STUDY ON POPULATION OF FROM D. MELANOGASTER KATUL MEDIA FERMENTED SACHAROMYCES CEREVISAE AS SWIFLET WOOF

An identification of D.melanogaster population has been developed through artifical medium of fermented whole grain waste product by Sacharomyces cereviceae; which it’s application and simpel technology is highly economic valuable for swift feed to enhance its quality and quantity. Fermented whole grain waste product has not been used as insect feed. In order to unravel the decreasing of fruits production during dry season which implicated the decreasing of D.melanogaster population that use as swift feed . This research aim to identify D.melanogaster population from banana, compare to artifical medium. Followed by chemical analysis of protein, carbohydrate, fat, mineral, and calorie value; determine the feed availability with swift nest population as well as determine the nutrition chemical compound in swift nest; mass, thickness, protein, carbohydrate, fat and mineral. The fact that fermented whole grain waste product can growth the D.melanogaster which is used for swift feed, swift farmers can develop D.melanogaster to increase quality and quantity of swift nest. Based on analysis of variance, natural medium from banana on population of D.melanogaster growth. For artificial feed, fermented whole grain waste product, the E treatment of D.melanogaster with banana fruit show the best result

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price consciousness, brand image, accessibility, and social value perception toward purchase intention of Honda motorcycles at the Cendana Dealer in the city of Kendal. This type of research is quantitative with accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study is those prospective buyers of Honda motorcycles. The results indicate that price consciousnes, acessibility, and social value perceptionis has no significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention

Analisis Sensitivitas Respon Pasar Terhadapperubahan Desain Sepeda Motor Honda Beat (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Ust dan Uty yang Menggunakan Honda Beat)

This study aims to determine how big the response sensitivity and the direction of consumer response. Research type in this study is an ex post facto research. Subjects in this study were students who had been riding an old and new Honda Beat scooter as many as 100 respondents to represent the population students from Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa and Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta. The results showed that the major changes in response to product Honda Beat scooter is at 44.10 and the level of importance of attributes, the highest average value shown on the body design attributes (3.41), it indicates that the consumer has an interest in the design of the scooter body of Honda Beat. Then, the respondent perceptions of the quality attributes of the old Honda scooter to scooter Honda Beat New Beat at 29.269. Thus, the result that the sensitivity in response to changes in the design of Honda Beat scooter long been a Honda scooter new Beat amounted to 1,191. The research method that is used is a descriptive analysis with collecting data through literature study and observation using the questionnaires. The research is conducted among the 64 reporters of PT Shandika Widya Cinema. The survey results revealed that an effort to increase the performance of the reporter needs to improve their competencies through continuous, technical training, focused on the journalistic technique, conceptual skills, and behavior. Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Profesi Indonesia (LP3I) Surabaya is an educational institution that has supporting facilities, one of them is the library. There are some problems in the LP3I\u27s Library, such as: the collection is less well documented, there is no reminder to remind the borrowers whose term loan collection will be expired, and there are no reports like visitor reports and collection report that often borrowed, so the librarians understand which collections is often borrowed, and who visit the library frequently.From the problems, offered solution is a library application that uses SMS Gateway to provide a reminder for members that loan collection period has expired. The study also applies the waterfall method. The method sequentially starting from requirements analysis, system design, programming, testing programs, implementation and then maintenance program.The results showed that the application of web-based library can help officers in circulating collection and reporting. In addition, library members can also be helped with the search collections and a reminder to return the library collection

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Asam-Basa Menggunakan Alat dan Bahan di Lingkungan Sekitar di Kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Tombatu

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the think pair and share model learning on acid-base material using surrounding materials and tools on student learning outcomes in the experimental class and control class XI Mia SMA N 1 Tombatu. The research sample was students of class XI Mia 1 and XI Mia 2. The results showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes in the experimental class compared to students in the control class who used conventional learning models. Where the average student learning outcomes Experiment class is 81.6 and the average student learning outcomes Control class is 73.9. It can be concluded that the Think Pair and Share (TPS) model of cooperative learning has an influence on the learning outcomes of experimental and control students on acid-base material. Therefore, it can be suggested that the Think Pair and Share (TPS) model of active learning activates students in the learning process in order to improve student learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran model think pair and share pada materi asam-basa menggunakan alat dan bahan disekitar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol XI Mia SMA N 1 Tombatu. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Mia 1 dan XI Mia 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan siswa kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konfensional. Dimana rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas Eksperimen adalah 81.6 dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas Kontrol adalah 73.9. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif model Think Pair and Share (TPS) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa eksperimen dan kontrol pada materi Asam-basa.
