    Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Pembuatan  Perangkat Pembelajaran  Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Bagi Pendidik Madrasah bertujuan untuk, meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam membuat perangkat  pembelajaran  dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum  Merdeka  Belajar pada proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Hasil identifikasi permasalahan yang ditemukan selama observasi kepada mitra yaitu, 1) Terbatasnya SDM pendidik yang mendapat pelatihan dan memahami kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, 2) Minimnya dana dan fasilitas untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, 3) Pendidik belum terbiasa dengan metode pembelajaran dan evaluasi berbasis kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Berdasarkan permasalahan-permasalahan di atas, pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam memecahkan permasalahan yakni dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan pembuatan RPP berbasis kurikulum merdeka belajar dan pendampingan pembuatan  perangkat pembelajaran  kurikulum Merdeka Belajar bagi pendidik  Madrasah secara gratis. Adapun metode pendekatan dalam merealisasikan program pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui tahap-tahap sebagai berikut 1) Tahap persiapan terkait kebutuhan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan 2) Tahap perencanaan program kegiatan 3) Tahap pelaksanaan program kegiatan 4) Tahap pendampingan untuk implementasi hasil program kegiatan 5) tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa sertifikat pelatihan untuk para pendidik dan dokumen perangkat pembelajaran  Kurikulum  mereka  belajar  popup book untuk  MI  Tarbiyatul  Hasanah  Bringin Batealit Jepara

    Analisis Perilaku Remaja di Pusat Perbelanjaan Modern Surabaya Town Square

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola perilaku remaja yang melakukan kegiatan nongkrong di pusat perbelanjaan modern Surabaya Town Square serta mengungkap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi remaja melakukan kegiatan nongkrong di kafe pada pusat perbelanjaan modern Surabaya Town Square. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi partisipan dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis data Miles dan Hubermen yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemilihan informan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan yaitu remaja berusia lima belas tahun sampai delapan belas tahun serta mengunjungi kafe di Surabaya Town Square minimal tiga kali dalam sebulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola perilaku remaja yang melakukan kegiatan nongkrong di kafe pada pusat perbelanjaan modern Surabaya Town Square cenderung konsisten dan konsumtif. Pola perilaku yang cenderung konsisten dan konsumtif terdiri atas tingkat kuantitas kunjungan, jaringan pertemanan, pola pencitraan diri. Berdasarkan kuantitas kunjungan, para remaja selalu melakukan kegiatan nongkrong di kafe lebih dari tiga kali dalam jangka waktu sebulan baik pada weekdays maupun weekend. Berdasarkan jaringan pertemanan, para remaja melakukan kegiatan nongkrong bersama dengan teman dekat baik dengan pacar maupun dengan sahabat. Berdasarkan pola pola pencitraan diri maka remaja cenderung mengunjungi kafe yang terkenal di kalangan remaja. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi remaja dalam melakukan kegiatan nongkrong. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri atas faktor kebutuhan, faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial dan faktor budaya. Kata Kunci: Kafe, nongkrong, remaja ABSTRACTThis study aim to determine the pattern of behavior of adolescent who conduct activities hanging out in the modern shopping center of Surabaya Town Square and uncovering the factor that influence adolescents to hang out at cafes in the modern shopping center of Surabaya Town square. The data in this study were collected using participant observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman data analysis model which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The selection of informants is based on predetermined criteria, namely fifteen-years-old to eighteen-years-olds and visiting cafes in Surabaya Town Square at least three times a month. The result showed that the pattern of behavior of adolescents who engage in hanging out at cafes in the modern shopping center of Surabaya Town Square tended to be consistent and comsumptive. Behavioral pattern that tend to be consistent and consumoptive consist of level of visit quantity, friendship network and self image pattern. Based on the quantity of visits, teenagers always do café hangout more than three times in a month both on weekdays and weekends. Based on a network of friends, teenagers carry out hanging out activities with close friends both with their boyfriends and friends. Based on the pattern of self –image pattern, teenagers tend to visit cafes that are well-known among teenagers. There are several factors that influences adolescent to engage in hanging out activities consisting of need factors, economic factors, social factors and cultural factors.     Students’ ability to read and write the Holy Quran is a basic skill that greatly supports the mastery of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject matter. Initial data shows that students in grade V.SD N 2 Kuwasen have low ability to read and write the Holy Quran, while the time allocation available in the elementary school curriculum structure and Islamic Education teachers are not sufficient to deal with this problem, so it requires special time outside intra-curricular hours.  This community service aims to assist the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kuwasen in learning to read and write the Holy Quran by mentoring them in learning activities outside the intra curricular time. The results of this activity indicate that mentoring in BTQ learning has a positive impact in improving the reading and writing skills of the fifth grade students of SDN 2 Kuwasen. This can be seen by comparing the average pre-test scores with the average post-test scoresKemampuan baca tulis al Quran adalah ketrampilan dasar guna menunjang prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada siswa SD Negeri 2 Kuwasen. Ada data awal yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas V.SD N 2 Kuwasen memiliki kemampuan baca tulis al Quran yang masih rendah, sementara alokasi waktu yang tersedia dalam struktur kurikulum SD dan guru PAI belum memadahi untuk menangani masalah tersebut, sehingga memerlukan waktu khusus di luar jam intra kurikuler. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan pembelajaran BTQ siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Kuwasen yang diharapkan akan meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis al Quran. Pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan pembelajaran tata muka di kelas di luar jam intra kurikuler sebanyak 36 kali, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi/simulasi, dan praktek. Evaluasi hasil pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan tehnik tulis dan lisan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dalam pembelajaran BTQ, memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca dan tulis al Quran siswa kelas V SDN 2 Kuwasen. Hal ini bisa dilihat dengan membandingkan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 65,4 dengan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 78,1

