    : This research aims to describe (1) the caracter value in teacher handbook content; (2) the character value in student handbook content; (3) the suitability of the character value in course-bookcurriculum 2013 teacher handbook and student handbook. This research was a content analysis using the qualitative approach with four procedure (1) data collecting (unitizing, sampling, recording); (2) reducing; (3) inferring; 4) data analysis. The subject used in this study was course-book of curriculum 2013 teacher handbook and student handbook of the first grade of elementary school in the first semester, namely myself theme, my hobby theme, my activities theme, and my family theme. The unit analysis of this research is the character contained in the course-book. The result of this study are (1) teacher handbook within each theme has been developing all the character value; (2) handbook student on the theme of my self and my familiy did not develop the values of honesty, while the theme of my passion and my activities did not develop the values of responsibility; (3) character value of handbook teacher and handbook student on the my self and my hobby theme has been appropriate, while the my activities and my family theme still there character of value was not corresponding

    Mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh hasil pengelasan manual yang berbeda yaitu pengelasan GTAW dengan heat input 1709 J/mm ( gas tungsten arc welding ) dan pengelasan SMAW dengan heat input 1636 J/mm ( shield metal arc welding ) pada pelat baja SA 516 dengan kandungan carbon 0,17 terhadap kekuatan tarik, kekerasan dan struktur mikro. setelah mendapat hasil kekuatan tarik, kekerasan dan struktur mikro pada pengelasan GTAW dan SMAW pada pelat baja SA 516, sample hasil pengelasan GTAW lebih kuat dan lebih keras serta butiran struktur mikronya lebih kasar dibandingkan hasil pengelasan SMAW. Dari hasil pengujian sample hasil pengelasan GTAW mempunyai kekuatan tarik dan kekerasan lebih besar akan tetapi lebih getas dibandingkan sample hasil pengelasan SMAW

    Proses perlakuan panas yang diberikan pada St 37 pada penelitian ini ialah karburasi dengan bahan padat dengan temperatur 900ºC selama 2 jam, dilanjutkan proses quenching dengan media oli setelah itu ditemper pada temperatur 150ºC, 250ºC, 300ºC masing-masing selama 1jam. Kemudian dilakukan proses pengujian mekanis dan struktur mikro untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan panas yang diberikan.Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa material yang ditemper pada suhu 150ºC memiliki nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi (su) sebesar 598.53 N/mm² dan nilai kekerasan sebesar 294 HB, sedangkan temperatur tempering 250ºC menghasilkan nilai kekuatan tarik terendah (su) yaitu 542.8 N/mm² serta nilai kekerasan sebesar 254.66 HB.Peningkatan mekanis juga dipengaruhi oleh kadar karbon dalam baja, baja yang mengandung unsur karbon lebih banyak menghasilkan sifat mekanis lebih tinggi.Dari hasil pengamatan metalografi masing-masing benda uji terlihat struktur –struktur ferit, pearlit dan martensit

    Pelek merupakan komponen yang penting pada sebuah kedaraan sepeda motor, pelek adalah bagian dari roda yang berfungsi untuk menerima berat dan semua beban (gaya) yang ditimbulkan oleh kondisi jalan. Sehingga diperlukan analisa perbandinga pelek jari jari atau dengan pelek racing. Berdasarkan pada hasil komposisi kimia pada benda uji pelek jari-jari dan pelek racing, pada material pelek jari jari tersebut diklarifikasikan termasuk baja karbon menengah jika dilihat pada nilai karbonnya, dikarenakan nilai karbonnya berkisar antara 0,35% - 0,50% C, sedangkan pada pelek racing lebih banyak menggunakan Alumunium.Pada pelek jari-jari 0,024% C dan 0,014% Si ,unsure silicon dalam baja karbon menengah dapat meningkatkan kekerasan, kemampuan diperkeras secara menyeluruh, tahan panas, tahan aus serta tahan karat, menurunkan kemampuan tempa dan las. Kemudian unsure nikel (Ni) sebesar 0,015% tidak begitu efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan panas saat bergesekan dengan rantai. Unsur khrom (Cr) sebesar 0,024% dapat mengontrol struktur butiran pada saat bergesekan, tapi dalam mengontrol struktur butirannya tidak sebagus pelek racing, karena unsur Cr pada pelek racing lebih rendah dari pelek jari-jari. Selanjutnya unsur Mn dan Fe dengan kandungan 0,315% Mn dan 99,48% Fe.Pada penggunaannya pelek jari-jari lebih tahan lama dibandingkan dengan pelek racing, dilihat dari hasil uji kekerasannya yang memiliki nilai lebih tinggi pelek jari-jari

