    The arrangement green zone is planning spatial regulation covers semarang city number 14 years.2011 who supported with impetus to maintain its function and managing the green space is.The green space serves as absorbs required in development planning in mijen space.The purpose of this research to find solutions to the green zone private using the regulations no. 14 years 2011 about the spatial semarang city.The result of this research aimed to locate supporters factors and barrier faced by the government to find solutions to the low private green space. This research using the theory the effective implementation of riant nugroho to look at the process implementation and the theory of the van meters and van horn to know factors that encourage and hinder the implementation of policy .This research in a qualitative,using information from bappeda semarang city,the town planning housing,pt.karyadeka nature sustainable and society.This research result indicates that the implementation of the green zone in district mijen started from the design,the use and control.Broad green zone in district mijen until 2015 of 1,15 % to private green space and 49,66 % to public green space of all the area . Factors that encourage and hinder the provision of private green space is size and policy aims,resources,disposition implementor,communication between organization,and economic environment,social and political.     Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembangkit Halaman HTML Untuk Pembuatan Media Cetak Digital Berbasis Windows Metro Style

    Aplikasi dibangun dengan memanfaatkan Windows Metro Style agar dapat dijalankan pada sistem operasi Windows 8. Input dari aplikasi pembangkit halaman ini berupa HTML. Aplikasi ini menyediakan editor halaman HTML agar pengguna dapat mengubah isi halaman tanpa harus membuat ulang media dan juga dapat menampilkan daftar media yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya agar dapat dibuka sewaktu-waktu. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunduh folder yang berisi file HTML, file HTML tersebut sebelumnya harus sudah diurutkan terlebih dahulu jika terdapat lebih dari satu file, contohnya: 01.html, 02.html, dll. File HTML yang sudah diinputkan, dibaca dan digabungkan di dalam aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode HTML tag extraction method. Metode tersebut bertujuan untuk mencari tag <body>, <script>, <h1>, dll. Halaman yang sudah digabungkan ditambahkan skrip menggunakan plugin BookBlock dan Booklet agar menyerupai tampilan atau format membuka pada buku maupun majalah. Output aplikasi berupa tampilan media cetak digital yang berjalan pada Windows 8. Dapat dijalankan menggunakan komputer pribadi maupun komputer tablet dengan sistem operasi Windows 8. Karena output aplikasi berupa halaman HTML, halaman tersebut dapat ditampilkan dalam browser dengan macam-macam perangkat.     Analisa Potensi Embung Itera Sebagai Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Pico Hydro (PLTPH)

    Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) has 5 reservoirs with lip embankment construction higher than the normal water level and have steep elevations with different catchment areas (DTA). By using the Google Earth Pro software, it is known that DTA reservoirs A, B, C, D, and E are respectively 1.728 ha; 1,146 ha; 1,052 ha; 0.844 ha; and 9.562 ha. This study aims to determine the potential energy that might be generated from the 5 reservoirs while still considering the integrity of the ecosystem. The power plant is in the form of a Pico hydro power plant that can be used as a power plant practicum media by Itera students, especially electrical engineering study program students. The power plant's rapid pipe is designed to be installed 1 meter below the normal water level and the operating time is based on the rain discharge that is accommodated by the reservoir in one month. The method used is field observation, rainfall data collection, calculations using practical rational methods and hydropower hydraulics. The results of data processing of five reservoirs owned by ITERA show that the greatest potential that can be used as a source of electricity generation is reservoirs E. The analysis shows that the discharge capacity of 0.216 m3 / s and an effective head of 5.46 m can produce an electric power generated of 7,071 kW with operational time at April.Keywords : Discharge, Rain Intensity,  Pico Hydro.AbstrakInstitut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) memiliki 5 embung dengan konstruksi bibir embung  lebih tinggi dari batas muka air normalnya serta memiliki elevasi curam dengan luasan Daerah Tangkapan Air (DTA) masing masing-nya berbeda. Melalui software Google Earth Pro diketahui luas DTA embung A, B, C, D, dan E secara berturut-turut yaitu 1,728 ha; 1,146 ha; 1,052 ha; 0,844 ha; dan 9,562 ha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi energi yang mungkin dibangkitkan dari 5 embung tersebut dengan tetap mempertimbangkan keutuhan ekosistemnya. Pembangkit berupa pembangkit listrik tenaga pico hydro yang dapat  digunakan sebagai media praktikum pembangkit tenaga listrik oleh mahasiswa Itera, khususnya mahasiswa program studi teknik elektro. Pipa pesat pembangkit listrik didesain terpasang 1 meter dibawah muka air normal dan waktu pengoperasian berdasarkan debit hujan yang tertampung oleh embung dalam satu bulan. Metoda yang dilakukan adalah observasi lapangan, pengumpulan data curah hujan, perhitungan menggunakan metode rasional praktis dan persamaan daya hidraulik tenaga air. Hasil pengolahan data lima embung yang dimiliki Itera didapatkan potensi terbesar yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber pembangkit listrik adalah embung E. Hasil analisa menunjukkan debit tampungan 0,216 m3/s dan head efektif 5,46 m dapat menghasilkan daya listrik terbangkitkan sebesar 7,071 kW dengan waktu operasional pada bulan April.Kata Kunci : Debit, Intensitas Hujan, Pico Hydro

    HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGGUNAAN BEDAK PADAT DENGAN DERAJAT KEPARAHAN AKNE VULGARIS

    Latar belakang : Penggunaan kosmetik, terutama bedak saat ini sudah menjadi hal yang umum tak terkecuali pada kalangan mahasiswi. Beberapa bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan bedak padat bersifat komedogenik dan aknegenik, dimana hal ini akan menyebabkan timbulnya akne vulgaris. Melalui penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa hubungan antara penggunaan bedak padat dengan derajat keparahan akne vulgaris. Metode : penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan sampel 48 mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro Semarang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi (mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro yang menderita akne vulgaris, menggunakan bedak padat, berusia 17-22 tahun, serta bersedia menandatangani informed consent). Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer dengan pengisian kuisioner dan pemeriksaan akne vulgaris. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian : tidak didapatkan adanya hubungan antara penggunaan bedak padat dengan derajat keparahan akne vulgaris (p=0,2), tidak didapatkan adanya hubungan antara frekuensi penggunaan bedak padat dengan derajat keparahan akne vulgaris (p=0,9), tidak didapatkan adanya hubungan antara durasi penggunaan bedak padat dengan derajat keparahan akne vulgaris (p=0,5). Kesimpulan : tidak ada hubungan antara penggunaan, frekuensi penggunaan, dan durasi penggunaan bedak padat dengan derajat keparahan akne vulgaris. Kata kunci : akne vulgaris, bedak pada

    Frequency of Disc Degeneration at Different Levels of Cervical Vertebrae in Adult Patients with Neck Pain on Magnetic Resonance Imaging

    Background:Disc degeneration is terminology used for heterogeneous changes affecting the anatomy and physiology of the intervertebral disc. Disc degeneration alters the material properties of the intervertebral disc leading to an unfavorable distribution and transmission of stress to adjacent spinal structures.Objective:The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of disc degeneration at different level of cervical vertebrae in adult patients with neck pain on magnetic resonance imaging.Methodology:In this descriptive study 180 adult patients were included. All patients had been collected from DHQ hospital Gilgit and Ghurki Trust teaching hospital. After informed consent, data were collected through 1.5 tesla GE (closed bore) and 0.35 tesla Hitachi (open bore) MRI machines.Results:Findings show that among 180 adult patients, 136 presented with disc degeneration among which 81 were males and 55 were females. Among 81 males, 63 had disc degeneration at multiple levels while 18 had single disc degeneration. In females 35 patients showed multiple disc degeneration while 20 involved a single disc.Conclusion:It is concluded that disc degeneration is prevalent in males than females.     Testing real-time systems using TINA