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing yang terdiri dari video marketing dan sosial media marketing terhadap minat beli asuransi. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Video marketing (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli (Y), (2) Sosial media marketing (X2) berpengaruh terhadap minat beli (Y), (3) Video marketing (X1) dan sosial media marketing (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli.(4) Sosial media marketing (X2) merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap minat beli (Y) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,652. Nilai persamaan Y = 1,781 + 0,148X1 + 0,693X2 + e. Koefisien determinasi (R square) adalah sebesar 0,590 atau 59% variabel independen video marketing dan sosial media marketing mempengaruhi sebesai 59% mempengaruhi terhadap variabel dependen. Dan sedangkan untuk sisanya, 41,9% berasal dari variabel lain yang berada di luar model (yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini)

    Growing and progressing a different event but both of them in the same place. A good growing and progressing will give the result a healthy and  quality generations. Toilet training to children is kind of trying for the train in order children can be control do urination and defecate (Hidayat, 2008). In golden age required toilet training, this period almost all of potential of children to be a sensitive period for growing and progress with quick and great. Toilet training to be done for inculcating a good habit to children, especially about self-hygiene. Teaching Toilet Training could be given by many methods, one of them with picture media. Purpose this research analyzes effects of toilet training the picture media for cognitive in golden age period. The research project which used in this research is Quasi-experiment with approach method one group pretest-posttest design. There are two pair groups are 41 responded. Respondent which have good ability before given treatment is 29 respondents (70.7%) and good ability after given treatment is 37 respondents (90,2%) there is an enhancement to cognitive  ability,  toilet training in golden age period both before and after given treatment.  The result of analysis test Wilcoxon signs rank test available the result that has influence Toilet training the picture media for cognitive ability in golden age period at PAUD dan TK Tunas Harapan Bangsa Mojokerto (ĂŹ=0,02).  For next researcher, better to increase the cognitive ability in golden age period with picture media can be combined with modeling technique

    The goal of this study is to see how the covid-19 epidemic has affected early childhood cognitive development in PAUD Al Izzah Puri, Mojokerto Regency. The goal of this study was to see how the COVID-19 pandemic affected early childhood cognitive development at PAUD Al Izzah Puri in Mojokerto Regency. A descriptive investigation with a quantitative methodology is what this type of study is. Principals, instructors, parents, and students from PAUD Al Izzah Puri in Mojokerto Regency served as informants in this study. Observation, interviews, and documentation are examples of data collecting techniques. The descriptive qualitative method was employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the cognitive development of Zakiah Akbar PAUD students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as Al Izzah Puri PAUD students, fell into the capable and quite capable categories in terms of problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, and symbolic thinking skills. PAUD Al Izzah Puri students' cognitive development is achieved because PAUD Al Izzah Puri teachers make every effort to give learning materials or tasks that encourage students' cognitive development. The presence of certain parents who are less supportive or do not participate in the online learning system has another impact on children's cognitive development. Students do not do the assignments given by the teacher because there is no guidance due to busy parents so that there are differences in cognitive development between one student and another

    This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and price on Customer satisfaction with electronic word of mouth as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study are Customers who make purchases at CV. Amelia Sukses Mandiri Lamongan, totaling 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire survey. Data analysis used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that service quality had an effect on customer satisfaction. Price has an effect on Customer satisfaction.
