescents and adults (junior and senior), (3) Impairment of noble character and lack of awareness of social piety (individuals, groups and communities) Hence the need for an alternative solution internalization of moral values through formal education. This study aims to determine the program, noble character values in the curriculum, method educators, the involvement of the school community and evaluation the internalization of noble character in MTs. Persis Pajagalan. This research method is descriptive qualitative analytic approach. The data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. While the data analysis stage of research conducted by, data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. Our research found the following: (1) Internalization program include: tafaqquh fiddin, bai`at santri, educators teaching and learning process, ihtifal (ceremony) and extracurricular activities) (2) Moral values in the curriculum of which, commendable morals: Obey, Ikhlash, Khauf, roja' and repentance, shabar, resignation, qona'ah, and tawadlu. As for the despicable character: riya, kufr, shirk and nifaq, hasty, greedy, cowardly, low self-esteem (3) The method used in the formation of social piety educators, among others; Hiwar or dialogue, qishah or story, exemplary, habituation, advice and attention (targhib and tarhib). (4) The involvement of schools in developing such values: administrative staff of storing data on student progress; Internet server monitor internet usage; work security guard noticed, reported violations of students to teachers, then to kesantrian and to Counseling (BK) to call parents (5) Evaluation can be seen from the progress of science students, understanding the logic when the debate (discussion), the ability to explain the results of the understanding of religious materials through ihtifal and character personality iklash, obedient, confident, empathetic look when sympathy between friends to help in learning, respecting teachers and parents seniors, children diligent to the mosque is sincere with his own consciousness, honest, creative in adding to the treasures of science and develop interest. Based on the findings, researchers recommend the model of internalization of noble character to be used as an example of the application of formal education in elementary, junior high, high school and boarding school Model internalization through the stages of transformation, transaction and trans-internalization of the character of the educational process as well; moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action.     Legal Certainty of Arbitration in The Settlement of Islamic Economic Civil Cases in The Perspective of Positive Law in Indonesia

    One of Law enforcement efforts can be conducted through a non-litigation approach. In this, arbitration can be seen as a non-litigation legal effort and can be used to resolve Islamic economic civil cases. So far, arbitration law effort has been regulated in the Law Number 30 of 1999 and is widely used in the law enforcement practices. This study uses a normative-juridical method and a qualitative approach. The sources and techniques of data collection refers to the number of relevant literatures, and also analyzed deductively and inductively. The results of this study show that legal certainty of arbitration in the settlement of Islamic economic civil cases in the perspective of positive law in Indonesia that regulated in regulated in the Law Number 30 of 1999 has proven to be quite effective in resolving Islamic economic civil cases. The benefit of Islamic economic civil cases settlement through arbitration is the parties have the same position in the form of equality before the law, the process is easy, not expensive, and a win-win solution. Moreover, arbitration can also guarantee legal certainty and justice for the disputing parties

    Abstract: Hadis has undergone several phases in the history, from pre-canonical until today. This paper discussed the development of Hadis in pre-canonical and canonical era through the historical analysis of Muhammad Musthafa Azami. This study aims to obtain the transformation, the conclusion, and the authenticity of the historical development of pre-canonical and canonical in response to the orientalists doubts regarding the Hadis. This research is a library research with the primary data are the work of Muhammad Mustafha Azami. Data were collected by documentation and presented descriptively. The results showed that in the Prophet era, there were still few Muslims who could write properly and correctly, resulting the writing of Hadis was not popular since the Companions has focused on writing the Quran. However, some latest Companion and Tabi’in has begun to write and collect the scattered Hadis sheets slightly. Thus, according to Muhammad Mustafa Azami, the accusations of the orientalists regarding the Hadis as the Muslims’ creations is incorrect and misleading the history. &nbsp

    The research aims to analyze and understand the vision and mission of E-Da'wah, sources of content that are used as a reference, selected preaching content, and language style displayed in Islam Digest Republika.co.id. The research uses a case study method, a qualitative approach, using new media theory, and information dissemination theory. The research results show that the vision carried out by Republika.co.id's Digest Islamic Digest is modern, moderate, Muslim, nationality, and populist, with a mission as an advanced, intelligent, and civilized new online media. While the sources of the Islamic Digest news are taken from the primary causes of the teachings of Islam al-Quran Hadith and the works of classical and contemporary scholars. Likewise, the selected content around aqidah, sharia, Sufism, history, and others, by displaying popular language styles that are interesting and easy to read.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami visi misi E-Dakwah, sumber-sumber konten yang  dijadikan rujukan, konten-konten dakwah yang dipilih dan gaya bahasa yang ditampilkan dalam Islam Digest Republika.co.id.     Literasi Jurnalisme Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung

    The research aims to; (1) Knowing the existence of KIM Bandung Regency, (2) Understanding the literacy of KIM journalism in Bandung Regency; (2) Knowing and understanding in journalism practices of KIM members in Bandung Regency. Research using descriptive methods, case study approach. The conceptual/theoretical approach uses news elements and news values that form the basis of journalism. While the techniques of collecting data through observation, interviews, and Google form. The results showed (1) the existence of the KIM Bandung Regency was initiated in 2016, which was initiated by the Office of Communication and Information of Bandung Regency, supported in 2019 with the formation of management and facilitation of KIM media in the form of websites and social media. (2) understanding of KIM member journalists' literacy is good (3) A small number of KIM members have practiced journalism well, but most are still far from journalism criteria. Through this research, it is expected that this will affect the literacy increase of KIM members, both in Bandung Regency and KIM throughout Indonesia.Penelitian bertujuan untuk; (1) Mengetahui eksistensi KIM Kabupaten Bandung, (2) Memahami literasi jurnalisme KIM Kabupaten Bandung; (2) Mengetahui dan memahami pemahaman dalam praktik jurnalisme anggota KIM Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan secara konsep/teori menggunakan unsur berita dan nilai berita yang menjadi dasar dari jurnalisme. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan googleform. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) eksistensi KIM Kabupaten Bandung diinisasi tahun 2016, yang dinisiasi oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bandung, didukung pada tahun 2019 dengan pemebtukan pengurus serta fasilitasi media KIM berupa website dan media sosial. (2) pemahaman terhadap literasi jurnalis anggota KIM sudah baik (3) Sebagian kecil anggota KIM telah mempraktikkan jurnalisme dengan baik, namun sebagian besar masih jauh dari kriteria jurnalisme. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan bedampak terhadap peningkatan literasi anggota KIM, baik di Kabupaten Bandung ataupun KIM seluruh Indonesia
