On the Ishikawa iteration process in Hilbert spaces
In this paper, we shall prove that a certain sequence of points which is iteratively defined converges always to a fixed point of some contractive mappings. The results generalize corresponding theorems of Singh and Qihou
General practice in modern social service Case Study
This research seeks to shed light on the important issue of social service issues, namely how the scientific and professional proper handling of social intervention and solving some of the social problems that you may encounter individuals or families, or reduce the severity of these problems as much as possible through the so-called (general practice in modern social service) where is the general practice in the social service of the newest specialized programs currently in place in developed countries, which seeks to train researchers or specialists meetings in possession of solving the social problem skills, according to a holistic approach fits the capabilities available, and addresses the needs of the beneficiaries (the owners of the problems) . This paper introduced a practical model and realistic about the social problem on the individual and household level , and shows the stages of social intervention from the perspective of general practice and the development of social intervention plan suits the studied case, aimed at solving or alleviating the problems of this family . Use this search phases of modern social intervention currently applied in developed countries was the most important of search results that it has been most of the problems faced by the family that has been studied exceeded , so the general practice are suitable to solve family problems working mechanism
Skills and roles of social worker within the social welfare institutions
This study attempts to shed light on the important issue of social service issues, namely the professional skills and social roles that must be provided in a social worker. The establishment of a social worker His responsibilities and functions in a scientific contribute effectively to its success in a career , becoming specialist social, especially in our society , which is still the role of a social worker is absent or is activated as required . When owning a social worker package of professional skills and is able to do social his roles, it can help us to meet the customers' needs and solving their problems within the social care institutions, This study could be a suitable reference to our colleagues specialists meetings in acquiring these skills and all their social roles that require him to their profession, and have a high degree of efficiency and achievement

Prediction of mechanical and radiation parameters of glasses with high Bi2O3 concentration
This study aims to perform multidirectional characterizations on nuclear shielding efficiencies on some bismuth-based glasses. Accordingly, the γattenuation coefficients for xBi2O3-(75-x)B2O3–25Li2O (x = 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 the 70 mol%) were widely evaluated using simulations and theoretical methods. Linear attenuation coefficient (LAC) of the glasses was obtained by the Monte Carlo general-purpose simulation code FLUKA and compared with the XCOM database up to 15 MeV. Moreover, LAC values have been utilized to evaluate related parameters like mass attenuation coefficient (MAC), total molecular cross-section (σt), total atomic cross-section (σa), half-value layer (HVL), total electronic cross-section (σe), mean free path (MFP), effective atomic number (Zeff), and effective electron density (Neff). The results noted that the XCOM and FLUKA data of the shielding parameters are in great agreement. Relatively higher density (5.818 g/cm3), greater LAC, MAC, Zeff, and lower HVL, MFP values are achieved for 70Bi2O3-5B2O3–25Li2O glass. Accordingly, this glass sample is a better gamma shield. © 2021 The AuthorsTaif University Researchers Supporting Project number (TURSP-2020/45) Taif University, Taif, Saudi Arabia

Elastic properties of tellurite glasses
Elastic properties of binary and ternary tellurite glass systems of the composition (in mol%) (100-x) TeO2 - x Nb2O5, and (100-x) TeO2 - 0.5x (Nb2O5 + Li2O) were calculated from the measured densities as well as from longitudinal and shear ultrasonic velocities at room temperature. Ultrasonic velocity measurements were taken at 4 MHz ultrasonic frequency using the pulse echo technique. Elastic moduli, and Debye temperature calculated from experimental data and calculated theoretically using the bond compression model were used to obtain quantitative details about the structure of these glasses. The effect of adding either Nb2O5 alone or Nb2O5 and Li2 on the elastic moduli was investigated in terms of the number of network bonds of the glass systems. The average atomic ring size of the network was also calculated and it was found that it depends on the concentration of the modifiers. The obtained results show that these glasses become more stable and compact when modified with Nb2O5 or with Nb2O5 and Li2O, which increases the elastic moduli in the two systems
Elastic properties of TeO2-B2O3-Ag2O glasses.
A series of glasses [(TeO2) x (B2O3)1−x ]1−y [Ag2O] y with x = 70 and y = 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mol% were synthesised by rapid quenching. Longitudinal and shear ultrasonic velocity were measured at room temperature and at 5 MHz frequency. Elastic properties, Poisson's ratio, microhardness, softening temperature and Debye temperature have been calculated from the measured density and ultrasonic velocity at room temperature. The experimental results indicate that the elastic constants depend upon the composition of the glasses and the role of the Ag2O inside the glass network is discussed. Estimated parameters based on Makishima–Mackenzie theory and bond compression model were calculated in order to analyse the experimental elastic moduli. Comparison between the experimental elastic moduli data obtained in the study and the calculated theoretically by the mentioned above models has been discussed
The Impact of PbF2-Based Glasses on Radiation Shielding and Mechanical Concepts: An Extensive Theoretical and Monte Carlo Simulation Study
This work aimed to investigate the impact of Lead-fluoride based glasses via theoretical and simulation techniques on mechanical and radiation shielding parameters. Accordingly, Bi2O3 was blended with TeO2–B2O3–PbF2 glasses by using melt-quenching method. Using Fluka Monte Carlo code, the radiation shielding properties have measured. Moreover, Comparatively higher density PbF80 = 6.163 g/cm3 with 80 mol % Bi2O3, greater µ, µm and Zeff and lower T1/2, λ, tenth value layer values achieved for TeO2–B2O3– PbF2/Bi2O3 glass pointed it out as the best shield of gamma. Besides, the computed effective removal cross-sections against fast neutrons (ΣR) observed that the PbF80 sample has commensurately greater with a value 5.2954 (cm−1). The results observed that the variation PbF2/Bi2O3 improves the gamma protection ability of Lead-fluoride based glasses. The incremental of Bi2O3 at the expense of PbF2 increases the density and the packing density of the glasses and hence increase the longitudinal modulus-L, shear modulus-S, bulk modulus-K, and Young's modulus-Y from 15.89 to 25.9 GPa, from 8.49 to 12.09 -GPa, from 4.58 to 9.77 GPa, and from 15.74 to 25.69 GPa, respectively. The increase of the elastic moduli can be attrinuted to the glass former role of Bi2O3. The results indicate that the highest PbF2/Bi2O3 ratio encoded PbF00 has the best shielding and mechanical competence with measurable physical properties. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.Taif University Researchers Supporting Project number (TURSP-2020/45) Taif University, Taif, Saudi Arabia
