The result shows that there are residual stresses around the hole which varies depending on the diameter of the pin. In addition, there is growing tensile residual stress within a certain distance of the specimen being tested resulted in a faster growth rate, this causes the material USAge time will be shorter

    Yogyakarta adalah tujuan wisata kedua setelah Bali dan merupakan surga wisata di pulau Jawa. Setiap tahunnya wisatawan yang berkunjung di Yogyakarta meningkat 7%-15%. Khususnya dimasa libur panjang ada banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung. Informasi tentang tujuan wisata dapat diperoleh melalui browsur atau katalog wisata, dari internet maupun cerita teman. Namun informasi saja tidaklah cukup jika tidak diramu dengan cepat untuk mendapat alternatif terbaik dalam menentukan tujuan wisata. Atas dasar kebutuhan tersebut maka dibuatlah perancangan aplikasi Case Based Reasoning untuk menentukan tujuan wisata pribadi di Yogyakarta berbasis mobile web. Case Based Reasoning akan membantu menentukan tujuan wisata berdasarkan pengalaman sebelumnya atau kasus yang lama. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perancangan aplikasi Case Based Reasoning untuk menentukan tujuan wisata pribadi di Yogyakarta. Perancangan arsitektur dan desain disesuaikan dengan hasil kuisioner, sekitar 92% peserta kuisioner menggunakan smartphone atau handphone tipe high end

    Existing business processes on a Clinical laboratory located in Bekasi is still run manually. It takes a lot of time to do more process, especially in customer service and procurement units. These inefficient processes are analyzed here. Utilization of information technology (IT) supports operations of company and even improves efficiency and effectiveness of a company. However, the use of information technology must be balanced with readiness of existing resources to operate. Without supporting resources, especially human resources available, information technology is nothing. Business Reengineering Process method used to comprehend the existing business process, determine processes to be reengineered, investigate alternative redesign, simulate the existing business processes and the proposed business processes, performed an analysis of simulation results, and seeking opportunities in corporate using information technology.This Business Process Reengineering (BPR) research helped Clinical laboratory especially in customer service and procurement in improving efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes that will ultimately reduce cost and time.     Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu daerah yang banyak memiliki rumah sakit. Namun tidak semua rumah sakit diketahui oleh masyarakat. Sehingga dibutuhkan layan berbasis lokasi untuk dapat memberikan informasi mengenai rumah sakit, maka perlu adanya informasi rumah sakit sebagai tempat pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan yang dapat diakses kapan dan dimanapun penggunanya berada. Atas dasar tersebut maka aplikasi location based service rumah sakit Yogyakarta pada android ini dirancang. Aplikasi ini akan mengakses google maps untuk menampilkan peta lokasi, Global Positioning System (GPS) untuk mengetahui posisi pengguna serta dapat menampilkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan rumah sakit.Dengan adanya aplikasi location based servis rumah sakit Yogyakarta pada androitd diharapkan kebutuhan informasi rumah sakit yang ada diYogyakarta dapat terpenuhi

    The purpose of this study was to determine the weld ability of HDPE sheets (High Density Polyethylene) through the method of welding FSW (Friction Stir Welding). FSW is a new welding process, where joined of the material occurs in the solid state. Samples were welded with vertical milling CNC machines, while the type of connection is a butt joint. This study used three process parameters, two parameters are combined and one parameter value is constant, the parameters combined are temperature backing plate (30; 70; 110 and 150 oC) and the welding tool rotation speed (2200; 2300 and 2400 rpm), while the parameters with constant value is the welding speed (30 mm / min). In this research experiment conducted observations and analysis of surface textures welded joints, weld surface temperature during the process in front of and behind the welding tools, macro-structure of the welded joints, the maximum tensile strength and fracture tensile test results. From the results of this study was obtained that temperature backing plate during FSW process affects the maximum tensile strength and homogeneity of HDPE sheets welded joints. The maximum tensile strength of welded joints higher is 28.52 MPa or 95.07% of the maximum tensile strength of HDPE material, the maximum ultimate tensile strength values were obtained on the condition temperature backing plate t = 150 oC and the welding tool rotation speed n = 2300 rpm.     The function of shielding gas is the most importance in gas metal arch welding, because it protected the oxidation from out side. Argon and CO2 are the shielding gas that often used, choosing the CO2 on mixing shielding gas for some reasons that is readystock , cheap and good penetration.The aim of this research are to know the influence of welding current and mixing shielding gas Argon – CO2 against tensile strength and impact strength on weld of medium carbon steel dual phase. The method of this research as follow AISI 1045 steel forged on temprature 900°C - 950°C then dual phase on 770°C holding tome 90 minutes as dependent variables. The Welding currents are 80A, 100A and 120A , mixing shielding gas , Argon – CO2 : ( 0 – 100%), (100% - 0) and (50% - 50%). Both are as independent variables. Tensile strength and impact strength are as fixed variables.From this research, It can be concluded that welding current and shielding gas have the influenced toward heat input and caused the weld metal fusion or unfusion. This situation influenced toward tensile strength and impact strength.It was prooved that on 80A for the 3rd shielding gas had defect (incomplete fusion and porosity) so the tensile strength and impact strength was very low. On 120A, ArCO2 mixing shielding gas had the highest tensile and impact strength because no defect in it, good fusion

    SUMPIL SILAGE (Faunus ater) AS HIGH PROTEIN FISH FEED ATRACTANT FOR INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY OF FISHERIES

    The increase in fish feed demands caused extra fee. Hence it needs to be done diversification of fish feed. Silage are food additives which function as attractants to increase appetite. Sumpil (Faunus ater) are abundance mangrove pests that contain protein. This study aims to utilize sumpil silage as fish food attractant and increase its protein content. Silage was made by mixing sumpil meat and acid of sauerkraut. Silage was incubated for 0, 4, 7, and 11 days and then measured levels of protein with Lowry-Folin method. The highest levels were found in silage of 7 days incubation, which is 153.99 mg/mL. The highest protein level silage mixed with the fish feed. Red tilapia maintained for 3 weeks and was given five treatments and three replications, namely feed A (high protein), feed B (protein medium), feed B+silage 1%, feed B+3% silage, and feed B+silage 5%. The parameters observed were body weight and body length after feed treatment. The results showed that the average weight of fish treatmented by feed B+silage 1% and 3% are greater than the treatment of feed B only but not greater than the treatment of feed A, although the difference was not significant. While the average length of fish relatively the same. On the other hand most rapid response was found in fish treated with feed B+silage 5%. Based on the results, sumpil silage are potential as attractant that could increase fish productivity.Keywords: Silage, sumpil, feed, attractants, protei
