    На базі аналізу рівня теплової надійності огороджувальних конструкцій, запроектованих згідно з вимогами ДБН В.2.6-31:2016, розроблені отримано допустимі значення відносної тривалості теплових відмов за критеріями комфортності перебування поблизу стін та утворення конденсату на їх внутрішній поверхні. The article discloses suggestions for the selection of an appropriate level of thermal sufficiency of the walling of residential and public buildings. As an indicator of thermal sufficiency it is recommended to use the relative duration of the state of thermal failure. According to the method developed earlier the relative duration of the thermal failure condition of walling has been determined. The resistance to heat transfer in the conditions of different regions of Ukraine corresponds to the requirements of the current thermal insulation of buildings on the absence of condensation on the internal surfaces of walls and the comfort of staying at external walls. The obtained results vary significantly across the territory but their generalization to the safety margin allowed establishing the maximum permissible value of the relative duration of the thermal failure state equal to 0.005 for the walls of residential and public buildings of the sufficiency class CC 2 and 0.001 for the buildings of the sufficiency class CC 3

    Simulation of Electrical Characteristics of a Solar Panel

    The fast-growing photovoltaic system market leads to the necessity of the informed choice of major energy components and optimization of operating conditions in order to improve energy efficiency. Development of mathematical models of the main components of photovoltaic systems to ensure their comprehensive study is an urgent problem of improving and practical using of the technology of electrical energy production. The paper presents a mathematical model of the solar module implemented in the popular software MATLAB/Simulink. Equivalent circuit of the solar cell with a diode parallel without derived resistance is used for modelling. The serie8s resistance of the solar module is calculated by Newton's iterative method using the data of its technical specifications. It ensures high precision of simulation. Model validity was evaluated by the well-known technical characteristics of the module Solarex MSX 60. The calculation results of the experiment showed that the obtained current-voltage and current-watt characteristics of the model are compatible with those of the manufacturer

    Use of a neural network in creating a digital assistant for blind and visually impaired people

    The experience of ongoing research in image processing clearly demonstrates the huge scope for the development of new neural networks that can help people in a wide range of tasks. The authors chose the direction of work related to helping people who have vision problems. The article considers a convolutional neural network of the Mask R-CNN model for segmenting objects in an image. During the research the authors study a large number of algorithms that can quickly and accurately process images, such as Faster R-CNN, which was the most efficient in 2020. During the analysis, it was revealed that the use of Mask R-N technology can significantly increase the efficiency of performing tasks, since this algorithm is the latest version of the machine learning model. As a result of the study, a neural network was developed that is capable of identifying and distinguishing a large number of objects in an image. The next step is to refine the algorithm and use additional means of interaction with the hardware of the systems to increase the speed of the neural network. In the future, the resulting neural network will be integrated into the Digital Assistant for the Blind and Visually Impaired Persons application. This application is guaranteed to improve the daily life of people with disabilities who experience certain inconveniences due to their features, and can become the basis for other, larger projects related, for example, to unmanned devices, as well as services whose work is directly based on image processing

    Striving to achieve the goals of the training process with the irrational use of physical activity can lead to a decrease in the adaptive and reserve capabilities of the athlete. The development of changes in the endocrine, cardiovascular and central nervous systems may result in the development of overtraining syndrome. There is no unified approach to the definition, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of overtraining syndrome in the literature up to the present day. The endocrine aspects of the development of the overtraining syndrome are not sufficiently studied. In particular, there is no clear understanding of the degree of involvement of various hormonal mechanisms in its pathogenesis and ideas about the possibilities of using hormone levels to diagnose this condition. The purpose of this publication is to summarize and systematize the available concepts regarding the endocrine aspects of the overtraining syndrome

    Stroke is the acute medical and social problem, because this disease has high level of mortality and invalidization. There is a special regional program «High quality medical care organization in Tomsk Region in 2007—2009». The most important measure of this program is «Stroke center» organization in Tomsk Regional Hospital.Preliminary analysis of special regional program «High quality medical care organization in Tomsk Region in 2007—2009» efficiency shows a significant improvement of all types medical care organization in patients with stroke. General rate of mortality in patients with stroke, ischemic stroke mortality rate and subarachnoid hemorrhage mortality rate has been decrease in «Stroke Center» for last three years.Analysis of indices «Stroke Center» activity allows to denote the nowadays problems and prospective of future improvement of medical care in patients with stroke have been revealed.Мозговой инсульт — актуальная медицинская и социальная проблема, поскольку это заболевание характеризуется высокими показателями смертности и инвалидизации. С 2007 г. в Томской области реализуется областная целевая программа «Организация специализированной медицинской помощи больным с нарушениями мозгового кровообращения в Томской области на 2007—2009 гг.», важнейшим мероприятием которой было открытие на базе Томской областной клинической больницы специализированного неврологического отделения «Инсультный центр».Анализ предварительных результатов реализации данной программы показал значимые положительные изменения в части улучшения организации всех этапов оказания медицинской помощи больным с острыми нарушениями мозгового кровообращения. За 3 года работы инсультного центра отмечено снижение общей летальности больных мозговым инсультом, летальности от ишемического инсульта и субарахноидальных кровоизлияний.Анализ показателей работы отделения позволил обозначить существующие проблемы и перспективы повышения качества оказания специализированной медицинской помощи этой категории больных

    Challenges in QCD matter physics - The Compressed Baryonic Matter experiment at FAIR

    Substantial experimental and theoretical efforts worldwide are devoted to explore the phase diagram of strongly interacting matter. At LHC and top RHIC energies, QCD matter is studied at very high temperatures and nearly vanishing net-baryon densities. There is evidence that a Quark-Gluon-Plasma (QGP) was created at experiments at RHIC and LHC. The transition from the QGP back to the hadron gas is found to be a smooth cross over. For larger net-baryon densities and lower temperatures, it is expected that the QCD phase diagram exhibits a rich structure, such as a first-order phase transition between hadronic and partonic matter which terminates in a critical point, or exotic phases like quarkyonic matter. The discovery of these landmarks would be a breakthrough in our understanding of the strong interaction and is therefore in the focus of various high-energy heavy-ion research programs. The Compressed Baryonic Matter (CBM) experiment at FAIR will play a unique role in the exploration of the QCD phase diagram in the region of high net-baryon densities, because it is designed to run at unprecedented interaction rates. High-rate operation is the key prerequisite for high-precision measurements of multi-differential observables and of rare diagnostic probes which are sensitive to the dense phase of the nuclear fireball. The goal of the CBM experiment at SIS100 (sqrt(s_NN) = 2.7 - 4.9 GeV) is to discover fundamental properties of QCD matter: the phase structure at large baryon-chemical potentials (mu_B > 500 MeV), effects of chiral symmetry, and the equation-of-state at high density as it is expected to occur in the core of neutron stars. In this article, we review the motivation for and the physics programme of CBM, including activities before the start of data taking in 2022, in the context of the worldwide efforts to explore high-density QCD matter.Comment: 15 pages, 11 figures.