    The paper presents a technique for model-based black-box conformance testing of real-time systems using the Time Petri Net Analyzer TINA. Such test suites are derived from a prioritized time Petri net composed of two concurrent sub-nets specifying respectively the expected behaviour of the system under test and its environment.We describe how the toolbox TINA has been extended to support automatic generation of time-optimal test suites. The result is optimal in the sense that the set of test cases in the test suite have the shortest possible accumulated time to be executed. Input/output conformance serves as the notion of implementation correctness, essentially timed trace inclusion taking environment assumptions into account. Test cases selection is based either on using manually formulated test purposes or automatically from various coverage criteria specifying structural criteria of the model to be fulfilled by the test suite. We discuss how test purposes and coverage criterion are specified in the linear temporal logic SE-LTL, derive test sequences, and assign verdicts

    Mortality and morbidity among pregnant women with COVID-19 infection: a meta-analysis

    Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and declared as a global pandemic in March 2020. There is a special immune tolerance in pregnant woman, predisposes to a viral infection, then increased risk severe complication. Meta analysis was performed using preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidlines with comprehensive literature study was performed in July 2021 through Science Direct, Cochrane, and PubMed, with keywords “COVID-19”, “SARS-CoV-2”, “pregnancy”, “pregnant”, and “complication”, and each parameter we assessed using review manager 5.3. Nine studies with 30,257 infected patients and 1,678,974 non infected patients were included. The data show that preterm birth (odds ratio (OR)=1.43, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.17-1.74; p=0.0004, inconsistency (I2) =90%) less in non infected groups, no camparable finding in vaginal delivery (OR=0.93, 95% CI: 0.82-1.06; p<0.030, I2=75%) and caesarian delivery (OR=1.07, 95% CI: 0.90-1.28; p<0.045, I2=96%). Intensive care unit (ICU) admission reported high percentage in infected patients (OR=4.87, 95% CI: 3.08-7.71; p<0.0001, I2=93%), we found that obstetric complication in subgroup (OR=1.31, 95% CI: 0.13-1.52; p<0.0003, I2=54%) and mortality (OR=17.41, 95% CI: 11.04- 27.46; p<0.0001, I2=0%) less in non infected patients.     The association of aggressive and chronic periodontitis with systemic manifestations and dental anomalies in a jordanian population: a case control study

    <p>Abstract</p> <p><b>Background</b></p> <p>The relationship between dental anomalies and periodontitis has not been documented by earlier studies. Although psychological factors have been implicated in the etiopathogenesis of periodontitis, very little information has so far been published about the association of anxiety and depression with aggressive periodontitis. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of chronic periodontitis and aggressive periodontitis with certain systemic manifestations and dental anomalies.</p> <p><b>Methods</b></p> <p>A total of 262 patients (100 chronic periodontitis, 81 aggressive periodontitis and 81 controls), attending the Periodontology clinics at Jordan University of Science and Technology, Dental Teaching Centre) were included. All subjects had a full periodontal and radiographic examination to assess the periodontal condition and to check for the presence of any of the following dental anomalies: dens invaginatus, dens evaginatus, congenitally missing lateral incisors or peg-shaped lateral incisors. Participants were interrogated regarding the following: depressive mood, fatigue, weight loss, or loss of appetite; and their anxiety and depression status was assessed using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression (HAD) scale.</p> <p><b>Results</b></p> <p>Patients with aggressive periodontitis reported more systemic symptoms (51%) than the chronic periodontitis (36%) and control (30%) patients (<it>p </it>< 0.05). Aggressive periodontitis patients had a higher tendency for both anxiety and depression than chronic periodontitis and control patients. Dental anomalies were significantly (<it>p </it>< 0.05) more frequent among both of chronic and aggressive periodontitis patients (15% and 16%, respectively), compared to controls.</p> <p><b>Conclusion</b></p> <p>In this group of Jordanians, systemic symptoms were strongly associated with aggressive periodontitis, and dental anomalies were positively associated with both aggressive and chronic periodontitis.</p