    In recent years, much research has been devoted to the evaluation of checksums; nevertheless, few have simulated the construction of RPCs. In this position paper, we prove the development of robots. We motivate a novel approach for the improvement of hash tables (Intwist), which we use to prove that evolutionary programming can be made wireless, cacheable, and semantic. In conclusion, our experiences within twist and real-time archetypes show that the Turing machine and journaling file systems can interfere to overcome this quagmire. We considered how gigabit switches can be applied to the construction of operating systems. Intwist has set a precedent for signed algorithms, and we expect that leading analysts will explore our system for years to come. A potentially profound shortcoming of in twist is that it might allow Internet QoS; we plan to address this in future work

    A Holistic Study on Work-Family Enrichment of Women Employees in the Indian Electronics Manufacturing Industry

    Purpose: The aim of this paper is to investigate the status of Work-Life Balance practices and Work-Life expectations and add value by identifying the gaps between the availability and expectations of the WLB.   Theoretical framework: The study identifies the need for designing customized WLBPs according to the requirement of individual employees and their respective industry would be beneficial. The one-size-fits-all policy may not work in the case of work-life problems.   Design/methodology/approach: This study was conducted to assess Authentic Leadership, Coworker support, and Family support as independent variables and Work Satisfaction as well as Family Satisfaction as a Dependent variable in the estimation model. The information gathers from the organization which is a four-factory building. The 5-point Likert scale is used to prepare the questionnaire which was circulated to 800 participants working in the 4 factory buildings at Sal comp Chennai. Overall, 150 respondents completed the survey.   Finding: Overall work-life balance is bonded with family support which reflects in the work that contributes to work satisfaction that will be effective in productivity. An estimation model and way model examination show an unmistakable association with both dependent and independent variables. A measurement model and path model analysis show a strong connection between the variables independent and dependent.   Research, Practical & Social Implication: It contributes to a better consideration of the topic. As a result of a good Work-Life balance, a company's productivity increases, it retains its most talented employees for a long time, it cultivates a conducive work environment, and it is able to meet its goals and objectives to remain competitive.   Originality/value: This study identifies the gap that there is not enough study and literature available especially connected to the Work-Life Balance of Women in the Electronics Industry in India as well as Globally. There is no clear evidence that there exists a distinctive gap between work-life balance issues between different sectors or industries

Cloud computing technologies have a widerange ofapplications due to theirscalability, dependability, and trustworthiness, as well as their abilityto deliver high performance at a low cost.The cloud computing revolution is altering modern networking, offering both economic and technologicalbenefits as well as potential environmental benefits. These innovations have the potential to improve energyefficiency while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions and e-waste. These traits have thepotential tomakecloud computing more environmentally friendly. Green cloud computing is the science and practise of properlydesigning, manufacturing, using, and disposing of computers, servers,and associated subsystems like displays,printers, storage devices, and networking and communication systems while minimising or eliminatingenvironmental impact. The most significant reason for a data centre review is to understand capacity,dependability, durability,algorithmic efficiency, resource allocation, virtualization, power management, andother elements. The green cloud design aims to reduce data centre power consumption. The main advantageof green cloud computing architecture is that it ensures real-time performance whilereducing IDC’s energyconsumption (internet data center).This paper analyzed the difficultiesfaced by data centers such as capacityplanning and management, up-time and performance maintenance, energy efficiency and cost cutting, realtime monitoring and reporting. The solution for the identified problems with DCIM system is also presentedin this paper. Finally, it discusses the market report’s coverage of green data centres, green computingprinciples, andfuture research challenges. This comprehensive green cloud analysis study will assist nativegreen research fellows in learning about green cloud concerns and understanding future research challengesin the field

    Hubungan kekerabatan fenetik pisang dapat diketahui dengan teknik analisis kromosom akar pisang, yaitu dengan membuat kariotipe kromosom sehingga jenis genom dan tingkat ploidi kromosom pisang terlihat dengan jelas. Selain itu, jenis genom dan tingkat ploidi kromosom pisang dapat ditentukan dengan metode skoring berdasarkan ekspresi fenotif Musa acuminata dan Musa balbisiana. Kesemua varietas lokal pisang Ka-limantan Selatan, yaitu pisang Ambon, pisang Mahuli, pisang Palembang dan pisang Raja tidak berkerabat dekat. Pisang Ambon bergenom AAA dengan subgroup Cavendish, pisang Mahuli bergenom AA dengan subgroup pisang Mas dan pisang Raja memiliki genom ABB dan termasuk subgroup Kepok. Untuk pisang Pa-lembang, tidak dapat diketahui genom dan subgroupnya karena analisis kromosom akar pisangnya tidak jelas
